Dropped a TV off over 2 months ago, still not fixed. They said itd be done in a few weeks. Never heard from them and weve had to repeatedly call for updates. Worst customer service, dont waste your time. Im pretty sure if we hadnt been repeatedly calling this entire time, itd still be sitting on their shelf gathering dust.

Larry was AWESOME and fixed my computer perfectly for HALF as much as everywhere else quoted me. He was quick, respectful, and patient with all my questions. I will never go anywhere else for my computer repairs and highly reccomend them.

Called and asked for a quote and told them the problem. Told us the price and said they can fix it. When we showed up they were very unprofessional and said they weren’t gonna fix the tv. It was a waste of our time especially since we had to drive 40 mins to there location.

Fabulous! My computer crashed and I got a refurbished, MUCH BETTER laptop. Very friendly, VERY knowledgeable and Im thrilled to have discovered them. I highly recommend especially if you are NOT very tech savvy. They are and they dont take advantage.

These guys are great. They took my high end computer that was totally crashed and fixed it. Larry is the computer genius. I recommend them to anyone who has a major computer issue with a high end computer or expensive situation to get trough with your computer.

Jim and Larry were both great. I took my new gaming PC I built in to have it looked at and Larry really went above and beyond what I expected in terms of knowledge and service. I highly recommend them if you need anything done to your PC.

I called Jim to ask if my TV was worth bringing in to be fixed. He asked me several questions, told me to change several settings and after 15 minutes on the phone with me, my TV was working again! I offered to pay him for his time and knowledge, but he refused any payment. I think this is OUTSTANDING service. Jims TV (and Jim himself) has my undying loyalty and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs electronics repaired! Thank you, Jim!

I called Jims TV with a problem with our LCD TV. I described the problem and he immediately knew what the problem was. He said to bring it in and he could repair it that same day, with no diagnostic fee. Excellent service and reasonable prices. I picked up the TV that evening, working great! I am a very happy customer.

Jim got my dead mosfet swapped out in minutes. If you need any soldering done, hes the man!

Customer service is excellent. My t.v. would not turn on and they could have charged for diagnosis but didnt. Very pleased.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but my experience was so horrible I feel I need to warn others! I took my older laptop that needed a new power cord and port put in. They called to say it was ready for pickup and I went in 2 different times and they were closed during the day during business hours. I finally found them in to get my computer and got home to find out the tech who took apart my laptop didn’t replace the screws that held the screen in place and the screen was not attached on one side and where the battery goes is also broken and no longer stays in place. It’s an older computer so while I wasn’t happy as I didn’t take it in that way, I also understand that stuff happens, and assumed they would help me fix it. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get back down there for a while and when I finally took it in he expressed that I waited too long to come back in, I explained I didn’t want compensation, just asked his help in getting the screws so I can get the screen back together so it was at least useable! Jim said “It wasn’t like that when you picked it up”, but He wasn’t there when I picked it up and in fact his tech didn’t even know how to run my credit card and asked me to come back when Jim was in, when I refused as I had already waited a while to be able to get it he finally called Jim to get instructions so I could pay and pick up my computer. Jim refused to help me fix the screws missing and when I pressed saying please I am not asking for compensation for the damages just want some screws to hold my laptop together so I can use it again he again insisted I dropped the laptop and broke it and that’s why the screws were missing! He then proceeded to rip off the plastic front screen cover without unscrewing it further damaging my laptop and then when he took out another screw said oh look see the plastic is broken on the screw hole here also and I said, “Yes because you just tore the cover off without unscrewing it first”! He continued to insist it was all my fault and he could tell I dropped it and that’s why it was all broken. I explained to him that indeed I actually HAVE dropped it years ago when I first got it and the drop didn’t affect the front screen at all it only bent and dented the back cover slightly and I have used it just fine like that ever since for years and have NEVER had problems with it before taking it in. Anyway needless to say, I left with a more broken laptop than when I went in. Overall it was a HORRIBLE experience and probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I wouldn’t trust my electronics there again.

Jim was able to replace the backlights of my 65” Lg tv; we had an issue a few weeks later with on burning out, and he fixed it in warranty and hassle free.Larry was able to change out a bad hdmi port on my Xbox one s in less and in less than 3 hrs had it back to me.Excellent company

Live in Thornton and couldnt find any good repair people - So I drove up to Longmont - glad I did - Jims was great. Fixed the problem and did not over charge. Good shop.

I dropped my TV off to get repaired I left it there for a whole week I also contacted Jim to ask him when I was going to hear back about my TV and for the whole week kept telling me he was short on workers instead I went to the TV repair shop up the road and they told me what was wrong with it the day that I brought it in I do not recommend going to Jims TVs

I had a problem with my keyboard. He told me it would be cheaper to just replace the keyboard so he ordered me a new one and only charged me for the new keyboard. You wont find this kind of honest service in the big box stores.

I came in with a screwed up Dell labtop keyboard. Jim was very clear with what he was doing, what the timeline was, and the price was amazing! He doesnt try to overcharge you like other places. I definitely recommend him for computer problems.

I went to Jims today with the power board I had pulled out of my Samsung 46 inch TV. Jim immediately checked it out and because of many capacitor and overheating issues, urged me to replace the whole board. I asked if he could get the part for me as I was willing to pay him for the service.Instead, he showed me how to pull up the part on Ebay and get it myself.Charged me nothing for the time and I came home and logged on and ordered the part for $75 with free shipping.
