Hello, I mistakenly did not add delivery instructions to my package because the person I am sending to told me a bit late. I told the representative if there was another way to add instructions and she rudely reply with no whoever made this label was supposed to add it on either of the lines of the address. I was a bit shocked that she didnt even try to give me any information after asking her nicely. I then had to go online to find out that youre able to add instructions after I was told I couldnt. Please train your staff better because false information isnt good. thank you.Update the same day:The manager called me stating she apologized for the rudeness of the employee, pretty much because she had to after I left a review. She said she couldnt figure out who it was after I said the time and gave her the Device ID that comes with the receipt. Such a joke, I wont be coming back to this location.
They constantly turn down my packages (when other facilities are more than willing to take them as is). They claim “fedex” policy when I’m sure it’s just them being lazy.If you plan on trying to actually mail anything larger than an envelope I wouldn’t waste your time.
If there’s any place you can go to don’t waste your time coming to this location. Worst customer service..! Cindy is a little bit rude. When I was trying to explain something to her she cut me off. I have shipped items almost hundred times and it’s the first time I heard the maximum value I can declare for a luxury item is 1k.!! There’s no way I will take my chances shipping an item that cost more than 2k for half the price. So I’m saving you guys some time. Avoid this location so you won’t have to deal with rude and inconsiderate employee like Cindy.
Every time I come here, Kris goes above and beyond to help me. She also remembers things about my order that Mae things run smoothly and efficiently. FedEx is lucky to have someone working for them that has this type of customer service to their patrons. Thank you Kris.
After my frustrations with another FedEx center, the great staff at this place made my day. My mailing address wasn’t a conventional address so this lady helped me to look it up in their system and helped to process the information. When I asked for a signature-requested service, she kindly reminded me of the scenarios the truck driver might not be able to get into the building to get a signature due to the pandemic. I appreciated their consideration and thank for their service. In the end, I told her there’s a big smile under my mask.

Best customer service and one of the friendliest places in town. It’s like they already know what I’m about to say and they are smart enough to compensate... BUT...Self-service machines are way too slow. It’s been like this for way too long.Drop your prices if your not going to improve your equipment.Drop your prices if your not gong to demand better equipment from FedEx.Custom service here is excellent and rivals the best in town. It’s unfortunate they are stuck with these slow machines.
They had a service I needed, although Im sure it would have been cheaper elsewhere, but who has the time?
Provides great service. Only issue happens during busy hours (usually early evening 3 to 6pm ) customers may have to wait in line to use one of the 3 copy/print machines. Typical waiting time is 5 to 15 minutes.
I will no longer be coming into this location. The new Traine took my box and started to shake my box and asked while shaking it if there were any liquids in the box. Thankfully i didnt and had a textbook but she claimed i also needed filler for my box. I have never had to buy any kind of filler for the returns of any of my textbooks. I will be calling corporate as well because that is not acceptable.
Whenever I do my business in this place I was always greeted & assisted with full respect by the employees. If I needed something I dont need to call. There were there right away to give some assistance. There are polite and courteous and help with a smile. Good job guys. Keep it up. 2 thumbs up
Usually everyone is very friendly at this place and they help you right away. However, the person that waited on me today took his sweet time to acknowledge me. To be fair, the place was busy yet he should have at least acknowledged me right away and then said he would get to me when possible.

First time going to that specific location . I usually go to the one close to my job and I was very impressed with their staff .. very helpful and polite.

The customer service here is usually always great, however today I was helped by Natalie and she was very rude. Before she helped me she was just on her phone In front of me while I was waiting. She had an attitude as soon as she approached me. I was very disappointed today.

Took a package to send to the lab - same reusable containers theyre always shipped in. Used three times, well within its normal life cycle, zero damage to the unit except the tape from where it had been shipped prior. The kid behind the counter informs me that they cant accept the box, and Id have to buy a new one - which isnt possible because the inside of the box is sealed with a serialized sealing label. Had to drive ten minutes to another location - which had zero problems accepting the box, incidentally. Wouldnt have been an issue if they hadnt left me standing there nearly five minutes while he processed something else to tell me they wouldnt accept it after all. I can only assume it was in the hopes Id go ahead and do it since Id already waited so long.
I walked in to scan to email one 1-paged document on my lunch break. There is 1 PC that can scan to email. The staff told me I would have to wait until the pc was available. Then, I would pay 49cents per minute plus a maybe 19 cents to scan. The staff saw me wait for for the PC 2 minutes and didnt offer to assist from the counter.
FedEx does an awful job, but here I found people who were really nice and helped fixing the mess that their company made. If I ever have to deal with FedEx again (I hope not) I will certainly come here.
Adam was the only one working and it was busy! He was awesome, so efficient and professional. Even when another customer was very rude to him he kept his professionalism.

***Warning*** They will nickel and dime you for every little thing. I was shipping vitamins and the kid at the registered wanted to repackage my box because he heard a rattle. I told him what was inside and he said he will refuse my package... I had to pay an extra $5 for peanut packing (and that didnt help with the rattle). They refused 2 of my packages because they were in Uhaul boxes... I had to carry 2 50lbs boxes back to my car because I didnt want to pay another $15 each to repackage into a plain box. Ill never use this store again... I already paid for my pre-paid shipping labels and just needed to drop off but this place needs to make money by ripping us off even more.
Came in last minute there was only one employee working and did not mind at all giving me perfect costumer service, attending to all the costumers quickly, and showing appreciation to my buisness.

I had to ship my Gopro back to the factory and Gopro sent me a Fedex label so all I needed was to get it wrapped up and sent out. The process was nice and easy and my customer service rep didnt overcharge me for boxing it up. She was so awesome and nice that I mainly wanted to talk about her.I was helped by a young lady named Amaari she was really nice told me a story about how she got allergic to peanuts which was entertaining and she made my packing up experience fun. I was literally laughing the whole time because she was so funny with here peanut allergy stories.I dont usually have a good overwhelming experience at a mail center. I mean the people are helpful and professional but this gal just lit up the room and made my day!
Someone named IMARI just answered my call and was VERY RUDE and HUNG UP ON ME even after I was curteous enough to say thank you!!. SMH
Not really a good place if you do not know how to use a machine there. The person at the counter did not help me at all with the lamination machine. The first time I used the lamination machine it bent the picture, so I had to use it a second time. The person seems to be kind of mean too.

I normally use this location for my printing self serving services. No issues.
Theres a parking lot in the back but the doors are locked, so you have to go around to the front door on Atlantic to enter. Difficult to unload your car if you have multiple or heavy packages.
Even after my last post and one star rating I returned. Now, never again. I have been a costumer with fed ex office since it was Kinkos. They have now officially and forever lost my patronage.
Printing service is expensive I was in the computer 8 minutes and it charge $5.49 I print two pages.
