I had the displeasure of renting from this location. Dawn Russell is an argumentative employee who cares more about degrading customers rather than being helpful. I waited for her for 25 min (after already checking in online) and when I explained I had been waiting for ABOUT 30 min, she said, well you can call someone else to help you, because youre lying. Confused on how she could make that statement considering I got there around 10:32 am, and waited for her until 11am. Then she proceeded to be hostel and argue with me more. When she finally decided to do her job she insisted my name is Matt, even though it is not. I did the walk around myself to ensure there is no damage and the cab was clean. Noticed the dolly I reserved was missing. Went to ask her about it and she said, maybe if you werent so rude I wouldve given it to you. Did not entertain her terrible customer service skills and just grabbed the dolly. I left by asking if that was her car in the parking lot improperly parked. She confirmed it was so I took a pic and posted it below as a representation of her attitude. Clearly Dawn has no regard to what is right and thinks she can do and treat anyone however she sees fit.

If you need to rent a truck this is the place to go. The people are great and very helpful too.

I rented a 10 truck from the Londonderry Road location. Dawn could not have been nicer nor easier to work with. I would most certainly rent from this location again!
