Good maintenance department
As a customer of Charter and the Spectrum brand for many years it is appalling that this company continues to bamboozle customers into their bait and switch game! The service is just as bad for businesses as it is for residential. Today is typical down for 4 hours then up and down and no sign of resolution and when you call you get no clue responses the node is down etc...with not estimated time to repair first two hours then nothing, this happens at least once a month!Sometimes in the middle of the work day and down for hours! Instead of spending millions on advertising Charter should fix their network and train employees, meanwhile executives continue to line their pockets with millions in bonuses and high salaries! An embarrassment of how bad internet services can be, one can only hope 5G, Starlink, ATT fiber crushes Charter sooner than later!
