After years of going to a variety of Longmont nail salons I have found the best. This salon is awesome!! Clean, bright, friendly and Professional would be appropriate adjectives ms to sum it up. Kelly did my nails and might well be one of the top nail techs I have ever encountered. I will definitely return

We brought 9 ladies for a wedding party to this location and they were able to compensate for us! They did a wonderful job and we had so much fun!

This is the second time I’ve been to this nail salon. The first time I just got a regular gel manicure and picked the color white. The girl that did my nails did not do a good job the lines were not clean the polish became bubbly if that makes sense. The second time that I went the experience was OK. Except for my Cuticles have never looked worse. I don’t know what it is that she did differently. The polish was OK but if you look close enough you can see a little bubbles.

I believe I had Lindsey do my acrylic set today, and she did amazing. Was able to fit my mom and I in at noon. My mom got gel Polish (this was her first time at a nail salon) and she loves her nails. Would highly suggest Lindsey because she was efficient, kind, and my set was really cute.

I booked mani/pedi appointments here for my friends bridal party in last August. We had SUCH a great time! The staff was ready for us, everything was clean, the color choices were great. Everyone made us feel comfortable and welcome, and we enjoyed complimentary mimosas while getting pampered -- a great activity for the day before all the wedding madness! 10/10 recommend this business.

I went here for the first time recently with my mother in law. I got a full set and a shellac pedicure and she got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure.My mom had been here once and recommended it to me after a pedicure so I decided to try it.First off, appointments are definitely needed. I called and made one with a female tech that had good reviews but when I got there, a man did them instead. I didnt get his name but I didnt schedule with him because Im super picky about fake nails and wanted someone that had good reviews.A woman walked in while I was there and had made appointments for her kids earlier that morning. Apparently when you call before 9:30AM (when they open) the phone # forwards to the owner who doesnt have the appointment book so just tells people to come in. So when she got there, she wasnt in the book and they had no time for her so she had to go somewhere else. I would have been really annoyed.A man did my full set and while he was nice, he did cut my cuticles twice (I bite my nails so Im sure they were sensitive anyway) but he really rushed through my nails. My thumbs look completely different, one is way wider and stubby and the other look more normal. I also had to file them myself when I got home, the sides werent totally smooth. I asked him to push up my cuticles but he must have not heard me, he didnt do that at all. The nail shape themselves just look a little fat and wide and bubble shaped for my small hands so I probably wont be back. They werent consistent one hand to the other and some nails are way more coffin shaped than others. Ive never had the filing process be so quick. Ive had better done in Longmont for sure.A woman did my pedicure and my mother in laws, we both felt they were rushed. She missed half of my MILs pinky toe (we didnt realize until we got home) and I felt her massage was painful and involved her nails?Then the paper you sign your receipt on says give me $5 cash randomly? Which was super weird.The whole experience felt super rushed and not relaxing. I probably wont be back.

Beware when getting a pedicure from here both my mom and I had pedicures done and after a few weeks removed the nail polish and had white spots on our toenails which is a fungus. Also I had huge chunks of nails break off in the corners of my big toes . Also ever since the pedicure my feet have been extremely dry not matter what I do

The guy running at the front was not very friendly. He was talking to his workers with their own language which makes us feel uncomfortable because we do not know if they were talking bad about us. However, the service was good.

Got a full set of acrylics. Two nails popped off. I went back for them to fix it. They came off again. Was charged for the removal of the nails too.

I went here a few times because its convenient next to my work. I just went back for a new full set, because the last ones they did (not long ago) are cracked and falling apart. The guy said he could take me and then I waited for 35 minutes in the waiting room.before they told.me.it would be 2 hours because they have to remove my old nails. BS! Not my first rodeo. If u didnt have time, you should have said so. I wont be back. The price is fair if you like to be rushed and go back for repairs more often.

I got my nails done not even a week ago and my white nails are now brown! I have not done nothing for that to happen I tried to wash them and it is now just brown it won’t go away. My cousin and I showed up at 5:30pm and did not leave until 8:00 pm and they close at 7:00. He took forever to get us in and rushed. He didn’t even clean up the nails after being done and kept on trying to change what I wanted. I wanted blue sparkles on both ring fingers and he could not get it so tried just putting a plain black but I told him not so he put silver sparkles. Which I did not want, I wanted blue. I will not be going back here and am really disappointed.

I specifically scheduled an appointment because I was attempting to get this pedicure done during my lunch hour. Yes I got caught at the train crossing and was 5 minutes late. I saw that all the technicians were with other clients so I asked how long before they would take me. They said 5 minutes. I waited 20 minutes for my pedicure to begin. The pedicure itself was very good but I could not enjoy it as my anxiety for being late back to work was escalating. I will not return due to the lack of respect for my time and appointment.

I went there for my first ever set of acrylic nails. The owner did my nails and was slapping my hands to relax and was visibly annoyed. This continued during the entire session. He was flicking my fingers away and rolling his eyes. I felt awkward and uncomfortable as I tried to do what he was asking. My two daughters were in 2 other chairs so I couldnt just walk out. When he cut me with his nail sander he told me it was my fault as I moved my hand. I left a tip as a courtesy to the 2 other technicians but we will never be back.

