Bob is the right guy for the job. He is very knowledgeable and understands how to make function and aesthetics work for your project. He gives honest advice. He allowed us to take time to discuss and get what we really wanted. The initial sales pitch is a little overwhelming but I nice you get the final measurements it is overall a good experience.

I have ordered new windows through Renewal by Anderson. Bob came out yesterday on 9/27 to measure for production. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Very thorough explaining what I was to expect during installation.

I have not gotten my windows installed yet, but Bob, the consultant who came out today, was very knowledgeable, responsive, and detail oriented. His professionalism is a great first impression. I am really looking forward to getting my new windows!

Ulysses was on time, polite and got the door fixed quickly. He helped me understand what was wrong and how to properly operate the door (new house to me). It was painless and I would call Anderson and ask for him again.

My window latch had broken and needed to be repaired. Ulysses Campos came out to repair it and was able to take the part needed from a latch that was already in the truck as opposed to tell me he had to order the part and then have to reschedule whenever. THAT is a seasoned and experienced employee that I was lucky enough who was scheduled for my appointment today. What a great example for all of Andersens employees!

Anderson windows are the best! It is so much quieter in house now. Bob, who did all the measurements, made sure everything was correct before placing the final order and saved us money in the process. It was clear he knew what he was doing and I had complete confidence that everything would turn out great and it did.

I’ve used just recently for one project & had them come back for a 2nd project. Had Bob in today for our final measurements & he truly looked over the full project, made great suggestions and some changes that will be totally appreciated at install & years to come! Thanks!!

My dealings with Renewal by Andersen staff have been great! Tresha found me an option for a door that fits my taste and budget, and Bob came today to take some detailed measurements. He was meticulous and suggested some minor tweaks that will make the door function so much better. I’m a very satisfied customer! Looking forward to installation in a couple of months.

Bob Celarek was very kind and patient with me. He addressed all of my questions with positive and realistic feedback. He had shown me many detailed photos of window examples from other jobs he worked on including in his own home and helped me to find the perfect aesthetically pleasing window combos for my home. He even saved me $65 on a window change. He told me he would come back to check on the window installation when it happens. Overall I had a terrifically bright and heartwarming experience with Bob and look forward to seeing him again .

Very pleased with the service we have received so far. Bob our project manager was here today to do measurements. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time with us answering questions and explaining how everything will work. I highly recommend him! And he is a dog lover!!!

Technician Frank was very professional, very proficient, and very pleasant. He was able to repair the screen door successfully … for nowHowever, since the screen door and patio door were installed by Andersen almost 2 years ago, there has been a series of issues. We are on our second patio door, which is finally functioning well after multiple service calls. We are also on our second screen door, which has required repair twice in the last three weeks, and has also required multiple service calls during this time. Frank is a really nice guy, but I never wanna see him again. I would not use renewal by Andersen again.

Only reason Im leaving a 2 star review is because of the installation crew. They were very knowledgeable and good Craftsmanship. As far as the windows and doors Im starting to feel like I just spent way to much money. Me and my wife spent about $25k on windows and doors about 6 months ago. Noticed 2 weeks ago when taking down Xmas decorations my wife noticed extreme condensation and mold growing on the oak trim of the windows. Called customer service made a appointment for a technician to come out. Emailed my salesperson and project manager about the issue and even though I know it was around the holidays I feel after spending that kind of money I should have received a quick response. Nope. I guess when they get there money they forget all about you. Long story short the technician came out and pretty much blamed us for the issue because we have curtains up and thats the reason for the mold and condensation and wants to charge US to repair the oak trim. I was shocked when I received a invoice for the repairs. So I looked up to see if anyone else had these problems and sure enough theres tons of customers with the same problem. If this is a problem why in the hell dont they tell you about this or even warn you that this could happen if you put up certain window treatments. The amount of money we spent we feel that customer service should be extremely better with there customers. So do your research, shop around and get as much information you can possibly get. I will be getting the rest of my windows and doors replaced in the near future but it wont be with renewal by andersen.

Bob was right on time to measure for my window replacements today. He was professional, knowledgeable & polite. He answered all my questions & seemed very thorough in his measurements. Because of his input, I’m comfortable that the replacement will run smoothly!

