This had to be the best dentist experiences I have ever had. Everyone was over the top friendly and welcoming. I will certainly be going back for any dental needs in the future.

I had a dental implant consultation on 8/23/21The front desk receptionist was rude and had an attitude from the begining when i asked why they need my social security number, After she explaind it was for insurance that ws not an issue with me. My insurance was to kick in on september 1st .At the time of consultaion i had a dental infection and was taking antibotics for the infection but knew i wanted extraction and bone grafting, As well as implant placement, The dentist seemed good and we explored the options i mentioned above,I was told they would contact me with an estimate after my insurance was to be effective,I had no problem with that, But they have yet to contact me with any form of estimate as of 9/12, Seemes like a very long time to get back with someone who was willing to spend the money to get the work done. And also had a sever dental infection.I had given them benifit of the doubt but what they did is unprofessional and delayed the treatment i wanted to get. I will be seeking other dentist for my denatal needs this place seems like a cover for something els in my opinion.

You can tell they take customer service seriously and know the fears some people have of the dentist. Super kind and thoughtful staff, clean friendly environment and best equipment and tools. Theyll let you know each step and do their best to keep you as comfortable as possible. Best dentist Ive used!..

Silver leaf is by FAR the BEST dentist ive EVERRRRRR been to! The ONLY dentist office that didnt judge me for not flossing. Ive had 4.. Yes FOUR teeth removed in a matter of a week(2 wisdom, 2 badly decayed teeth) and they were SO patient and understanding with me! I will NEVERRRRRRRR go to any other dentist again!!!! Thank you!!!

I’m from Tennessee where healthcare in all forms is mediocre at best. I am really pleased with my experience here, being my first time receiving healthcare in this state. I have never had such an awesome experience with a dentist office. I was impressed with how quick, efficient, and nice everyone at SLD was. Not a long wait and my appointment started on time. My hygienist, Shelby (please let me know if I should remove her name), was wonderful, nice, and had a really awesome conversation with me. She explained everything she was doing and encouraged me to do what made me feel comfortable and she would work around me. Really great person. I requested her again in 6 months for my next cleaning.I didn’t talk to Dr. Wallin all that much, but he also came across as a very warm and gentle person. He explained things in simple terms for me to understand, which I think is a very important skill to have, especially for a doctor.Also shoutout to the ladies at the front desk—the woman who checked me in was friendly and made me smile and laugh, and the woman who signed me out was also friendly, and told me she liked my accent! The whole staff is so kind.Overall I’m so glad I had a good experience and I found a great practice my first try off the bat in a brand new state. I was not shocked at all this place has 5 stars across the board. If I could raise it to 6 stars I would. Thank you, SLD team!

This place is the best! I got to meet Dr. Wallin, Shelby, and Sabrina. They are all the best. They made me and my fiancee feel right at home. We would both highly recommend!

I asked multiple times ahead of my appointment about their covid protocols. They assured me that they would use the typical protective gear (N95 mask, face shield, etc.) and the dentist only wore a surgical mask throughout my entire procedure.

I’ve been going to Shilver Leaf Dentistry over 2years now and Dr Wallin and their staff are always VERY friendly and attentive. I’m not a native English speaker but Dr Wallin always listen to me very carefully and gives me clear explanation of procedures and treatment options. I’ve never felt any pain or discomfort after his treatment but always feel much much better. Their office is very clean and beautifully decorated, has latest technology equipments. I like that they have several individual exam rooms with TV(you can watch Netflix during treatment) and a big screen to show you the x-ray results. So you don’t see any other patients and it gives you very safe environment even during COVID-19. I always appreciate their work so I wanted to write a review for them. Thank you!!!

This place is amazing. I love every person I have met so far.... Especially the doctor- which I am sure you are reading reviews to find out about. First let me say that it has been an experience that I could have never dreamed of in my head. Most of my life I was terrified of going to dentist - until I came to this one. Actually I have only had one other dentist that made me feel like a special person - not a number - very important and worth the time he spent and more. This was exactly what I experienced at Silver Leaf and what I also witnessed others experiencing as well. The staff greets you, builds rapport and relationships...they try to get to know you and make you feel so comfortable. The waiting area is very beautiful and comfortable - and family as well. They take emergency visits seriously and never for once made me feel like I caused my problem. I love this place and the staff. Amazing!!

I have been going to Silver Leaf for a little over a year. The staff is friendly, makes a point of calling you by your preferred nick name, and are very competent. I am getting two very old crowns replaced and will update after they are installed.

