Heads Up - Block Party Season - Do NOT order your bouncy from Party Illinois. Party Illinois canceled our bouncy at ~10am day of our block party (June 8th) after $307 full payment had already been charged. We believe they forgot our stop (after multiple discussions with customer service) and then the owner called me and said I was cancelling the order because they were late which we were NOT as children were waiting and we needed a bouncy (I wont even go into the fact that he was yelling at me). Thank goodness Moon Jump saved the day and had a bouncy delivered by 2pm (so a great experience with Moon Jump). I am still waiting for a refund and have started the credit card dispute process with Party Illinois.

Excellent service! The kids had a blast. We will be renting from Party Illinois again! Thank you.