Frank was incredible. That only was he early for the appointment, his professionalism is unsurpassed by anyone. There are very few people in the world who make a positive difference. Frank is one of those people. The company is wonderful, but Frank made them incredible. Not only will I use them again, but I will recommend them and Frank to everyone I know. Robert Janosik, our technician that came out to measure for our installation, was very professional and courteous in explaining the process. He wore shoe covers and a mask, and made the experience very easy. We also asked if he could look at the patio door lock, as we had a small issue. He was able to fix it on the spot! Our patio door handle was loose and the lock mechanism was not working properly. Frankie was very knowledgeable and fixed both problems in less than 10 minutes. He took the time to explain the issues as the fixes were not as straight forward as youd think. He was very personable, professional and a pleasure to work with. As for Frankie, hes the best!!

Great product, great communication. Always quick to respond. One window arrived broken and they had it ordered and replaced within a matter of a couple weeks. All service teams were respectful and professional. Ulysses, in particular, was patient and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Service reps were pleasant on phone but after three different calls, I was given repair three contacts that were not able to come to my area. Ended up finding someone on my own. Should have not wasted over a week going through the process with them. I had to call Andersen each time as they did not call after 2-3 business days as I submitted each item to them. Do not waste time with them.

Robert Celarek came out to measure the windows for installation. He was very helpful with the selection of window color. I look forward to working with Anderson for a smooth window replacement process.

Frank arrived to my home at the agreed upon time and quickly assessed the issue with my Kitchen window. Immediately, he knew exactly what to do and even used he secret sauce, “the miracle gel.” I’m sworn to secrecy, so you’ll have to ask for “Fix It Frank” the next time your windows need repair. In less than fifteen minutes Frank was on his way and my Kitchen window was like brand new! The thing I love about Renewal by Anderson employees is their vibrant personality and their ability to give the customer their undivided attention relating to the need. Frank stopped by checked out the window. He added some additional foam on the inside. If this doesnt seal it theyll come back and do a pressure test. All the caulking looked fine. Frank was friendly and quick as to not take up to much of our time. Speedy quick.

Ulyses did a fine job replacing two latches that had broken from my window. He also showed me how easy it is to remove a pane to clean the window on the outside.I had just about given hope of ever seeing anyone in response to my request back in May 2020.

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Renewal by Anderson when they replaced all the windows, doors and screens in my home. They were extremely responsive and flexible with the installation date due to weather issues. Lisa Chavez was the most wonderful rep and kept me up to date with every slight change, even though the process from initial order to install was about 3 months with the weather delays. And the install team, led by Vladimir, was fantastic. They were communicative each day of the work, and were so helpful and flexible to work around my constraints with the installation. They were friendly, quiet, and they left the place looking better than it was before! They were also trustworthy - I felt safe the whole time they were there. I am so happy with the finished product, and Lisa, Vladimir and their team made the process painless. I would recommend them to everyone I know!

RenewalByAndersen was very reliable and very concerned about getting everything right on the projects we had them do for us. Case in point was having Zach come today to address what has been a difficult issue for them to resolve. Zach quickly identified the problem and the solution this morning and got it fixed.

Frank is awesome. He really pays attention to details and deeply cares about customer satisfaction and concerns.He is going to come out on a Saturday to install the wide screen if it comes in later today. He was sent here two times previously with a screen half the required size.

Kurt did a great job coming in and working very efficiently to get the job complete. He clearly and concisely walked us through the entire project and made sure we knew each step of the project and confirmed each detail in depth. In an age where it’s difficult to even get other service providers to even call you back, it was refreshing that Kurt was extremely responsive and on time for when he told us he’d arrive. Sometimes it’s the small details that make the difference between good customer service and great service.

My wife and I had a pleasant interaction with Ulysses, the Andersen Service Rep. He listened to all our concerns and gave honest and clear-cut answers to all our questions. He made sure that the handles/ lifts and weather strippings were properly installed on all our windows. He was patient enough to show us how to safely and correctly tilt our windows for cleaning. He made a final check of all windows before leaving.

We new the products would be fantastic and beautiful. We only did half the house, but already notice the difference in how much quieter it is and the AC isn’t running as frequently. The customer service was beyond our expectations as well. From the first sales meeting to the final installation, RBA was stellar. They didn’t try to upsell anything, advised us on how to address water damage prior to install and had a next level installation team. We are enjoying our beautiful windows and the knowledge that now have properly sealed windows and no leaks! Thanks RBA!

