The bank that zale goes through is terrible. I went into zale and was approved for a card. Me and my wife made a purchase and the bank waited 31 days to decline the card and I couldnt take the jewelry back. They gave me no reason and its on my credit report for two years. I will never shop with them again and I spent over 5,000 with them.
Honestly, not that impressed with this location. I came to have my biannual jewelry inspected and it took way longer than it should have. I always come in and place my jewelry and warranty information on the countertop so they recognize I’m a Zales customer. And the associates kept going around me to assist all the other incoming guests. I finally had to say that “I was next and have been waiting a while.” What seems like basic fundamentals customer service 101 (assist those that arrived first and were in line first) did not apply to this store. As a Zales customer of five years as well as a Zales Diamond Card member, I expected so much better.
Irene was PHENOMENAL! She honestly deserves 10 stars in my book . Great customer service after being turned around at 3 other locations that were terrible at addressing my concerns, Im glad I drove the extra mile to receive the excellent service she provided me with . As well as the gentleman that was working with her santino I believe his name was . GREAT JOB !
This jewelry store rocks (pun intended). Found the perfect anniversary gift with the help of the associate. It was the most pleasurable experience.
Irene is rude and lacks in customer service. Ive been here twice now. She doesnt great customers, ask how she can help or offer any type of friendly service.
Friendly staff and great selection. All my questions were answered by Eric the (Manager) who was very informative and looked out for my best interests. I appreciate the great service and do recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product for a reasonable price.
Very poor customer service. Waited 20 minutes for help all the time the manager was on the phone and the other employee was assisting somebody else now how rude is that.Even when I did receive help the lady was very nonchalant. She might as well stayed on the phone however she was very Intensive to the customers after me.
The never I all the years Ive been shopping at this store have I experienced this kind of treatment. Supposedly I was suppose to make an appointment to have a peice of jewelry inspected, but instead of explaining this to me the lady proceded to yell at me and my wife as if we broke some sort of law. Iv been shopping here for the better part of 15 years, I will be paying my account off and closing it asap.
Bought my wife a bracelet for Christmas and was told by sales rep and manager Eric my purchase was 0% for 36 months. Just looked at billing statement and found out its a lie. 9.99% is the best offer according to customer service and 0% isnt even offered for 36 months. Should have know it to be a situation that was too good to be true. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT THIS LOCATION!
My fiancé and I had a great experience at the Zales at Yorktown Mall! LEAH was seriously the best...she made the process of buying both our wedding rings so easy and provided great customer service!!! Would highly recommend!!
Poor customer service by representative name Theo she has zero customer service skills. She is not up to Zales standards very bad attitude very rude... thanks to her I’m not coming back to this location.... Sincerely a long time customer....
Went in to pick out my engagement ring with my bf in early November expecting to have it well before Christmas. Mid January it was finally done. Not only did they apprised it without sizing it, but they send it out to be sized twice and no one sized it. It’s now March and my ring still doesn’t feel right, but I’m too scared to bring it back to them. Go to a better jewler who cares about their customers and their things.
Ive had two shopping experiences here and both were really terrible. The first I just chalked up to sometimes the customer service could be better. The second has me furious. I wanted to get my daughter a piece they carry for graduation and they only care a size 7 in store. They advised me to call customer service to order a size 5 no extra charge, but it would have to come from the vendor. I call customer service, they tell me no, these purchases have to done in the store. Fine, I call the store again to purchase the ring and they want to charge an additional $60.00 saying this is the price even though in the store, and online the price shows for $60.00 less than they want to charge me. No one will provide the district managers information, customer service agrees that they should charge only the price listed but cannot enforce it. I would advise anyone trying to get a very special gift for their loved ones to avoid this store!
I placed an order for a custom 18k rose gold ring on Jan 15 2019. I received a favorable quote from Eric the store manager and placed the order. Eric advised me that the ring would take approximately 3 weeks to make and receive. I provided a 20% down payment at the time of order with a receipt.I had not received any further communication, so, on Feb 7 2019, more than 3 weeks later, I called and asked for a status update. Eric told me that they didn’t even start to make the ring and the price had more then doubled from their “shop”. I was given no other option than “pay the difference.” I was very upset that after all this time, no one followed up with update about price difficulties. And then, Eric told me that the shop won’t respect the quote and they can’t give me the price we agreed upon. Zales does not respect customers time or money. I will never buy in Zales anything and I suggest you not to do so as well.
I go out of my way to come to this one. I have always had a good experience here.
My fiance gifted me a necklace from here that the sales associate ordered online for us since we were in the store. He had it sent to the store. When we received it, we discovered the bolo chain was broken or defective.When we went back to the store, an associate informed us that since we bought it before Christmas online there was a different sale going on, and it was likely that we would have to pay the difference of the cost of the necklace since they didnt carry it in their store since WE had ordered it online. We clarified that another sales associate had ordered it online through their store.The sales associate did call customer service for us to see if the company would honor the price we paid for it as a replacement since the defect could not be fixed in store, but this seems like bad business. After speaking with customer service, the sales associate said that it turns out the cost of the necklace was cheaper than what we had originally ordered it for because it would have to be returned and re-ordered.For us, this turned out in our favor this time, but next time if it is still broken we may not be so lucky, and others may not be so lucky if they get a defective piece.
I bought a 30th anniversary ring for my love. Excellent service. We prefer real emeralds.

THIS IS HELANA MINAI went in the store about a month ago to get my ring resized and i just came back a month later it is 8/31/18 AND IT IS NOT THE SAME RING, the ring had 7 diamonds AND NOW THEY ARE ALL SMALLER DIAMONDS!!! Never in my life have i ever had anything like this happen, i am ABSOLUTEY FURIOUS AND HAVE BEAN CRYING ALL DAY I WANT MY RING BACK!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE THEY STOLE MY DIAMONDS!!!! I WANT MY RING BACK, I WONT STOP UNTIL I DO IF THAT MEANS SUING THE COMPANY OR DOING WHAT EVER I HAVE TO DO TO GET IT BACK!!!!!!!
