Dropped my 1996 F350 off for a few simple repairs after asking if anyone there had experience with an old truck like this and was assured that they had some mechanics there with that experience but ended up with a over 300 dollars bill and nothing fixed. They just charged me for a bunch of diagnostic time and nothing fixed

I REALLY want to give the staff at Londonderry Ford 5+ stars. The staff in the service department were excellent!!! However, I have to deduct a star because of the condition the technician left my truck after the service was finished. Finding dirty boot prints all over the running boards and floor mats isnt great, but leaving my center console covered in brown dirt and oil is unacceptable. This was the first service Ive had on my truck since I purchased it and I keep it very clean, so it was a glaring insult to not have the courtesy to at least clean up afterward. In my opinion, it would go a long way to at least give the vehicles a look over and a quick wipe down before giving the keys back. I shouldnt have to go home and clean my truck after bringing it to a dealership.

I wanted to let your company know, that you have a great representative in Wanda Cyr in the service department. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Most service writers are robots, she is certainly not. Helped me tremendously, I will definitely recommend her and your business.

I would highly recommend Ford of Londonderry! Being a younger women, you can sometimes feel taken advantage of at dealers and I’ve been to plenty like that and walked away but everyone at Ford of Londonderry was extremely nice and responsive. If your looking for a new car, go to Kevin Watson! Jeff and Mike were also awesome and very helpful. The whole process was so smooth and I was out in less than an hour with my new car. I love my new Bronco Sport!

Shane and his Team are amazing. The sunroof on my F-150 got stuck in the open position on Friday, the weekend when we were forecasted for 4 inches of rain. Because I was on Amherst Street in Nashua I stopped into Best Ford for help. I understood they would not be able to fix it right then but asked if a tech could take a 5 minute look to see if we could at least close it. The most unhelpful manager said no. I explained I had the pricey extended warranty…she couldn’t care less. I asked if I could leave it and get the loaner which comes with the warranty…nope no loaner vehicles available. I asked if she could look up my warranty to see what other options were available and she said it didn’t matter she couldn’t help me. Finally, she was gracious enough to offer that if I waited 2 hours someone would look at it but she would have to charge me because it wasn’t a scheduled appointment (I’ve since confirmed with Ford that that is indeed fraud when I have a warranty, it does not matter if I have an appointment or not). I had heard of the horrors of ‘Best Ford’ and now I got to experience them for myself firsthand.Panicked, I contacted Ford of Londonderry where I purchased my vehicle. It was 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. Shane the service Manager told me to stop by and someone would try to help close it. When I arrived, both Shane and another Tech took a look. They said they could try and lift the sunroof above the obstruction but that might break the glass which would not be covered. Instead they offered to use a special wrap which is made for this type of situation. I was thrilled! This would keep the rain out until it could be repaired. I helped put the wrap on the passenger side. Relieved, I started driving home but the side I helped with popped off (totally my fault). I turned around and drove back. Shane and another tech removed the original film and totally replaced it and it worked perfectly until I was able to have the repair performed on Tuesday. Further, Shane set me up with a brand new Loaner which was a blast to drive for a couple days while the parts were being ordered. I recommend Ford of Londonderry for both your purchase and service of both personal and business vehicles. They are simply and unquestionably the best in the area. Thank you Shane and Team!

Worst experience buying a truck I ever had. I own a business and rely on my trucks. I didnt want a brand new truck but one that fit my needs being fair priced, durable with low miles and the truck they had did. From start to finish no questions were answered and very little info was given. Im very mechanically inclined so I can tell what was and was not done. I was told the truck was fully serviced, after looking it over when I got it home that was not even slightly true - nothing was serviced. Backing up a bit, luckily before I drove it home I noticed the rims and tires were not the size described on the window sticker provided and the spare was too small. I was given an we owe you paper and its been over two weeks now and nothing but a bunch of sorry texts but nothing saying they would service the truck just that they are sorry it wasnt done. If I had enemies, I would not even refer them to Ford of Londonderry. In short, I was treated like I didnt matter, lied to and told sorry for them not doing what they agreed upon.This dealership should probably have their Inspection sticker ability cut-off, considering the situation with the spare tire. They admitted to not even checking it! I attempted to contact employees that were involved in this sale with questions through out the process and the only answers ever received were TO DEAL WITH FINANCING only. No car fax, no written agreement copy for me, nothing that I asked for and was told I would get.