The inside is very nicely decorated with a great relaxing atmosphere. All the employees were friendly and hilarious. They joked around with us, even the owner who was very professional and clearly loves and takes pride in his business. Highly recommend!

I had a pedicure a couple weeks ago that was horrible. I have ingrown toenails from that experience, very painful. I walked Into get it fixed, and the owner was very rude to me. He just told me to come back tomorrow. The way he talk to me was very unprofessional, and I won’t be back. This pedicure was very expensive compared to other shops in the area

I have been going here for some time and I must share that this is the best nail salon in Colorado (I love manicures and pedicures I have been to many, many salons). I am always happy with the work (I go twice a month), the staff is very friendly and flexible. They work really hard to make sure everyone leaves happy. I have never observed an unhappy guest. The salon is clean, modern and follows all safety protocols.The Studio Spa Pedicure is so relaxing, The staff uses all their time pampering you, no rush job. This is every time with all staff, I have yet to have a bad or subpar experience, most times I can hardly focus on my book my eyes close without warning. I think this is in part to the pride taken in their work as I have the same experience with my manicures.The staff is always happy to see you, the music is tranquil and spa like, they offer beverages as well.Bring cash for tips and trust you will want to give them all your money!This is a difficult time for small businesses, should you chose to pamper yourself this is the place to spend time in, they accept walk ins and appointments - call ahead to avoid any crowds

I had to change my rating on this place from 5 starts, and I have previously recommended it to friends. I called, and asked to set an appointment, the gentleman asked me to come in at two, and when I came in and all that he said was no, I showed him the time that I called, and he still said no. Then asked if I wanted to wait. I declined, I didnt say anything else and left. So hopefully it was a misunderstanding, but Im kind of bummed out by the customer service I received this time. I might try one more time hopefully it will be better next time.

Paid money for deluxe pedicure. Tech raced through every step of the process. Hot stone massage was simply moving stone up and down my leg. When doing the massage on feet and calves she used no pressure. I felt no destressing relief from the experience. Left feeling let down and ripped off. She wasnt even friendly. Will not go back.

I came in to have acrylic nails applied to my pretty badly bitten nails in order to curb my habit. The woman, who I presume to be the owner, did the most atrocious job I have ever seen. She rushed through the entire process. Several times while she was working on my nails I noticed she wasnt even looking at what she was doing. She even cut my cuticle to the point of bleeding with her careless inattention.I came back the next day upset and embarrassed that I had to wear these monstrosities on my hands for an entire day. I wanted these hooves taken off my fingers. The woman who had applied them a day prior assisted me again today. She resisted and disagreed with everything I said. She was demeaning, condescending, and just plain rude. It took 20 minutes of argument before she finally took the acrylic nails off. As I was walking out the door she had the audacity to say to me that she hoped my nails werent to long for me.I will never come back to this place again and will urge my family and friends to do the same.

I went there and my nails are to thick to many layers of gel they kept asking what I wanted and my toes werent done correctly I was there for 3 hours it was just to the point I just wanted them to finish how they thought I wanted it so I can get out

This hidden gem was a delight to find. Leo and his staff provided top notch service from start to finish.My technician name is BaeBae. She is very soft spoken, kind and must have a PH D in pedicures. BaeBae provided me with one of the BEST pedicures I have ever had. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been too my friend and I made an appointment for her birthday and they took 30 mins just to sit me down. After that they started giving me a manicure when making the appointment we asked for 2 full sets. After that they rushed through my entire process making them misshaped keep in mind I asked for 1 solid color and incredibly short nails and they changed me 51 dollars ? Terrible service

Fabulous nail salon! Jenny does an amazing job with long coffin nails and her designs are sick! Leo the owner is really sweet and remembers everyone that comes into his salon. I got a light blue gel that was gorgeous but 3 days after they all started changing color from the blue to a ugly green brown color. This has never happened before. Im so sad I really loved the blue.

I came on a Friday in the early afternoon. The staff was very friendly and greeted me right away. I asked for a walk in pedicure and was seated almost immediately. The deluxe pedicure is great and reasonably priced. I have paid more for much less quality so this was refreshing to have such a nice experience. I will be coming back.

Got me in without an appointment on a busy day and did a full acrylic set in 30 minutes. They were very nice, and offered sodas and coffee. Will definitely be taking my business here instead of my regular place 😁

I love the spa. They always greet you with a cold beverage or a glass of wine and it is super clean and the ambience is so relaxing.