This is a wonderful business. Dr. Wallin has a great personality and is wonderful at his job. His assistants and staff are the best. I have used many dentists over the past 70 years and he is without question the best. Even his costs are very reasonable. I would strongly recommend Dr Wallin and Silver Leaf Dentistry.

I am blown away with their responsiveness, courteousness, and professionalism. I received a very warm and sincere apology, the issue was solved quickly, and I was thanked for my honesty. I truly feel valued, here, and it is obvious they will go out of their way for their customers.(Original review to follow)I have always hated going to the dentist and have had some pretty negatives experiences in the past. Im so glad I tried this place. The office was beautiful and the cleaning I received was thorough and gentle. I will definitely be back.My only complaint revolves around insurance and payments. I told them I didnt want X-rays this visit because my insurance wasnt going to cover it for 6 more months. Strangely, they told me it needed to be done. I dont believe it NEEDED to happen this visit. They did give me a discount, but it was still a decent bit of money I would have preferred not to pay.During my visit, I was also told I had a balance on my husbands account that I needed to pay right then. This is fine except we never received a bill from them.

This dentist deserves every five star review it has.I am a truck driver and the did a great job as well as very informative. I hade all four of my wisdom teeth pulled when it was just going to be one. They explained to me in detail what shape my other wisdom teeth were in and I just had them pull all four at that point. Only a few days after I am feeling great just with minor soreness at this point, but everythings is going fine with the directions they gave me to follow.The staff here is very friendly and professional as well. I went in nervous but left feeling rather comfortable!Thanks for the good work on pulling my wisdom teeth!

I went here today for the first time. Everyone in the office was so friendly! The hygenist was great, gentle and straightforward. The dentist was awesome. He answered all of my questions and provided me with some great options for an issue I have with a tooth. He seems conservative and thoughtful in his approach, which I like. One of the first things you will notice when you walk into the Silver Leaf Dentistry office is how professional and courteous the front office staff are. Everyone in the office is super nice. I had not gone to a dentist in a while and was scared of what the out come would be. Shelby and Dr. Wallin both got me on a plan to get my gums and teeth back where they should be. After the first appointment I knew the treatment was not going to be bad at all. Came in last month to get a horrible tooth pulled, was in so much pain there could have been tears. Or the sun was in my eyes. Anyway, they got me in in 30 minutes and I was out in 2 hours. The dentist had great seat side manner, very stealthy with the novacaine needle, and post op tips helped a lot. I decided to have a monthly check up and cleaning here from now on.

Dr Wallin and his team do an absolutely amazing job of welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable and cared for. I was dreading going in to get my lower wisdom teeth removed because I have jaw issues. Dr. Wallin was great. He worked with me to make it as easy as possible. One of my wisdom teeth was really tricky but Dr. Wallin removed it with little issue. It went WAY better then I was anticipating!

