Avoid this location if you care about timeliness and keeping appointments. This was the second time Ive been here, second time Ive been early for my appointment (per LabCorp insturctions), and second time Ive waited over 30minutes to be seen. It took the technician 4 minutes to do the blood draw and all the labeling, etc. The other 45 minutes was spent waiting in my car as they asked, waiting in the lobby for them to find the right paperwork from my doctor (which they had), and waiting in the room while they sorted out a billing issue (they said I had a left over balance from a year ago, luckily I had the receipt from my payment in my email with my confirmation number). This office needs some major organizational help.Only reason I didnt give 1 star is because the technicians have been GREAT both times Ive been there. But I will never make an appointment at this location ever again.

Avoid this location, brought my daughter for routine blood work when they open at 8:00 as a walk in. Waited over an hour because they take all appointments first. If they would have told us appointments first and you may have to wait over an hour as a walk in we would have left and made an appointment. Why does bloodwork take so long?

I had to do a drug screen for a new job and I ended up having to do a walk in appointment. I was anticipating having to wait an hour or so but it was less than that. The staff was super friendly and professional. I will definitely return if I ever need to.

Definitely make an appointment before going, staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Michelle is awesome for blood tests.Parking a bit scary and not many places to sit, so plan on standing if you dont have an appointment.

Worst experience ever I brought my father in law for blood work checked him in like they said it took them 2 hours to call him for his turn and dont even try calling the front desk they dont answer and they are very rude smh🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️😡

Avoid this location if you can. They might not have a good process for when theres too many people. I took work off early to take a drug test and followed the policy of waiting outside or in my car for a text to be called up and when I did, 2 people who signed in before me went ahead of me bc they waited inside. Wasting my time and making me late to pick up my kids.

Been waiting for 2 hours. The place has patiences hanging out in front of the door and inside. No social distancing.

They were nice and it was surprisingly fast, i seen a few comments sayimg it took over an hour for drug screen but it took less then 30... iv been to several drug screening for my past jobs and this one is by far the best ... the other ones are super rude and dont care ... there cool here 😎 👌 👍

I went to get blood work sign up and never was call so I just left waisted an whole hour they look like they dont recheck who hasnt been help.

The front desk was helpful and welcoming. Really small waiting room. However the vampire taking my blood seemed very disturbed and annoyed. He had no sense of humor, was not very kind and didnt even want me to touch my own cotton ball.

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST Labcorp I have ever been too. The ladies at the front desk were EXTREMELY kind, friendly and helpful. They treated the patients like they mattered. Nina, who did my blood work was ABSOLUTELY the BEST! They were all real live Rock Stars! The Labcorp that is on South and Downey in Lakewood which is closer to where I live is HORRIBLE in every way. I appreciate the ladies at the Termino location for their kindness and ability to treat the patients like human beings, unlike the Lakewood location.

They should hire someone to take calls i called from 12pm until 4pm and keep getting the same message then someone answers immediately put me on hold then hung up. 🤔😡

The staff was very courteous and helpful. I only had to drop off samples but was greeted with a smile.

Ive not had any issues with Blood Work-up and testing...service is great,quick, and efficient...I would highly recommend to anyone...considering the alternative locations...Torrance,Westminster,and Santa Monica are not convenient unless you live in those cities, except Torrance locations have Saturday hours, which is a plus....

Worst place ever I got there at 12:30. They are close for lunch from 12-1 so I was the second person in line they have dumb sign in machines and they take really long to sign you in. The reason for my visit was to do blood work for my two year old daughter who has ASD and spd and hdhd. I got there early because I know she doesn’t handle long waits and being there first meant I wouldn’t have to way to long.. WRONG!!! They didn’t see her till 1:45 and every person that walked in before her with out a appointment went first. The whole time we were there she was freaking out screaming and walking around and just off the wall everybody there stare at us in horror for 45 minutes seven or eight people were called people who had just walked in without appointment. But still no one in the staff considered my child to be prioritized and not even that she was there before everyone but still no consideration at all As so ever. Places like this should be train better in helping patience and be more organize . Also by the way the staff kept looking at me like I was doing something wrong because she would scream. I don’t consider this place to be autism friendly or even children friendly hope that they can get better training and that they learn to have consideration and accommodate the needs of their clients!

The employees are very kind, gentle and patient. I always have a good experience at the Termino office.

Horrible service! Waited for over an hour for a simple drug screen test requested by my new employer. Pathetic service!

It was my first visit to this location and I must say the staff treated me very nice and polite.I was in n out within 30 minutes.

Be prepared to wait 1+ hours for a drug screen.

A week later, I am still trying to locate ALL of my test results. Doctors have only received parts of the results of tests that they ordered.

Very caring staff. Compassionate!!!
