Love this place, first time in Long Beach location. Hair wasn’t completely gone though this time around not sure of why. When I visited the Melrose location I came out completely bald. Either way the customer service was excellent and I’m still satisfied overall with my services given. Will definitely be returning!

I was so hesitant to do laser hair removal despite hearing greats things about it. A friend referred to SEV and Im soooo glad I made the decision to do it! Its way faster and less painful than waxing or sugaring and I’ve seen AMAZING results in just 3 sessions! Ive done the Brazilian and under arm and plan to do my legs and butt!!! Ladies my hair has not grown back and it ultimately will save so much time and money vs waxing every month. I can throw on a bikini with no restrictions!

I did not know how much I would love laser hair removal until I tried it. I really hadnt been interested because of the price point and shaving wasnt that much of a hassle. But between the lotion I loved to treat my strawberry legs no longer being sold and friend recommendations of one more thing to take off my daily to-do list, I finally caved. SEV laser was just the solution. From the price point to their incredible customer service, I have just been in awe.

Ive been going to Sev laser for a few years now and I can say that its the best decision I have made. Pain free and long lasting results. I originally started going to the location in Hermosa but once Long Beach opened I immediately made the switch since its closer to my home. Great customer service friendly Staff and I never have to wait long. The only downside is that you have to book your appointments book really fast so its kind of hard to get a day and time you prefer but of than that I have no complaints.

My girl friend called on August 5th at 11:55 AM and a rude receptionist answered the phone. She was not helpful at all, answers my questions briefly and acts bothered with my questions. She sounds like she doesnt like her job and just wants to get off the phone. I did not feel welcomed, helped or assisted. She should get trained on how to treat people like humans and if she does not like her job then she shouldnt be working there. If she is tired or have personal issues then she shouldnt bring those problems to work.

I have been to SEV in LB 3x and so far it has been a great experience! I began to see results after the first time!! The place is super cute and clean and the staff has been very knowledgeable and friendly! I definitely recommend!

I did not have the best experience because not only was it a bit of challenge to find, making me 5 minutes late, I received a text from SEV about 30 minutes before stating that my intake-paperwork had not been completed.I let them know that I had not received any paperwork, and that I would complete once there.I didnt think this was a big deal. I thought I would be accommodated, because this was my first visit, and I had not received the paperwork. WRONG!Upon entering, I was informed that I would have to stand at an ibook to complete the paperwork. And that my appointment would be cut short.The paperwork is long (7 pages), which took me about 12 minutes to complete. Of course, all of this made me angry. I wanted to leave, and not return in that moment.The receptionist definitely did not make this an enjoyable experience. But, she did her job of upholding the previously unstated time punishment.I was only able to receive 7 minutes of one laser treatment! I had scheduled 3 treatments. Initially, I wondered how would they do 3 treatments in such a short amount of time...but now I see...its speed laser.My past laser experiences took a bit of time. In the past, I sat w/numbing cream on for about 20 minutes before. At Sev, they dont use numbing cream, or at least none was offered to me. My skin was not prepped in anyway.Daniella, the NP who did my laser was nice. I would see her again.The facility is nice. Very fashion forward.I will give it another try b/c the price is affordable, but my first experience was not at all what I hoped for.I recommend getting there super early. Ask about paperwork completion before you go.

Diva & Ashley at the Long Beach location are great! Very professional, nice, & courteous. I love taking the drive from LA to this location because of the professionalism & great service.

I love this place! So clean and professional and the interior decor is so chic. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

I had an appointment scheduled and when I got there they told me it was at another time. I showed them proof of my appointment time and they wouldn’t accommodate me for their mistake. I will NEVER patronize this business.

This place is horrible!! I had an appointment time scheduled and she I got there they couldn’t take me because they had the wrong appointment time in their schedule. Furthermore they didn’t even accommodate me for their mess up

I am so happy they opened a Sev in Long Beach, no more drives to LA or OC.The girls are super nice, great customer service and clean facilities just like they are known for.
