They went very thorough with the information we needed to make the visit smoother. But nice people patient but need to work on explaining there services and options people dont know. We were very ignorant about these services and went properly or fully informed when we spoke to them over the phone or in person had to make several trips and pay several different times all because of poor communication. Ive been going here for livescan 3 times now and service is just getting better and better. I just had my fingerprint taken and it only took me 15 minutes and im done! Very fast and efficient service!

The guy named Marvin or is it Melvin was nothing short of amazing, guiding me since my phone call to the actual livescan. And the place is pretty cool in Bixby Knolls. I loved it there!