My wife and I were comparing another manufacturer to the Ford Expedition. I was looking for a very specific truck and Ford of Londonderry had it. I am a Service Director at another Ford Dealership and they could not find one for me and I had to get this one or miss out on getting one, due to the rarity of a Platinum with a V8 in White Platinum TriCoat paint. Bob Morissette was my salesperson and was very professional and knew the features in the truck. He handled the deal from beginning to end perfectly. Mathew Powers was the Sales Manager and he got us the best deal he could and was very professional the entire time of our transaction. Roger in Finance did the paperwork for us, very respectful and explained it all well. An added bonus was a soda machine, Kuerig, snacks and ice cream were all available to us at no charge! Lorri was my service adviser at least 2 years ago. She was great. There was someone in the collision center that was great too. While I was down there I had a conversation with Lee and his brother and they were very nice. So years later I came back because of that one day, just to buy my next car. Lee was awesome, no pressure and fun to talk to. Everything was perfect with the exception of the interest rate I was given. By the time I got to that point in signing papers I wasnt thinking. I would have chosen another avenue instead of the rate I was offered by ford. It is the only think keeping them from getting a five star rating.

This was absolutely the easiest vehicle purchasing experience I’ve ever had! I was looking for a new Ranger with a very specific configuration and even though they didn’t have it on their lot, they were able to get exactly what I wanted from a different dealer. A huge THANK YOU goes to my salesman, Kyle Wilson. He was easy to work with, quick to answer my texts, and followed through with my requests and accessories order. He also was very thorough with showing me all the features and settings in the truck. It took this dealerships three attempts to find an interior leak. The third attempt still took 3 weeks. The carpet which was full of blackmold is on back order. When I went to pick up my truck while awaiting for the carpet to arrive they gave it back to me with all of my personal items from the cab in the bed of the truck. Refer to the photo attached. What this photo does not show are my two toddler child seats that were in there along with the broken sunglasses under everything. Never use this establishment.

Recently purchased a used truck here. Salesman Daryn was awesome from when I first walked into the dealership. I had a great buying experience at Ford of Londonderry from start to finish! I met with Michael Fraser and his manager Roger regarding a used Corvette with low mileage. They allowed me to test drive the vehicle and then worked with me to make the purchase happen! When I picked up the car it was all detailed and looked like a shiny gem. Theyre no doubt a class act dealership willing to go the extra mile, which I say literally as Mike picked me up at my home to get the car.

I have been taking my cars to Ford of Londonderry service for years, FoL has made me a ford customer and more specifically a Ford of Londonderry customer for life. I currently own a F150 and Explorer. Every time i walk into Ford of Londonderry i am treated like family. Dave the service manager is exceptional to deal with he is: professional, thorough, and always makes sure i am satisfied as a customer. I have referred many friends and family and will continue to as everyone has had the same great experience as i have. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had to detail my interior after having my car serviced. The service tech left large, fresh grease smudges on my interior handle, both front seats, and center console. All tan leather interior so very evident as soon as I opened the door. There were also the usual muddy boot marks all over the floor, but that is par for the course with any service place. This business is also not complying with COVID-19 safety precautions (several staff not wearing masks, but some were. No enforcement of mask mandate, customers in waiting room not wearing masks). I was planning to come here for my Fords service needs, but would not recommend them after this experience.