Frank came to my unit prepared to change out window lock mechanism and quickly diagnosed the correct issue. Frank corrected this problem and went above and beyond by checking each window (8 windows) adjusting 6 of the 8 and lightning up all 9 window cranks. This is what customer service is all all about and I know from being in costumer for over 50 years !

We had an issue with the window not locking. Let them know of the problem and they sent out a serviceman named Frank. The gentleman was courteous and professional. He fixed the problem explained what happened and how he fixed it and stated if the problem persist just to call back and they will take care of the issue. All in all an amazing company and employees.

Everyone I dealt with was great, from the salesperson Diane to Michelle my concierge to Don and the install crew. Ill definitely use them again for future projects. The windows were pricey (about $1800 each) but they are quality.

Hired Andersen to replace 5 sliding doors. Was given a reasonable quote that was then greatly increased because of an error on Andersen’s part. After much debate and several weeks wait, they honored the original quote. Installation was within a reasonable time frame, all done on one day. The crew left the place pretty clean when they left.The following week a man came to stain the trim. He was so patient!! It took him many tries and much time to get the stain just right to match the existing trim in the house. He was wonderful!!The biggest complaint I have is that the touch up paint used to cover up nail holes in some of the door frame didn’t match the frame color at all and took two attempts and 3 months of waiting to be completed. The gentleman who was assigned to fix this problem was Frank and he was wonderful. The first time he came out he quickly realized that Andersen had give him the wrong trim in the wrong color. He immediately put in an order for the correct trim and paint. A month later the parts were in and he installed them very quickly and was a pleasure to work with.

Frank was here he adjusted all 18 windows in my house and did a fabulous job I’m satisfied with the work he has done.

This is the second time I have had someone come out to do this repair. The first time, the screen material was defective. This time Frank was here for about two hours. He put the screen material on twice: the first time it loosened right away. I thought it was fixed after he did it a second time. Unfortunately, the whole bottom of the screen is unattached and there are holes on the left side. I am super frustrated now.

Frank arrived timely for his appointment to replace a wood strip on my patio door. His friendliness, professionalism and respectfulness were evident from the moment he introduced himself. He fully explained the work that he would be doing and answered all of my questions. Upon completion of the installation of the wood strip, Frank examined, tested and gauged the patio door to establish whether conformity was achieved for each door characteristic, e.g., the back and forth sliding of the screen door, the locking mechanism and etc.. Once he was satisfied with his inspection, he cleaned up and took all garbage with him. Franks attention to detail and his excellent work ethic fully met my expectation.

Ulysses and Dan came to my home to replace a glass patio door. They came early and fully prepared, and they completed a thorough, clean job in about half an hour. Excellent service once again, as always, from Renewal by Andersen.

Frank made a house call to check my windows that need to be rescreened. While inspecting them he found a few that didn’t open easily so he applied some silicone spray and they work fine. I am very pleased with my Renewal windows and an also extremely pleased with the customer service that I received from Frank.

We have tried to get them out to survey our project and get us a quote. Being from MN, we have always been partial to the brand. Even though we have selected our colors and basic budget and design, we can not get them to even quote us because they want both of us here, which is not possible since we have dynamic work schedules.Unfortunately, we would have to give the ZERO stars for review since we cant even get them here to quote the project!

Frank was very kind, respectful, and even called to check if it was ok to do the job an hour earlier if I was available. I couldn’t ask for a better person to come by and do this job. I have to say from beginning to end, everyone I worked with at Andersen was amazing. If they said they were going to call around a certain time, they did. I have also never had an installer arrive on time. These guys were ten minutes early! They protected the area around the door install and cleaned up everything. You can barely tell they were here. I ordered all new replacement windows for my house and paid more than any other company (pella/ marvin), hoping for the best. Apparently the sales guy forgot a window so I had to wait 2 months for the final replacement. On install they trampled all over my plants and killed a $250 tree. Renewal team is strong in areas (measurement guy Robert, initial install team) but sloppy in others. Shouldve gone with pella and saved 15k.

Ulysses came out on time and was very friendly. He placed thicker window seal around 6 windows to prevent wind drafts from the cold weather. He also adjusted the crank on the casement window to close properly. Very excellent worker. He knew what he was doing and he ws fast and just a nice guy. He showed me the work after completed.

Renewal Andersen door install and the install door is terrible.Frank completed a simple repair no replacement necessary.Door handle that was ordered months still not available this is such terrible customer service.
