Ive been going to Nicole here every 6 months for a few years now and its amazing. All the services are incredible! PLUS the staff is super knowledgeable & happy to answer questions. I have 2b/c curly hair & Nicole knows exactly what to do with it to make my curls the healthiest they can be. I absolutely recommend going here.

I discovered Riley through my wife who had many excellent experiences with her with trims and styles. I tried her and was so pleased with the style she was able to achieve on me Ive never been anywhere else since. She is the ultimate professional and artist.

Riley is absolutely amazing. A coworker recommended her and I never want to see another stylist again. She dyed and cut my hair and I am so in love, I cant stop looking in the mirror! I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted and she used her expertise to lead me in the proper direction for my skin tone and face shape. I usually end up with buyers remorse after getting work done on my hair but not this time! I cant sing her praise enough. On top of being brilliant with hair, she is also a joy to talk to and the salon was clean and felt safe with covid restrictions in place.

The salon itself is super clean and very nice. I actually followed Riley from another salon because shes awesome! She takes fantastic care of my curls and my color always comes out amazing!!

I just got my hair cut by Lorie and am completely satisfied..... She was friendly professional and quick.... I got a shampoo and condition afterwards and it was the best Ive ever gotten.... My head got a peaceful deep message and i left feeling great..... She has a client for life.... Go check her out she is awesome!!!!!

Urban Shapes is a salon I would highly recommend to anyone dying their hair, especially for the first time. Their prices are doable and their staff is amazing! I had an appointment with Riley and she was able to give me what I wanted. She truly cares about her customers. She is genuine and knows hair well. It was my first time dying my hair and I went in for a natural balayage. She was able to make my hair look exactly how I wanted within 2 appointments and was very helpful in explaining each step of the process to a first-timer, like myself. Thank you so much, Riley!

Kelly has taken care of my nails for years. She is always looking for new ways to improve the process of getting your nails done and I love seeing her every 2 weeks.

Worst experience ever, poor customer service all around. Hair stylist talk to you as if you dont know anything about hair. Felt real rushed through out my hair cut, ended up HATEING the cut and color that was done. Im super busy person and work two jobs so its hard for me to take time off. Was told that if I didnt come in early enough I will be CHARGED full price to fix this mess. Got charged $150 for hair cut and color that I absolutely hate. The worse experience EVER!!
