This is my first year with the Company. My view based on conversations with the office and the work crews.Very professional and fast to respond to any inquiry I’ve had.The owner is clearly knowledgeable about the services he provides. And they do present options.Work crews are mindful to the customers needs. They will without hesitation talk to me if I’ve got a question or a concern.Another clear example that the owner just doesn’t hire anyone.I strongly recommend you give them a chance.The have an interesting way of determining the price of your job. Keeps the cost very reasonable.I can’t explain to you how they do it. Just another reason to call them.Sincerely,Scott

Tried to get these guys to start and fix a few leaks in our irrigation system. Came out said that the back flow valve was busted and they would get a quote going to repair. That was over a month and a half ago. Left 5 voicemails over the course of a month and half with no return call. Pictures on google give impression of legitimate company but actually just a guy running things out of his garage (feel free to confirm by visiting address listed). Absolutely terrible customer service would recommend finding a more reputable lawn service. More than anything just want accurate information to be provided and for someone to return numerous voicemails. Simple we are too backed up this year and can’t help you unfortunately you’ll need to find a different company would’ve been the professional way to handle the situation.

I used Grass Gobblers a couple years ago for mowing and they were great. So when I wanted my garden beds replaced I knew who to call. Mike was great to work with! He did an initial site visit and spent time browsing plants at the nursery with me making sure the plan was solid before I made any commitments. When it came time to do the work Mike and his team were great! Two day job that has my house looking 100x better than before! Would highly recommend this team for whatever lawn needs you have.

Mike and his team just did the most amazing job on my front walkway, taking it from asphalt and dated to granite and gorgeous! When describing what I was looking for, Mike understood exactly what I wanted and delivered that and more! The final product has exceeded my expectations and I love it. Mike and his team were very professional, showing up to my home each day smiling, congenial, and hard-working despite the heat. Before they left, they also made the landscaping around the new walkway look better than when they started! There was a few weeks wait to get it installed because Mike is busy, but hes busy because hes the BEST! Highly recommend, and will be using again.

I am a commercial account for their plowing and salting per a monthly agreement. Their price and service made it an easy decision to keep them on this year. When it snows they are right on plowing providing my customers easy acces to my faculity.

After a very heavy snow storm, our snow blower died, so I called and requested them to plow us out.. they were at my house ASAP when I really needed them! I would not recommend this company. The didnt show the first time. The dumped Grass into the woods of my home and made a mess. The grass smells and they did nothing about the mess they left behind.

We have used a few other companies before finding Grass Gobblers. They are by far the best company we have encountered. Mike, the owner, is always available to discuss any concerns you may have. We find his pricing very competitive. His staff is always courteous and professional. We also like the variety of services he offers. Overall, we have been very satisfied with Grass Gobblers and will continue to use them for our lawncare needs.

UPDATE: to their credit, grass gobblers contacted me after seeing my review and have worked with me to find someone else who could do my lawn. im updating my review to reflect that. thank you grass gobblers. wow, i know about all the good reviews, thats why i contacted them. im out of state in cancer treatment. my home is less than 2 minutes away from their office. i contacted them on June 5 to see if theyd cut my grass while i was away. they responded quickly saying theyd give me a quote. two days later, i sent them a reminder. i still heard nothing. 6 days later i sent an email saying i was going to contact someone else. thats when they responded saying they looked at my lawn but couldnt cut it and could offer me no services. okay.... i dont understand why but im trying to find someone else to cut it for me while im in treatment.

Great service! Mike came and plowed my incredibly difficult driveway and kept going despite almost getting stuck twice. If you need a plow give these guys a call!

Mike and company are awesome and they do a super job. My husband has always done our lawn and due to a health issue he had to give it up for this year....that was a big decision but he feels in very good hands with these folks.

I started working with Mike this winter as he plows my driveway. He has always been friendly, on the phone and in person. I needed some help shoveling during one storm and he was at my home within the hour to help me out.
