A recruiter called me to set up a phone interview. She never called me and I ended up calling her instead. Very unprofessional. She never told me her name. She Didnt understand what the job description was or what I did. Kept asking me questions about my certification. She was not knowledgeable and kept asking me to repeat myself cause she has a hearing problem. Anyways at the end of our conversation she said I was not a good fit? For a person who doesn’t even understand what this job does probably isn’t a good fit to be recruiting for this company.

I recently got a new job through Employment Solutions. Heck Ya! Very convenient location with fantastic staff, and a very inviting vibe overall. Jessie did the interview process with me and got me placed with a fantastic company. They have very flexible work options, and the staff is very helpful. I highly recommend Employment Solutions over other similar establishments.

Jenn from Employment Solutions has been a great help in my job search. I was a little apprehensive, being that Ive never went through a staffing agency but from the moment I walked in I felt welcome. Jenn definitely goes above and beyond the call of duty for people, shes very friendly and personable, she almost makes you feel like a friend rather than just some person she has to deal with. I had a few hiccups on my end, but even through it she worked with me and made sure I had a chance at a job. Really nice people here. But, I really dont like those agencies that ask you to fill out your w-2s and I-9s and give you a pay card and employee handbook all before youve gotten a job with them. This place even did an on the spot drug test! Its all a waste of time, money, and paper if youre not hired???

This is the absolute worst agency Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. 1 month has gone by and no emails or phone calls from the staff. Emailed them 2 weeks later for possible open positions - nothing.I called and I shouldnt have to, they supposedly, said they would submit my resume for 2 open positions. Another 2 weeks have gone by and no calls or emails. If I was the regional manager for this office they would all be fired.

This company is by far the WORST company I have worked for in my entire life. They will treat you like a number of the many they hire and will not care one bit about the type of training they provide to their so-called and incompetent staffing agents. I ended up owing the IRS this year $600 for a health plan they recommended - Essential StaffCARE Limited Coverage - that is not approved by the Affordable Care Act (WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A PLAN THAT WAS APPROVED BY THE ACA SO THIS WOULD NOT TO HAPPEN). Both their Longmont and Fort Collins office will not work with me or care a bit about my situation. PLEASE stay far away from this company - they ended up loosing some important documentation and are so foolish as to be hiring so many people without one bit of knowledge of the law!UNBELIEVABLE

Horrible, i have been calling for 4 weeks now for a job, the only respose i ever get is the person who gets the job tickets email is out and will be back thursday then its im meeting with my sales team thursday literally the worst temp agency, you would have better luck doing day labors.

These people have to be the most incompetent Ive ever met. My nephew was working with them and not only did they completely fail to do any of the things they said they would they also gave him a bunch of inaccurate information. Worst of all they invented a bunch of complaints in order to try and fire him and when he gave them nothing to fire him for they pretended to layoff a bunch of people when in fact they only let him go. Ive not heard anything good about these people from employees or the companies they provide staffing for. Im willing to bet the 2 good reviews they have here were from the staffing agents and not real temps.

I temp through the longmont co branch, everthing has been pretty easy and convienient but what caught my attention was my job placement specialist Jenn, who sat me down after looking at my resume and said I honestly dont want to send people off to some dead end assignment just for our sake but I want to know what you want to do, what your good at, what you see yourself doing in the future, and I want to line you up with a job where you can go somewhere with. That is why Employment solutions is the best temp place ive ever been too!