I happened to be up here in Firestone at 5-6 PM rush hour and decided to Not participate in the heavy traffic march home to Aurora.... so Googled a place to stop and get my nails done. And lucky me, I found Mimi!!! What a wonderful person she is and an excellent nail tech!! The entire experience was Awesome!! So disappointed in this place. After giving it 3 chances, I should have just learned my lesson the first time. I got my nails done and a couple days later it broke. So I came to see if they would fix it. Well I get sat down and i wait 15 minutes just to get talked to, then they put my finger in the acetone for 30 minutes and completely forget about me. 2/3 people are sitting in the back just chatting away. While there are multiple people waiting. So finally the girl takes off my nail and puts the tip on and again walks away? I was there for an hour just to get 1 nail fixed. It was ridiculous

I really had no serious complaints. Yes its pricey BUT it looks like they have all NEW everything! I dont mind it! It was great definitely a vibe. I loved the pedi process for the deluxe pedi (1hr ish)🥰 later I asked for a manicure(30mins ish). My total walking out was $63 without tip, which I wont disclose. Lol it was funny though, I asked for a complimentary red wine and got white, it was so delicious. Yes, they do ID. i probably didnt need the red anyway. Language barriers man😂. Will most likely come back!

Tony just gave me the best pedicure I’ve had in my life. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and will be back. Everyone was so friendly as the spas are clean and well taken care of and the atmosphere is wonderful.

They did such an amazing job with my nails, I had to get them fixed after another salon missed and they made a horrible job look perfect. We can 40 minutes before close and they insisted on taking their time and doing their job right. Very nice people and happy to take care of you and your nails.

Decided at last minute I needed my nails rebased. Had to try someone new. So at almost closing time I called Studio Nail Spa and was told to come on in and I would be seeing Mimi . Turns out Mimi is the owner. She greeted me and made me feel so comfortable. Even though everyone had already left she stayed to do my nails and even asked if I would like a pedicure 😁. I have been to see Mimi twice and both times my nails have turned out amazing...I dont plan on seeing anyone but Mimi from now on and I would highly recommend her!!!

I have never had a better experience at any nail salon. This business is professional, efficient, and caring. The thing I love most is there are always plenty of people working and they all are good! They have never nicked my cuticles during my re-bases, and I always leave happy. I frequently receive comments about how beautiful my nails look, so I highly recommend this place to others who wear fake nails.

Mimi did such a great job! Very polite and not so push like others i have been at. I took my man and he normally says he cant sit in there without getting headaches from the smell, but he was fine and didnt feel uncomfortable he said It wasnt as annoying as others . Great experience, had nail place in Frederic do my nails, and then had to come back the next day because they were all lifting to fix. She did horrible job. Went here, they fixed them and they look amazing. Not lifting after two weeks and I am very hard on my nails, very clean place, will be going back. They seem to talk on there cell phones a lot, and customer service could be slightly better, but when they make my nails look this good I dont care to much about that.

I first went to this place was awesome, Mimi really took her time and did a great job on my nails and my eyebrows but every time since going back she seems to be rushing and just ready to get the job done, my nails werent fully dried when I started my pedicure yesterday and it was somehow my fault! The prices are all over the place / they have a menu but when you are ready to pay the price suddenly goes up! I used to swear by this place and would tell people all the time but its not worth the rushed customer service and extreme prices! Sorry I will not be going back. The only great thing was the woman who did my pedicure yesterday! She took her time and did a really great job I just forget her name... unfortunately I do not recommend this place!

New owner, the salon has been remodeled and looks and feels like a spa. Mimi is sweet, attentive, accommodating and does an amazing job! I get compliments on my coffin nails all the time and since shes been doing my nails, Ive found I can go up to 3 weeks before a fill. Price is fair and with all the improvements overall this is the best nail salon in Longmont! Thank you Mimi and your team for taking care of me!

New management, no longer Mimi and her staff. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The owner is very controlling and wants to make all the decisions for everyone. I asked if I could get my acrylics taken off and get a manicure as its my choice in what I want done because I am paying with my own money, but thats not the case here. He told me it would take too long and to get a refill instead. I had already gotten a pedicure so I went ahead with the refill because I wanted my nails and toes to match. The girl that did my pedicure did not do it right, all she did was massage my feet and legs, when I go to tell them they told me she had given me a pedicure, at this point I was tired and just wanted to get out off here so I paid the full amount. Also very short on staff, the guy wants to do EVERYTHING while the other employees just sit there, so there is a much longer wait then should be, took us 3 hours for 2 pedicures(one wasnt even a pedicure), and 2 refills which we didnt even want.

They have changed owners as of April 2019. No longer Mimi and same friendly people. I had a negative experience here.Last weekend I went to get my nails done... dip.Two days later, two nails are cracked. I go back to get them fixed.The following day, there is additionally 3 nails chipped and 2 already cracked. I go back for the 2nd time to have them fixed and request someone beside the man (owner) who did them.He yells at me this is my business and that I could not have someone else do them. He told me I fix them or I give you money backI thought it was silly, since I was willing to have them fixed, just by someone else in the shop - to whom I believe has more experience.Alas, he was infuriated. He gave me my money back and I took my nails. One hand already filed down - and went to a nail salon in North Longmont.

Bad. The woman doing my manicure kept trying to get me to pick another color. The polish ended up being old. It was slightly gummy. It has been 5 days and it is already peeling off. The color was awful. It literally faded. I have before and after pictures. Do not go to this place.
