This place is a total Money Grab. Go anywhere else!I went for an annual cleaning as a new patient. They took X-rays and pictures, reviewed them with me and then attempted to get me to approve “a special” cleaning that cost over $1,000 every 3 months. Because I refused, they refused to clean my teeth and I had to leave without the only thing I came in for, an annual cleaning.My wife who went just days earlier, had a similar experience. However, she actually got a cleaning and was very disappointed with the quality and thoroughness of the cleaning. .I feel so bad for all the people that don’t know better and agree to such outrages pricing. Don’t be one of them!

Dr. Rudin and Oscar were very kind with my mom. They worked with her, gave her breaks and listened to her. Very patient, kind and professional. Megan and Samie were very kind and patient. All the staff are professional, kind and great! We recommend Fox Dental!

They are so kind and helpful. The office uses state of art equipment which makes me feel like I am getting the best care possible. My dentist, Adrian Janner is the kindest, gentlest and caring man. He is an excellent dentist. It’s the best dentist office I have ever had.

I’ve been very hesitant to leave a review quite frankly because I still have a follow up appointment but I just want to discourage anyone else from coming here and I’m very unsure why there’s so many good reviews but I also only had a bad experience with one of the 3 people I engaged with so it must have just been an awful day for the hygienist. I’ve seen so many other rave reviews about him so I don’t know why he was so incredibly rude to me but again sometimes people have their days. It’s just unfortunate it happened to me because I’m already pretty nervous going to the dentist and had just found a good one to go to for a few years before I moved here and had to find another dentist. The hygienist had the most awful bedside manner with me and acted like I personally did something to him. I said I didn’t want to take x-rays of the wisdom teeth I have left, after telling him yes I’d removed two for causing me pain, and he abruptly sent the X-ray tech away very rudely snapping “ok we’ll just wait for you to come back once the others are hurting you too” which I understand that point and understand I should get an X-ray but I simply didn’t want to at that time and that was extremely unprofessional. The appointment was taking past what I was quoted and I had important last minute plans that I had to keep so I did not have the time to spare, and that’s not the only thing this hygienist did. If the manager wants to call and hear more about my experience then I would love that. I’m not trying to get him in trouble and I just hope this is a fluke and he was having a bad day. This just needs to be recorded so that if it ever happens again, you can remove him as a hygienist there. Because no one deserves to be treated the way he treated me.

Awful. They used to be great, but have really gone downhill in the last year. My last cleaning took almost two hours, and the person working with me, Judy, spent no more than 10 minutes with me in the first hour, and I sat there in the chair instead staring at a wall most of the time listening to all of the employees have a fun, laughing conversation. They dont even polish teeth anymore, apparently thats extra, now.The second hour was because fillings Id recently had replaced at Fox Creek had already failed, and the dentist needed to repair them. He told both me and the girl who came to talk about the cost that it would be no charge, since the original fillings had not been done correctly. Hilariously, I got a text while still sitting there, waiting and waiting, to leave them a review about how my visit went. I held back. I shouldnt have.Then, after I finally got up to leave, another girl came in to talk about the cost, and I told her what he told me.Of course I got a bill. Ive left several messages and talked to several receptionists in the month since, and the furthest I can get is Hes not in, but well ask him and call you back.They never call back.Ill never go back.Edit: After weeks of incompetence and requests for a call back being ignored, Ive finally just had to pay them for the second time for shoddy work in order to not risk my credit rating. No one would call me back, and magically, no manager was ever in the office to talk to. Go anywhere else.Edit # 2. Its now been 3 months since I started calling them to try to resolve this. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK. They have not responded to a Better Business Bureau complaint. They were issued payment a month ago. AND NOW: Im getting texts to pay the bill still! If this affects my credit, I will be contacting a lawyer.

Check in was very great. Had a great x ray, loved the joy Anna welcomed me with. Oscar did an amazing job cleaning. Dr. Russ gave me amazing tips to keep my teeth healthy and great. Becky helped me with a treatment plan, very easy fast service. Love the staff.

