It was very rude! Nothing friendly, one comes to the office and you wait a long time to be attended to! They ask you why you want to do that? (personal things are not said or asked) I just wanted to notarize a document for my children and then Ana asks you ... Why do you want to do? But this but the other ??? Well, I decide what to do with my children, not you!
