I never thought I’d use a broker to find insurance, but they offered me the best rates for my automobiles AND with a company I currently insure my house for.I have used Kelly Williams since longer than I can remember. The personal service I receive when I call them directly is exceptional! They sure beat automated answering services where you press a slew of #s only to be put on hold and transferred what seems to be a UNUSUAL number of times just to be put on hold again.It’s so simple.You call, ask for your assigned person by NAME, and you get placed with them IMMEDIATELY. If in the rare chance they are not working they have plenty of back up agents who have access to all your info.I can always update my address, billing info, and ask for new proof of insurance on the fly. I would definitely recommend Kelly Williams to all of my friends and family.Oh, to be fair, I’ve tried shopping around on my own and found the rates to be cheaper with Kelly Williams or literally within $20-30 of their prices. For their service I’ll gladly pay that extra $20 a year. I HATE automated answering services and if you dislike them too, give Kelly williams a try. There’s no obligation to go with them….just be wary. They may send you birthday cards….
