The Chrismans are amazing to work with! When I first came in they were very informative and friendly, I now have my cars, renters, and life insurance with them. My mother-in-law, brother-in-law, and brother also have policies with them. They are also very welcoming to any questions and address them very quickly! Highly recommended!

They screwed up my car insurance without even an attempt to notify me about what was going on. I tried to fix it through them and they just made excuses. I went through my previous agent, which fixed as much of the problem as they could. Still have ~60$ extra being stolen from me because of their mistake. Going to file a complaint through state farm and the BBB. Avoid unless you like getting ripped off.

Very rude snooty people in thereI had a lapse in insurance because my ex boyfriend quit paying my insurance and i put the car in storage. I have a cold and dont feel good and they were very rude and unapologetic. i will never do business with state farm again