I have always had a great experience at this dentists’ office, but I have recently been in for some retainer appointments and the service and the people here are better than ever! I hope that they see these reviews and employees can get some recognition, but Sabrina has just been an absolute delight to talk to during my appointments and she is actively engaged and listens to your concerns and questions. She conveys information to the dentist and her coworkers and she isn’t afraid to ask questions, which is how we all learn and become better people. She is such a sweet person and I hope that she sees this and I hope that other people come to this office! 100% the best dentists’ office I’ve ever been to. Keep up the great work, guys :)

I happened to miss one of the many posted signs and walked in without a mask. Oops.The receptionist looked up from her desk and went back to work. No acknowledgement whatsoever. I stood there a minute and another employee from across the way finally acknowledged me, because i want wearing a mask and offered me a mask and finally checked me in.Im giving my dental hygienist the four stars because she basically did it all. Oral exam before the dr.s actual 1 min exam, cleaned, polished and even took my payment.

It was supposed to be just a consultation appointment for Invisalign but I hand up getting same day cleaning services with there impressive Dental plan offer I just could not pass, thanks to great help of Sabrina the dental assistant also introduced offered me the referral discount of $50 as will and knowledgeable and efficient hygienist, Helena. Horrible experience!!! Dont come here for quality dental care. The dental office mill is setup to get people in-and-out fast within an hour. Had the worst hygienist in the place, Alinna. Must be her first job. She was rude, rushed, rough and unprofessional. Went in for the $59 teeth cleaning scam and still left without a teeth cleaning. Alinna apparently ran out of time since she didnt take me until 15 minutes after my appt. time and was having problems taking x-rays, and that was my fault. Alinna has a bad attitude she really needs to work on. I left the office in more pain than when I arrived due to her trying to force the large x-ray camera in my mouth and jabbing my gums pointedly with a dental pick. Wanted me to come back for a deep cleaning (cost more and not needed) another day. I dont think so, that experience with her was bad enough where Ill never return and discourage other people needing quality dental work to go there. I had initially setup my appt. with another hygienist and unfortunately I got her instead.

I was at Fox Creek for a routine cleaning. I was attended by an itinerant hygienist. It was her first time subbing at Fox Creek. Her name was Alexis, I think.( not positive). She was very good and her level of care met all my criteria.

I HIGHLY recommend Fox creek dental. My first appointment i felt very welcomed. As a new patient they write your name on a chalk board welcoming new members, and a gift bag! I needed to bring my baby to my free consultation appointment. The assistants went out of their way to occupy my little guy by trying to put Netflix on for him. The prices are very affordable, and over all my experience was exceptional!

If someone had told us, before we moved here in 2018, that wed find a dental office so AMAZING wed end up actually looking forward to our dental appointments every 6 months, wed have laughed! But thats exactly what happens now, twice a year, when we see Fox Creek Family Dental appointment on our upcoming calendar. A terrific group of skilled, professional, caring, fun people. I went in this morning for a cleaning and needed several crowns and fillings. There happened to be an opening the same day for a crown and the fillings. Dr. Rubin was great. I have a hard time getting numb and he made sure that I was comfortable throughout my visit. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I’ve had two good experiences at Fox Creek. In both experiences the dentist was friendly, and informative. The dental assistants were the realstars though, making efforts to make me feel welcome, and calm any anxiety about the procedure. They rocked. The front desk staff, even during COVID, have made me feel that they valued my time and safety. Appointments have started on time and have ended on time with very little idle time. Easy scheduling options, with same day or next day appointments. All-in-all good experiences.

I have severe anxiety and have not stayed with a dentist for more than on appointment in years...until now.I have started a treatment plan with Fox Creek Dental and maintained it for over a year! Today was my final major treatment. Dr. Rudin and Carlos went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed for my procedure. I am incredibly thankful!

