Went today at 1:40 p.m. - thinking cool we should be next. 3 barbers all with customers....shortly after 2 customers end up leaving. I check back in & it looks like theyre cleaning (maybe) no acknowledgment still.. by this time 40 min have passed by its now 2:20 p.m. & theyre all eating lunch NOW!! they said nothing, definitely pathetic and not the way you treat your customers.

Service is fast, drinks are on point, and customer service was really good.

I was waiting for a while supposed to be first person next up 3 other people come and they take 1 of them and not me and the barber looked me in my eyes when he did it

Great barbershop. I have had Jaime, Tony and another barber cut my hair here before and they do a great job. Their prices are really affordable as well, it would be wise to make an appointment.

There price is more than reasonable and my shave and a haircut was top notch. This is my favorite haircutter in Long Beach for sure and I looked around. The place gets busy but the chairs are loaded with barbers so dont get started off by a full shop. Love this place.

Barbers are professional, accomodating and welcome you instantly. All of the barbers have tremendous skill. Personally, Ive stuck with Danny & he is VERY consistent, but the whole crew gets down. Good prices, great atmosphere & phenomenal hair cuts.

Great barbers, if you dont like to wait over an hour on busy days or weekends I suggest you schedule an appointment. Its about two more dollars but well worth it.

I have been here a few times, and had different barbers cut my hair, they all are good at their own ways of cutting hair so you cant go wrong with any of the barbers there.

Primos BarberShop gets down. Been cutting my hair here since 11,Tapers, Fades, Lines-Ups are always on point, all the guys are polite and humble to all ages and races.Im 25 and still depend on them even if its last minuet.

First time there I loved how patient he was with my 1 yr old mind u he was moving alot and his hair came out perfect and exactly how I wanted it!

Called ahead of time and they told me that they were open and when I showed up they refused to let me in and said they were closed. When I called I even told them it would take me 20 minutes to get there

The barber that cut my hair didnt even greet me he sat me on his chair had the audacity to have a conversation while cutting my hair with the barber next to me which caused him to shift his focus on the other barber and because of that he messed up my hair line.
