Word of mouth is the best advertisement and I’ll never go to this salon after what I’ve heard happened.An employee at Royal II Salon solicited gratuity, then assaulted a teenage client by pushing the client and slamming objects, while verbally harassing the client.Let me be clear: I have worked solely on gratuity and it is never professional to ask a client for a tip, but worse to respond with aggression is actual assault.It’s unfortunate that businesses refuse to pay their employees a livable wage, but it is not the responsibility of customers to fill the wage gap an employer refuses.If Royal II Salon isn’t paying their employees a reasonable hourly rate for their services, employees need to take that up with management not clients.

Very unprofessional.. My teen daughter and 7 yr old sister were dropped off there today for pedicures.. They were charged 70$ which was okay and my daughter paid it.. When she was asked by the person who polished their toes if she was tipping and my daughter explained she didn’t have enough to tip the employee was very hostile and argued with her about not been able to tip for the service and started slamming things and pushed her arm off the arm rest.. Very unprofessional..

Really upset about the pedicure I just got... my toe nails are all different sizes and Hannah didn’t even put polish on the end of the nails. I specifically asked to make sure they were all the same size and square shape.. she barely filed my nails after clipping. Then at the end she rushed to finish because someone else came in, and she didn’t let the polish dry, before rushing onto the next coat. I won’t go back here, not worth the money for what you get.

While I love coming here because of the relaxing atmosphere and convenience, I was disappointed about the dip powder manicure I received last week. Within a day, the powder was cracking and chipping off of my nails. My nails began to peel and break, which shouldn’t happen within a day of service. They did offer to fix them up, but I was hesitant to return and have the same fate. The pedicures are great and the salon itself is clean, the employees are nice but the quality of the service I received was overall not great for the price.

The nails I got where acrylic and where French, the lady rushed on them while it was only 7:15 and closes at 7:30 she got me out of there at 7:20 with nails that look like they can be 70$ tops and she said it was 109 And I go and pay until I say something she only charged me 100 for nails that nail polish keeps chipping off. I also got a pedicure gel.These Nails werent worth the paying !!

Got a pedicure on a Sunday with Hannah. She was meticulous and gave me the best pedicure! The place is very clean and they open new tools for each customer. I will definitely return!

Best manicure ever

They painted my nails the wrong color and the gel manicure started chipping after two days. After all this they only gave a $5 discount. I really wanted to like this place, but they didnt handle their mistakes well. The pedicure was pretty good though. I will not be back.

I bring my grand daught here here frequently for her nails. The owner has learned her style, the collaborate on new looks. It is ALWAYS clean, appointments are on time and they have fantastic spa pedicures too.