The best service in Boulder county. I went for a general check and it turns out that I needed a couple of procedures. Dr. Rudin and his magnificent assistant Karloz helped me schedule them with a lot of patience and working around my schedule. plus educated me on how each procedure worked. Everyone was super nice and easy to talk to. I had to get a refilling for one of my teeth and they said its free. I wasnt expecting that and Im very grateful.

As a new patient, my appointment lasted 2 hours, they hygienist said my teeth looked like under developed toddler teeth and the treatment plan specialist never emailed the appropriate quotes by the end of the work day as they promised. I don’t recommend and would like to not return.

First time at Fox Creek and the experience was very good. They were very careful with corona. My hygienist was very good. Through and gentle. Due to corona they arent polishing but she got all the coffee stains off my teeth. The exam by the doctor was very good explaining everything very well. Highly recommend.

My husband went in for an exam. He needed work on left and right side of his mouth. We signed the treatment plan. When my husband showed up the next day, the dentist decided up on her self to change the sides that they were going to work on. Screwing us on insurance benefits and also having to pay way more. We were supposed to pay a total of $270, the bill went up to $996. Called to complain and they basically blew us off, their fix was giving us a month to make payments. Needless to say, never going back to this place. They are shady and not very informative on prices. They just wanna take and take. SMH. If there were negative starts to give, this would be the place to give them to. If you are on a budget and need clear and fair pricing on things, and for them to follow your previous signed treatment plan, this is not the place for you.

Had my first Colorado dental cleaning today at Fox Creek. Heather was super friendly, informative and gentle. They had a cute new patient welcome gift and sign too. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The doctor chatted for a minute before scoping my teeth out and making sure every was good. Both Heather and the doctor made sure to address any questions or concerns I had.

Wonderful staff, very efficient for a regular cleaning, even as a new patient. Plus great hours that are really convenient for working folks.

Went in for evaluation knowing I needed extraction. They wanted 758$ for an extraction..which was 300$ more than another place I went after I had told them I went to them looking for a better price. Unless you have money growing on a tree they will ask for an arm and leg to get a tooth removed.

Dr Rudin is a very nice paitent dentist who fixed up my mouth quite nicely. I was having problem with some pain my first and last visit. he was very tenderly meaning took it easy noticed I was in pain and tried to help ease the pain as much as he could.. nice guy honestly ... if only the front desk staff had one ounce of professional development experience I would be more then happy to go back. Lindsay a dentist assistant also very friendly and professional. There was another guy who helped me in the back great attitude positive and trys to be as friendly as possible. I forget his name or i would insert it here. But man some of the charges are a we bit high.... The back of the house staff I give 5 stars to but front of house... i give 2.5 stars to. it seems the folks up front dont really know what they are doing to well. Might need a few more days of training or maybe just new staff... however Dr Rudin was awesome and to him I say thank you good sir.. and if you ever change to another location I would very much like to go there as well or if you clean house up front Ill be back.

The only complaint i have is I have been in twice in the past week and noticed front desk staff had masks pulled down. They only work if they cover your nose.Updating my review on 1/11/2021. Today I did the in office whitening with my hygienist. I whitened three shades lighter in 20 minutes!!!! No sensitivity and I even got the tray and free bleach tube with it!! Will definitely do it again!

Carlos and Dr. Russ were amazing. I had to have some cavities refilled in my back molars, which is so uncomfortable, but they were extremely fast and made me feel as comfortable as possible during the process. Also Carlos is just amazing to talk to. :) Highly recommend.

I went to this dentist for a good 3 years. I thought I loved it until I got braces and I needed a cleaning. The lady I got was very rude and unclean, her hands smelt like they haven’t been washed for weeks, she also hurt my teeth while she was cleaning and said I had no issues in my mouth. I left Fox Creek dentist for information issues, I was informed that I have 5 cavities and 3 caps I need to fix in my mouth. I am very disappointed at this dentist, they tell you lies and take your money. I DO NOT recommend this dentist.

