Great work out. Burning between 500 and 600 calories in 30 minutes. Upbeat trainers for those unmotivated days. Im happy with the results.

Round 9 is an excellent place to workout. It’s clean the trainers are great and you get in and out in 30 minutes. I’ve been a member for a month have lost 5lbs so far and my work pants are much looser. I know if I stick to it 5 days a week i will become fit and healthy again. Thank you round 9

I never have enough time in my day. 9Round is the best 30 minute workout, in my experience. Your sessions are always different, high quality, strength-building, calorie-burning workouts! Instructors are pleasant and knowledgeable. Most of the time it feels like a personal training session. I recommend 9Round for everyone, any age, any level of fitness.

Great 30 minute workout! All the trainers are amazing and encouraging. Great instruction on each exercise and with the heart monitor, you can tell what intensity you are working at.

9Rounds is great because you have a limited number of people working out so the trainers an focus on helping you and your individual needs. The 3 minute time frame at each round makes it a workout that is achievable, though challenging. Since it is a smaller gym they only allow a minimal amount of people which makes it a safe workout and they are constantly wiping down and sanitizing. Highly recommended!

9Round is a great all over body work out. The work out provides fast paced sessions with low impact recovery breaks in 30 minutes. The best part are the personal trainers that are constantly providing motivation and skill set instruction.

I LOVE the trainers! I also love the 30 min only workout. I love the fact that it’s never boring and that you can modify for your fitness and skill level. It’s literally the only workout routine I’ve ever been able to maintain.

Super friendly staff and very helpful. Its a great workout and good for all levels and ages...you make it what you want. I love that you wear a heart rate monitor where you get to see your progress on a screen...its very motivating. You also get a a summary email after each workout.

Convenience to workout according to my schedule, quick in and out in 30 minutes, no need for me to have to come up with a workout plan as its all right there for me at every station and trainers to help me if I need them.