I LOVE Silverleaf! Way more informative than all of my other dentists and provided more care options as well AND actually had real actual pictures of my teeth (plus xrays of course) so I could see first hand what (embarrassingly I must admit) my lack of care was doing to my teeth. Before I was a patient I referred a gentleman to your office! :) I work in a building that has a dental office and he happened to walk through looking for them but they were closed. He was new in town so I gave him your address being new in town myself and I hadnt been to your office, yet.I recently received dental benefits through my employer and was excited you are in their network and I didnt have to wait too long to get in for a cleaning/exam!When I arrived for my initial visit the office is SO Nice! Amy is very friendly and helpful. Then I met Gloria who treated me as if she has known me forever! She is very good at her job and explaining the process. Great conversationalist. I felt comfortable under her care.When I met Dr. Wallin he was thorough and explained what was happening with my teeth so I could understand. He also has modern technology that I was not aware existed that help speed up the process while doing an excellent job. I can tell he cares about his patients personally, not just professionally. He also has a good sense of humor which is refreshing!At the time of check out I met with Amy again to go over insurance coverage/plans and treatment costs. She was also helpful and friendly giving me all the answers I needed. She also gave good dental insurance advice. Thank you, Amy!Everyone should see Dr. Wallin! Had such a wonderful experience here at Silver Leaf Dentistry!!! The office is beautiful and comfortable. They offer organic, non-gmo snacks up front, which was a wonderful surprise!! The staff was so friendly and professional. Theyre high tech and offer you an iPad to fill out your new patient documents, loved that. There is nothing that scares me more than the dentist. I combed the internet for the best of the best but what I was looking for was a dentist who was compassionate and understanding of the anxiety I have around doing any dental work. I was able to tour the office before I stepped in the door through the website virtual tour. When I walked in the office, the staff was SO friendly. I chose Dr. Wallin based on the reviews he received and I am here to say that he is 100% the real deal. I was made to feel welcome, I was not shamed when I expressed my anxiety around dental work like I was at my old dentist. I had to have a tooth extraction, talk about baptism by FIRE! A new dentist with a pretty major procedure to be done right off the bat. To give folks a clue how uncomfortable it is for me to go to the dentist, I cant even look at my own xrays. LOL. And that was ok with Dr. Wallin and his staff. When he gave me all my options, he did so in a way that didnt freak me out. He LISTENED when I had to explain that I have a lot of med sensitivities and was sooo totally cool about it and they have alternatives that dont use epinephrine. YAY! The day I went in I was so scared. But they had one of my favorite shows playing on the ceiling to distract me. When he gave the numbing shots, it was minimal pain, I read one review that said he is swift with the needle . . .AND HE IS! And I had minimal pain after the extraction. I had a whole set of very clear after care instructions. And the several questions I had about the after care were all completely answered. And let me further say that whenever I went to the dentist before, no matter how little the procedure or big, I would always end up with canker sores afterwards that I was told swish with salt water. Well, I have had NO canker sores after my visit. AND normally with my old dentist, the injections sites were ALWAYS without FAIL so painful that for two days I had to be on Tylenol and it hurt to brush my teeth. I had an extraction!! And not one injection site was painful after my procedure. I didnt wake up the next morning with pains all in my mouth from shots or canker sores. Dr. Wallin is super nice, he is supportive if you have fear, so much so that actually . . . Im not afraid to go in and have more work done!! And I got a lot of work to do! I am sooo happy I found Dr. Wallin and every one of his staff is equally as nice and supportive. I really cant say enough about Silver Leaf. Its a relaxing environment from the moment you walk in the door, I loved watching tv while they were working, what a cool distraction!! The procedure was perfect, the after care was awesome, Im a week out but even after a couple days I was on minimum amounts of Tylenol and totally comfortable. I stopped all Tylenol after the fourth day. I have already recommended Dr. Wallin to my parents, my brother and a couple friends. This is all coming from someone who avoided dental work at all cost. When I had a toothache on a Saturday, I found Silverleaf on the internet. They made time to see me immediately. The dentist examined me, and gave a thorough description of what was causing my pain. I was able to get an appointment the following Monday for a root canal and crown. The procedures werent as painful as I imagined. Plus, they have TVs on the ceiling, paired with wireless headphones, that kept me distracted while they worked. The office staff couldnt have been friendlier or more supportive. In addition, they provided 0% APR financing on my treatment.I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience. Thanks, Silverleaf!

I am always pretty skeptical about finding a new dentist because I am familiar with this field, having worked in dentistry in the past. I felt pretty good when I walked into the office, not only be welcomed by Dr. Wallin himself, but to see such a beautiful office. I was here for a general cleaning, and exam. This took all of about an hour and a half, which is typical seeing how I was a new patient, had a cleaning, full mouth set of x-rays, and an exam. I had a great cleaning done by Shelby, who was gentle, but good! She got all the staining of my teeth, and my teeth felt so smooth! YAY! I then had my x-rays done by Kate the dental assistant who was also fantastic! Quick and painless x-rays are always the best! haha! Dr. Wallin then did my exam, and found no cavities or troubles with my mouth! Double YAY! Hes a super sweet, genuine guy who seems to really take into account all his patients. Amy the office manager/front desk coordinator is also a sweet heart! She worked with me via email to schedule mine and my boyfriends appointments, and got us in asap! Love this place! I found out that I needed a tooth extraction from another dentist and wanted a second opinion. My dad had recently met Dr. Wallin and recommended that I go see him. I was immediately impressed by the office, the friendliness of Dr. Wallins staff, and his thoughtful and knowledgable approach to dentistry.He took his time explaining my options, his opinion (that I did need an extraction) and answering all of my questions (like why is this happening to me!). I was so impressed by Dr. Wallin that I ditched my other dentist and had Dr. Wallin do the extraction.The extraction was pretty awful, but I think thats the nature of a difficult extraction. Dr. Wallin was quick and very conscious of keeping me out of pain. He got through the process as quickly as possible and talked me through it every step of the way.It has been almost a month since the procedure and the recovery has been fast and relatively pain free. I would recommend him to both friends and family. Its hard to find a good dentist and Im really happy to have finally found one I can stick with.

Im extremely picky about who cleans my teeth...I highly recommend. See you in six months.