Went in taking my father for a limited exam as he was experiencing some tooth ache. Dental assistant, Carlos, and Dr. Rudin, were so helpful and got my father out of pain. I am so genuinely blown away by how kind, gentle, and genuinely caring everyone is at this office. They’re amazing; 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I came in for a simple cleaning and it took over 2 hours. I called ahead and asked how long the cleaning would take and was told it would take 1 hour. I’ve been here for about two hours now. My wisdom tooth extraction was faster than this cleaning. They applied a 45$ treatment without properly explaining it to me and just charged me at the end. Also, the X-ray methods are extremely outdated - you might as well go to comfort dental.

I was long over due for dental work. My policy for seeing a dentist has always been to hold out as long as possible. Mostly because I found the goings on at the dentist office to be unpleasant. After going to Fox Creek and being seen by Dr. Ashley, I realize my hesitation and procrastination was unwarranted. Dr. Ashley and her assistant made sure I was comfortable the entire time. And I truly was. It was a pleasant experience. I will definitely be going back for all my dental needs, without hesitation.

I had dental surgery for a crown. From the support staff to the dentist I had vepry high customer service. They inquired about my comfort, explained the procedure and answered questions. Everyone wore a mask and/or face shield. It was very clean with hand sanitizer available. I waited in my car until called and escorted to the room I felt very safe in this environment.

I came here to write a review regarding my experience with Fox Creek and was shocked to see that Dan posted two weeks ago with an almost identical issue. I originally loved this office and the people working here were always so nice to me. I came in in October to have two cavities taken care of, but I was concerned that I didnt have enough money left over from my insurance to cover it and I asked the front desk receptionist about it. She reassured me that I had enough to take care of the procedure and set me up with a payment plan to pay $440 in three months. I paid $350 of it in two months and went to go pay the remainder when I was informed that I now owe another $733 because my insurance had maxed out. Thats why I asked in the first place, or I would have just waited for the next year. When I called Carissa (the manager) about it she basically told me that I was already getting a discount, but I am responsible for the $733. So I am now paying almost $1100 for two cavities all because the receptionist failed to do her job and check my insurance and it wasnt documented on their end. Fox Creek Dental does not care about their patients. I trusted them, which was my mistake I guess, and now Im paying almost 3 times as much as I should be. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

Ive been a patient of Fox Creek Dental for 3 years. Every cleaning and every filling has had caring professionals each visit. Give them a try. Your dental health is important, but its easy if you have regular 6 month visit. Leslie and Dr. Russ caught a cavity that was very small during my cleaning. It literally took 15 minutes to take care of 2 weeks later. Dr. Russ and Crystal had me in and out with no discomfort. As I said, caring professionals!Find out for yourself.

Today I was seen by Carlos and Dr. Rudin and they were amazing! I had two fillings done and they were quick and pain free. They were super caring and professional, it was truly an excellent experience!

I just finished my appointment at Fox Creek. I haven’t been to a dentist since I was in fifth or sixth grade and was absolutely terrified to go in today. Everybody I met was extremely nice and they made me feel very comfortable. I want to give a special thank you and shout out to Nikki and Dr. Russ.

If you dont have dental insurance dont bother considering this business as a viable service. they quoted me 2.5X the going cost for a procedure I needed. As a senior citizen I particularly recommend avoiding this place.

I had a routine cavity that needed to be filled and 2 crowns to be placed. From the start, this procedure was extremely uncomfortable and painful - the temporary crown was filed correctly by the dental assistant which caused me a lot of pain, and inflammation. When I went back in after trying to manage the pain hoping it would go away on its own - not a single person apologized or showed concern for the pain I experienced. They put in the permanent crown, saying the pain would go away naturally, this crown fell off during dinner! Being a busy mom and a full time working - it is not easy to keep going to the dentist every week. But thats what I had to do., I had no choice since I paid over $800 for this procedure.Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service provided and dental work done. Will not be going back.

I went to this practice for a routine exam and some mouth sensitivity. Dr. Cara informed me I had small abfractions that were causing the sensitivity. She recommended filling them all and now the sensitivity is completely gone and I have one happy mouth! Thanks Fox Creek! Ill certainly be going back you have a very nice and modern office.