Purchased a new 2020 Ford Explorer for my daughter. Experience was excellent. No high pressure sales from Jeff. He was diligent in answering all my questions over the phone and took care of everything before I came in. Would recommend Jeff to anyone. Taking delivery was also seamless, no up-sells of warranty or anything. Was out of the dealership with a new vehicle in 30 minutes. Would highly recommend Jeff and Ford of Londonderry. Autofair Ford in Manchester wouldnt even provide pricing unless I came in to talk with a sales manager. They lost the sale because of it. The new Ford Explorer is an amazing vehicle, too.

We recently bought a 2020 F-150 Platinum truck from Kevin Lavoie at Ford of Londonderry. Kevin first organized the Line-X bed liner to be installed by an outsourced contractor that works with Ford and Kevin not only got this feature installed immediately, he provided me with thorough communication throughout the process.A few days later, Kevin notified me immediately when the bed cover arrived and he installed it himself in minutes.Finally, Kevin facilitated the process that was involved in the installation of leather seating by another outside contractor that Ford works with. The seats are immaculate and Kevin was true to his word that the job would be done in a little over one day. If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I’m writing this review for my husband, Bill, who just returned home for the second time today from this dealership. He arrived there at about 7:30 this morning for his scheduled appointment in the Service Dept. He was having an issue with the backup camera. It was not working. After they “diagnosed” the problem, they informed my husband that he needed a new camera at a cost of $650. Rather than having the camera replaced on the spot, he paid the diagnosis charge of $100 and left the dealership. When he got home, he washed his truck and while backing up into our garage, the backup camera worked. So actually, there was nothing wrong with the camera and their “diagnosis” was wrong, IF they actually even diagnosed it. Bill returned to the dealership within a couple hours after first leaving there and complained to the Internet Sales Manager, Jeff Brunini, who informed Bill that he would check with the owner of the dealership regarding a refund of the $100 diagnostic fee. Bill received a call shortly thereafter from Jeff refusing to refund the fee even though the diagnostic results were incorrect. Jeff said it could have been a loose wire but in fact the service receipt clearly states that the “electrical connections good”. Jeff was quite rude to my husband and even said that he would be contacting the Ford Service Dept. to never service Bill’s vehicle. No worries because Bill will never return to this dealership for any of our Ford vehicles. Nice customer service Jeff. You and your service department crew ought to be ashamed of yourselves. No worries, as we have already processed a claim with our credit card company.

I want to give Jeff Brunini a big shout out for his persistence and follow through. The dealership had incorrectly installed a roof rack for my new vehicle, leaving a mounting part off by mistake. When I contacted Jeff way back in March, he said he would take care of it. Unfortunately, COVID-19 had a huge impact on the Ford plants and many of their suppliers. Jeff stuck with it and the part just arrived. He overnighted it to me and all is well. Appreciate Jeff for staying on top of this and following through!

Mike wasn’t the typical salesman. He wasn’t intimidating and he really worked with us. I’d recommend friends to Ford of Londonderry for sure, especially for Mike. We were his first sale at his new job but he’s been with Ford for a long time. He knew his stuff, I even quizzed him. Highly recommend...but definitely ask for Mike.

I was dreading the thought of purchasing new car and because of this I waited too long to do it. I finally decided to stop into the Ford of Londonderry dealership. I did my normal routine of parking away from the showroom and peaked in a few windows hoping to avoid being notice. Eventually I was spotted by one of the salesmen, Shawn. I provided very basic.wishes hoping to keep the conversation short and to the point. Shawn was relatively new so I wasnt sure how this was going to go. I was pleasantly surprised, he was very personable keeping the conversation light. Shawn was professional and polite. What I appreciated most is that Shawn never tried to up-sell or talk me into features that were unnecessary upgrades. They even honored my original trade in value even though I brought it in on a flat bed!

Have not gone back since my last horrible experience. I found the jerk service manager was not there anymore and figured I would give them another shot. I am glad I did. Seems they revamped there service department and employees. Close to if not the best experience I have had at a ford dealer. Everyone was excellent and got my truck done quick. I will defiantly be back!
