Had an amazing time with the family going on a gondola. Our gondolier was thoughtful, friendly and very skilled at navigating the gondola; overall the staff was great from beginning to end. While visiting Long Beach it was nice to do something different. We found the gondola ride so smooth and enjoyable. If you are looking for something romantic this is a great idea. If you feel like trying this as as a family or friends experience I can highly recommend it as well as well. Thank you Gondola Getaway!

Hubby and I enjoyed celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary with a Gondola Getaway ride, they offered us a cheese and meat tray and we brought our own wine, although the weather wasnt great it still was very nice, our Gondolier was very pleasant as well as knowledgeable considering he said hed only been working there a few months, hubby and I will definitely be doing this again, hopefully during sunset or at night.

Best experience ever! It was a romantic and relaxing ride. The gondolas are beautifully aged. My husband planned this surprise to kick off our honeymoon and it was perfect! We had the perfect sunset! Our gondolier (Logan) was truly amazing, informative and sings beautiful! We will definitely be back soon and we are definitely requesting Logan!

Absolutely loved this experience. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I did it solo but recommended for couples and friends. Cruise and have a drink while your gondolier sings tunes as you go under a bridge. Friendly service! Caught this experience at sunset which made it even better

The Gondola ride through the Naples canals was peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Patrick did an excellent job showing us around. Patrick was very professional, courteous and engaging. He shared with us some facts and history of both the gondolas and homes. I highly recommend small excursion to anyone looking to know the city of Long Beach in a more intimate setting. I will definitely be back.

I absolutely loved it, such a great experience and so romantic. My gondolier was the best we could have asked for, he knew the history of the canel and gondolas. His voice was just so beautiful, it took my husband and I by surprise. I think his name was Calvin or Caleb.... or at least something with a C, I highly recommend him but the place as well.

This is definitely a bucket list, is so romantic they even provide champagne, the ride is so beautiful just sit back and enjoy the ride, this is a ride that I take my wife on a yearly basis the afternoon ride is the best when the sun is going down, I recommend this place

What a great time! The Gondoliers were so personable friendly carered about us and our comfort. The singing was great and the view amazing. You need to do this!! So much history, theyll explain thru out the ride.

This hour long ride was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodations provided by the company from ice buckets to cups to a complimentary photo was awesome. Our gondalier was remarkable and sang for us under a bridge! He was personable and added to our adventure. Not necessarily just for couples..i went with my sister !!!

We had an amazing experience and evening with Parker from Gondola Getaway. Parker was/is a great host and has a beautiful voice. We were even lucky enough to have guest appearances from bioluminescent-creatures.I would recommend this to everyone - couples to families for a relaxing and invigorating night. On Friday May 28th, I reserved time here with my fiancé. I thought he was going to think it was corny, but he LOVED it and so did I! It was a holiday weekend, and we were able to snatch one open spot and even though we were extremely late, our escort Logan was kind to us. He could tell we were stressed and had a lot in our mind...mainly because everything was last minute...my fiancé not leaving when we are suppose to, he tried to cancel our date/his bday experience, we had to find a hotel that same day because he didnt agree to any place I selected...stressful. ANYWAYS, Logan was very relaxed, caring, and even SANG! I was surprised. He knew exactly what would set the mood and sang right when we got to the bridge where the acoustics were perfect. When we were about to leave, my fiancé dropped our car keys in the ocean! One of the Gongola men changed right away and dived in more than 10x to try to retrieve it in 10-15 feet deep water. These men definitely went above and beyond for us. We tipped both men. They were great. Aside from our personal situations, what makes the Gondola Getaway so great is that you can bring your own food and drinks. They will give us ice and help set up the scene that we have for the trip. I will be doing this again. We were only in Newport Beach, but I just loved my Long Beach experience. I lived in Long Beach for a couple of months before, but I had never seen it from this view. All our worries went away,...even that we lost our keys. We took an uber and got other keys. If you get LOGAN, you will have the best time.

