I am wanting to see if your company can give me an extension because of the pandemic and how hard it is for me to get through the EDD office for my federal extension benefits that are there but I need to apply for a new claim to get it. It’s hard because they are backed up now. God will you will understand and I just started college yesterday,I am half way to my Bachelors degree. So I am trying to make a difference in my life. Mariel is great at always finding you the lowest rate and so easy to work with. I’ve always had a policy through them for 8+ years with providers like Mercury, Infinity, & National General. I don’t need to worry about my policy as it auto renews and I get a call when they find a lower rate.

Fatima was great, she listened and addressed my issues. They have great policy rates and combined my renters and my auto and give me a 1yr policy instead of 6month, but still call when the rate can be reduced to lower my monthly. . If they didnt I would be saying the opposite in this review.

Good service. I’ve been using them for a couple of years now. Good customer service and real easy to work with. They helped me renew and keep my insurance at a low cost by finding the right plan for me. Janice is a always on top of it and called back when she said she would.

A gentleman had called me from this insurance company and left me a voice message so when I called back Grace answered the phone and very polite and wanted to make sure that I was happy with the policy that I had and if I wanted to make any changes she also asked me about renters insurance which I thought she was very professional. Completely fraudlent company, they had a policy on one of my properties, and could not produce any documentation that I seigned, credit card that was used was not mine, not the contact infor they was not mine. I called over a three day period for help and they refuse to give me thier names I spoke with and provide any proof I purchase this policy. The people they stated who wrote the policy no longer work for the company, so to reinstate my current policy I had to pay for policy I never had. Extremly unprofessional and no customer service.
