I received a post card from Trimmers landscape on 4/1/2021 for a 7 step fertilization program. I called Trimmers right away. The lady that answered the phone was a nice person to talk to. She told me that shell get a quote emailed to me by the next day before noon. Its 4/2/2021 @ 1:35 pm and I havent heard back from Trimmers. Im sure the owners are spending a lot of money on the post card mailers. They really need to pay more attention to customer service. I will not recommend Trimmers.

Stay away from this place! They have gone down hill fast! Unprofessional, inexperienced, rude, careless attitude towards your property. Myself and my neighbor fired them. Horrible service.

Just wanted to send a note to say, again, amazing work!! Your Trimmers Team is truly fantastic. Professional, great visual designers, hardworking and fast! I just can’t believe how your vision and Jeff and team truly transformed our front yard! It went from overgrown, moss and dirt and of course, undiscovered springs underneath it all, to an entirely new, fresh, open and modern design! Who would have guessed it could be so significant a change, and boy was it needed. The driveway is spectacular and the teams are doing a wonderful job on the beds and edging and mulch now. We are completely delighted with how it’s all coming together! Thank you and the team!

Their crew and Lynne saved our lives. Were selling our home and another landscaping company left all of the yard debris in our front yard. We needed an emergency removal before putting the house on the market. They came right out and got the job done. Cant recommend them enough!

Had enough.Used them for 4 years after they installed my sprinkler system. Last fall when they did my sprinkler blow out they left the cover off the valve box. I put it back on thinking it was just a careless but innocent mistake.Nope. When I turned the water back on this spring two zones turned on and wouldnt shut off. Turns out they also forgot to turn off the cleanout valves! I honestly dont know how you make such a egregious mistake. Blowouts are a simple job and they cant even do that correctly. This could have caused major damage to the system. Beware of the carelessness as it will cost you!

I was stunned at how professional and knowledgeable the guy was that came to do work on my trees. He got done sooner than expected with the other kid and asked what else I would want done. Then to boot, the cost was a third of what I thought I was going to pay. Wow. Glad I called them!

My family and I wanted to take the chance and thank Trimmers Landscaping and the Lions Club for their generosity and kindness. I was diagnosed with Stage IV cancer two years ago and since then, everyone in Londonderry has been a huge support system during a difficult time. Sometimes, doing yard work is the last thing you want to do and when Trimmers arrived yesterday to clean our yard, I was incredibly grateful! They heard about my situation both stepped up, thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you are ever looking for lawn work to be done I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

THE MANAGER/OWNER SAID IT IS NORMAL PRACTICE TO DUMP APPROX. 5 YARDS OF ROTTING GRASS CLIPPINGS ON YOUR PROPERTY.IF THATS THE CASE, THEN WHY TRY HIDING IT BEHIND TREES ???THERE ARE ABOUT 20 LAWN BUSINESSES OUT THERE, DONT SELECT TRIMMERS.

I’m not even a customer and they service my car. That is, mowers pummeled my caddie with weed and gas clippings from the neighbors yard. I look forward to meeting the boys at the next mowing. Bums. Inconsiderate of those that work hard to achieve more than they will ever.

Stay far away from this shady company.. we’ve been customers for over ten years now. We have given over $40,000 in business for Trimmers during that time.. Trimmers installed a $7000 sprinkler system a few years ago. We have had nothing but issues with our system this summer. Our sprinklers would go off at odd hours and stay on throughout the night. We had trimmers come out a few times (they charged us $600) to fix the issue but nothing changed. Our water company hit us with a $1,000 bill due to the faulty sprinklers. When we called Trimmers to get ahold of someone to fix the issue a very rude woman answered the phone. She had no care in the world about the issues we were dealing with. She told us she couldn’t get someone out to us for four days. Meanwhile our system had flooded our entire yard.. Two weeks have passed and Eric has not returned our phone call.. We are pursuing legal action. Stay far away.-Company has no care in the world for loyal customers.-Billing is unorganized. We were billed for service and then a few weeks later were told that we had to pay more due to a billing mistake.-Faulty sprinkler systems that flooded our yard and hit with a $1000 water bill. We had trimmers come out 3 times and they charged us $200/visit despite not fixing the issue.-When yard was flooded we were “comforted” by the lovely, unprofessional “manager” at Trimmers who told us that no one would be coming for four days.Take your business elsewhere :)

A+ hands down. Trimmers provided a service, and I was not satisfied ( to no fault of Trimmers). The Trimmers team came back, no questions asked, and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy.

They don’t care about their customer….Came to the house as we asked for a quote to prune our shrubs around the house. Said they would have a detailed estimate the next day or so…. after multiple reminder emails and waiting three weeks they finally emailed “…. Rough estimate for the pruning is $2500. Please let me know if you would like me to have him put together a formal quote…”$2500 to prune the shrubs for ONE house? Clearly, they were to busy and disrespectful to be bothered email or call. So instead they choose to overquote a job… what a poor way to treat a customer.When I replied that I was not happy with the quote, I was told Nick the General Manager (who was also responsible fore the quote) would call me back… I’m still waiting for a call that is surely never coming as they just don’t care…

The crew was very professional and easy to work with. Eric is a great guy and runs a great team.

Eric and his team at Trimmers is top notch. We used them at our new construction home to build an outdoor patio and pondless water feature several years ago. From design of the project, to logistics, to budget, and construction, his team and Eric were amazing. Given our fantastic experience the last time around, Trimmers was the nature choice to help us renovate our new fixer upper homes backyard and pool. This was a large residential project and again Trimmers proved to be a great choice. As before the staff was professional, efficient, and mindful of our 3 young boys always picking up equipment / tools Ect. Eric helped us with initial design and clearly walked us through budget options. The yard has turned out fabulous! We will definitely use Trimmers as our go to team. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and outstanding work is unparalleled.

I cant begin to describe the transformation of our lawns at Rolling Meadows here in Londonderry, NH.Previous crews had -- consistently -- cut our lawns either too much, or too low, causing the grass to burn, dry out, or altogether vacate areas leaving us with rocks and pebbles to line our walkway; Im not talking about the kind of rocks you want, either.You guys have changed all of that! The grass is green, its been maintained so well that it lines our walkways for the first time in seven or eight years. Having spoken with your crew members; all have been pleasant and friendly; Ive thanked them, and specifically told them that all of us here at Rolling Meadows appreciate the work theyve done, and the care and effort theyve put in to achieve such amazing results. Its amazing how a little care and effort can make such a dramatic difference, and I would recommend Trimmers of Londonderry, to anyone who appreciates a job well done. Thanks!