We went on a gondola cruise today and Tom was our gondolier. Great scenery and Tom has a great voice. This was a fun way to spend an hour out on the water.

The Gondoliers are super polite and helpful. A great thing to do for a special occasion or a special person.😉

It was super cute romantic something out of the ordinary, but it felt really short the experience is something new its cool for an IG post but for 100 dollars i think its not all that worth it again thats me, but if your looking for a new adventure here it is oh by the way you get to take home a cute picture .

Had an excellent time with my wife and won some major brownie points (you know what I mean gentlemen). Our gondolier was a great guy who did a good job of engaging and hanging back as well. He even busted out in song once which I didnt expect. Overall, great experience and time with my wife.

The ride was supposed to start at 7pm, but we didn’t start until 7:15pm. When we finally got to the quiet part of the ride between the houses when we had to turn around because the gondola host said the loose paint was working against the direction he was trying to row and the boat wasn’t working correctly and was squeaky and loud. So we went back into the open area of the water where it was so load from other boats and beach goers playing loud trashy music. We got back at 8pm, 45 minutes. The host on our boat said he wasn’t going to cut us short of our hour, but he did. We were so disappointed. The first time was amazing and the second time for our 29th anniversary was awful and they didn’t even seem to care. When we told cashier the issues, she knew about the boat issues, but didn’t seem to care it.

This was a last minute date night idea. We couldnt have picked a better thing to do! We didnt know what to expect but Jacks service was beyond our expectations. A pretty good implementation of the far more famous Venetian one. Prices are not super cheap but tolerable with a Groupon.

Would have been a five star experience but the voicemail system to schedule the trip has to be one of the most annoying ones I’ve had to endure. Please just let us leave a voicemail without having to listen to the gondola dissertation. :(

My first gondola ride was when I was ten years old for my birthday with my friends and family. We had a big gondola with 2 gondoliers and it was one of my favorite bdays from childhood. I loved when the gondoliers sang underneath the bridges in Naples. We went recently for my nieces 11th bday. She’s been taking singing lessons for the past 3 years and had an impromptu duet with a gondolier in another gondola. It was super cute and we all had the best time. We can’t wait to do it again when the youngest gets older. I’ve also done the gondola ride as dates. It’s so romantic during sunset and in the evening.

Let me tell you this was by far the best past time we’ve had since living in So Cal for the last three years. This company is top notch from beginning to end. Torin was an absolute gem. A romantic Valentines Eve gondola night time ride through the Naples canals with gondolier extraordinaire Collin, serenading us under bridges. The clouds were reflecting in the water and it was almost like gliding through clouds on a boat. Glided past some of our friends homes. This was such a beautiful and peaceful and romantic evening. I would recommend, even just once, for locals as well.

It was a perfect day in Long Beach, CA and this trip (the twilight cruise) was the ideal way to end the day. We got in line early to secure seats on the bow and were handsomely rewarded with spectacular views all around the bay. The boat goes around Alcatraz, over to Causality and then out under the Golden Gate as the sun goes down! Spectacular!

I remember the first time I went here....summer of 1995. I enjoyed it immensely and have gone back many times.Tip: During the winter months, it much more cold than you might expect. Bring a blanket just in case. Also, bring your own picnic/dinner/lunch, sit back, and really enjoy it.

Quite possibly the most romantic experience in Long Beach! A real live gondolier will take you on a leisurely ride in Naples canals in a real live gondola! You have to request a singing gondolier in order to have a singing gondolier, unless youre lucky and the one on duty that day happens to be a singing gondolier. Its not a deal breaker for the ride, unless youre expecting to be sung to, and there is no singing. Do some research! Anyway, they offer a cheese plate to purchase, or you are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks. The ride is about 45-60 minutes and its so much fun. If you bring your honey I sure hope you like kissing as it is traditional to kiss as you go under bridges.Bon voyage!
