Fun boat ride, but the parking women needs to be fired! I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life! Talking down to the customers. Ill never come back.

GLAAC uses it to take the Scouts BSA to Catalina(2 Harbors) the crew and staff are great with the youth.

I like this trip a lot. The second time using slow boat. No sea sick.

It was a good trip. There really isn’t anything wrong with this place. The boat trip was fairly smooth (both ways). The only bummer part about the trip were the food prices! they were outrages! which is understandable, but still. So, i’d recommend taking your own snacks.

The ride to the island was longer than I expected but the company got us there safely albeit I got sunburnt from being on the top side of the boat. Don’t forget sunscreen and a bag in case you get seasick!

The boat is lovely and comfortable and the architect tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and interesting!

Was busy day down there today.300 kids/ under parental supervision and crew heading over this AM.Stoked to see the new facilities.New checking in area was very organized.The new restrooms were very busy and yet stayed working. 👍The C.C.C. is looking ready for summer 2020.🤙⚓🤙

I went to an event and the bathrooms smelled horrible

It so fun In 5th grade is when to cimi toyon bay 3 days and 2 nights i bye 2 lays chip it cost 2.50 x 2 = 5 dollors

Great service to Catalina for me and my Cub Scout troop. They were very professional and courteous and didnt even bat an eye as multiple Scouts chummed the water during the 2 hour trip.The captain even tried to minimize the rocking to help the boys have a more pleasant experience.

I love sailing to Catalina with my girl scout troop back in 1983. It was right before my first year in high school. The island was beautiful and idyllic as promised and the boat cruise was dreamy.

Went on the Santa booze cruise and had fun. It was a SMIDGE too crowded. One of the toilets in the mens bathroom was out of order, too

Love. It. The first time we went during a storm so it was crazy and a window broke, lots of people were throwing up but we rescheduled it and went again and it was beautiful, And the trip... Catalina was AMAZING I miss it SO much 😭❤🏝

I was a disappointed in the Halloween party cruise. It felt like a money grab. At the price point, I expected an experience with at least some decorations. It was just the plain boat with DJ equipment. The sinks were also expensive and the WAIT for the drinks was unbearably long. Again, at the price point, I expected better. I think they were understaffed for the event.Finally, they seemed to have trouble getting the boat engine started, so our cast off was delayed.On the positive side, the DJs were good. I also enjoyed seeing the Queen Mary and Long Beach from the harbor.

Went on the cumbia dance cruise... Awesome! Had a blast! Cant wait for the next one!

Great experience! Me and my wife got tickets for labor day weekend party cruise. It was awesome!!! 2bars and 2 floors with different music,djs. 2 drinks around 20$, which isnt that bad!keep them comming :) the crew was nice, also beautiful views of long Beach and marina. I recommend it for people who like to have fun :)

The boat was really rough.. I fell a couple of times. And got seasick. But the food was good.

Need a restroom have to walk all the way to the queen Mary to use the restroom I dont like coming here if it wasnt for a pick up I have off the catalonia terminal I wouldnt e here I always tell my groups to go some where ELSE VERY SAD YOU SHOULD FIX THIS EVEN A OUT HOUSE WOULD DO DONT FORGET THE TOILET PAPER

I would not recommend that cruise ! 2017/18 New Years ...We invited our neighbors to go and first off the staff was totally disorganized !! the boat left the harbor 1h late in the mean while we where in line outside at the harbor...no fun . we had VIP tickets but got cheap seating on the first deck NOT SKY DECK ..nasty chairs ...which by the way... we had to get on our own from other tables. acording to one of the members sky deck was to cold ????!!!! The DJs did not count down and did not ever say anything. People where in line for drinks right in front of our nose and there was no room for dancing do to that. and this stayed like this for almost half the time. The boat was not only dirty looking it stunk so bad like bathroom back up and hardley moved. the staff had no clue what they where doing or supposed to do. to top it off the bathrooms where super nasty ( that is probably where the smell came from ) ..lots of people complained and where disapointed and we had to get our own drinks because nobody attendend to us ! nobody came with the bottle weve paid for or anything. An hour after we got our own chairs and set down. finally the original bottle came and 2 hours later ( at the end of the cruise) as I was asking for a second bottle I got charged 3 times $250 . sure that can happen and I told the girl as soon as i saw that on my phone BUT still .... glad we did it but never again ! If you think you want something classy and actually think VIP means something then DO NOT book this cruise ! The view of the fireworks was beautiful I do have to say that !

They took us to Catalina and we stayed at a Boy Scout camp. The staff was friendly and it was a good ride
