I called to cancel multiple policies with the new owners due to finding a better deal. I was told I needed to provide proof of new insurance witch isnt required. Jeremy was a complete jackass to me because of this and I have been doing business with the company for many years.I would not do business with them in the future and would not recommend you doing business with them either.Joe Wamsley

Rick Auer and his staff were very responsive to my need to change insurance companies. My premiums had been unreasonably increased due to a minor (7 mph) speed infraction. Rick was able to hook me up with a new company immediately and then initiated the follow up to make sure I had all the documentation showing the new coverage. I would recommend Rick and his staff to those who want excellent customer service for their insurance needs.

They are good as far as providing affordable insurance but they are terrible at bieng at work on time. This is the 3rd time I showed up at their opening hours and they are never there. They usually show up around 12 ish. Affordable insurance but do not count on them being at work.
