Always there when I ask for their services, whether they be Financial or for updates in vehicle changes. What a great team --- they cover for each other when one or the other is not available. I am so impressed and lucky to have a team like this right in my own back yard.

Mark Jackson and his staff not only made me feel like an old friend and client they really helped me understand and clarify my insurance needs. To make things even better, I was able to expand coverage in certain areas without expanding my monthly payment or premium. Our yearly review keeps me in the best possible position to stay covered in vital areas, while minimizing any increases due to my longevity and multiple policies from home, life and auto insurance. The staff is always responsive and if they dont have the answer they find it and get back to me in a timely manner.

My late father was the owner of this policy and has been with Mr. Jackson since 1990. When he passed away I inherited his car...I contacted Marks office to cancel the policy as I was doing with other accounts. He remembered my dad, even though we moved over 300 miles away, but my dad kept Mark as his agent. When I called, the entire office was so informative, helpful and saddened by my fathers passing. I let them know I now was the owner of the car and they said we gotcha..and just transferred his policy into my name seamlessly. My dad had everything insurable through Marks office and each interaction I have with any of the staff its always the best service. I know why my dad kept Marks office as his agent office because they made him feel like family. This policy is still with me and when I say sentimental this policy and Marks office I feel are a little part of my dads life because this is probably the only thing I have tangible of my dad left...he physically started this policy and maintained it.. this policy is about 31 years old now...amazing how my dads connection to Mark and his office gives me such a great feeling when I call because he still remembers my dad...now thats more than insurance thats a real genuine spirit that cares about his insured folks....thank you to every one on Marks team, you all are absolutely amazing and paired so well...sounds over the top but at a time when the only parent I had passes they made my heart smile just acknowledging my father...

I had just started insurance with this company a couple months ago. When i talked to Gabby about the quote she told me the full coverage for our older car was only a few dollars more then just comprehensive. I found out it was $47 more a month for a car that is old and doesn’t need that type of coverage. I changed to just comp on the old car and then they charged me again for full coverage. I told Gabby and she said it was a mistake by the company and I would get a refund but would have to wait three months because they won’t give me it until my policy renews. I’ve never had service like this from any insurance company. I was with Farmers for years and only changed because the agent retired.

I have now meet with him several times over the last few years. He is absolutely without a doubt one of the most kind hearted, genuine, honest, and knowledgeable people I have ever had the honor of meeting. As far as insurance needs for medical, Medicare plans, life, auto, home, renters, or any possible insurance need I could not possibly recommend him any higher. He takes the time to explain everything clearly so you truly understand, he will talk with you and then research all possible options finding the plan that fits your wants and needs. He cares much more about people and their needs far beyond profit. I do not believe I have or ever will recommend any business as highly as his and just to let everyone know I honestly do not know him personally only from going in his office for insurance purposes. So this is not me trying to promote a friends business. I will also say if I ever become friends with him outside of just doing business with him I would consider it a great honor. I like doing business with honest good people who care about others and he really does if you dont believe me go talk to him.

Im often skeptical of service providers which is why I prefer to choose wisely. Than later form a bit of a relationship that allows clear lines of communication. I trust Deborah and Mark. Theyre so down to earth and helpful. Im really happy that I have them. I highly suggest State Farm as well. Im confident in my business, home and auto Insurence coverage. Having peace of mind allows me to focus, both of which is very important to me.
