Wonderful experience. I have had a few LiveScans done and this was by far the best all-around experience. Small shop with the owner running the show. He was picky about each of the prints to assure they were clear and readable. I highly recommend Als for stress free fingerprinting.

Al is a sweet patient owner of this shop. He is very competent and sweet. Affordable pricing if that’s important to you, but I’ve had to do a lot of live scans and this is the least stressful one I’ve done. If there’s a few people ahead of you when you get their ask him to call you when he’s available. He manages the phone/store by himself.

They moved to a different location on 3rd street and Elm.Heres my experience: I needed a fingerprint for my new job. I googled the nearest Fingerprint Live near me. We got there and The sign said, “ moved to a different location.” Ok, no biggy. I googled the new location. Oh sweet, it’s nearby 6 minutes ETA. As I turned on Elm there was parking right in front! Mind you, it’s 2 hours free parking baby!As I walked in through the doors I was greeted by a friendly young lady ^_~(she had beautiful silky smooth white/grey hair) with a helpful, energetic attitude! The rest is history. Affordable, quick-service, and excellent customer service.

I came in several times for fingerprinting and felt frustrated every time. The woman behind the counter was rude to me and other customers every time I was there and she seemed very flustered. I came in one day when she was gone, and the man who owns the place said he doesnt actually know how to do any of the fingerprinting, so I had to come back yet again. The only reason Im giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the owner was kind even though he didnt seem to know what was going on, and part of the issue I had was due to the way the fingerprinting system works so I understand there wasnt much the employees could actually do about it. However, there is no excuse for bad customer service, especially since I was patient and polite with them even though I felt annoyed.

This place was great. They had me in an out without the waiting lines and the lady there named Maria was friendly, professional, and focused on getting me what I needed, my live scan and visa pics.

I got my Canadian Passport pictures taken here and my passport application was sent back due to the pictures being incorrect size...length of face and not clear with white dots. I spent 50 dollars to have my application sent in so not only did this place cost me money and time I will not get my passport on time. Pure stupidity.

Site says it’s open until 2pm today. I got here at 1:30pm and they were already closed. Thank you for wasting my gas and time.
