Awesome experience shopping at this location. We went in with an idea of what we were looking for in engagement and wedding bands and were immediately taken care of by the very knowledgeable staff. Had an amazing experience at Jarad with Tara who helped us for well over an hour! She was so knowledgeable, honest, and gracious, I cant speak highly enough of her! I would absolutely send anyone looking for fine Jewelry to Tara at this Jarad location.

Went here to get a watch engraved and they took it no problem, but failed to truly explain how the outcome would look.It was explained that the more words you choose to put on the back of the watch, the smaller the print. Well, I chose 5 words and you can BARELY see them. The person that does the engraving should be there to explain FULLY and in DETAIL how the process looks to avoid issues rather than the salesperson who does NONE of the engraving. Very upset and in addition to this they scuffed the back of the watch which is stainless steel and cant be fixed.

Drove 45 minutes to come here for them to waste my time. If youre not gonna honor online appointments why even have them. Ill not be coming back here. Unbelievable!

Third time at this location -because it is closest to home. And yet, still managed to be disappointed. I came to have my $20k engagement ring cleaned and was not only dismissed by the sales rep when asking for someone to assist me, but when someone finally came over, I was rudely spoken to -almost hollered at - by Jill for asking her why I would need to drop off my ring for a cleaning when I was told it would take 5 minutes by another rep.

Went in for a cleaning of my jewelry. You dont need an appointment m-friday for that but you do on the weekends. Any other needs you are required to make appointments.

Been here many times. All their staff has always been super friendly and helpful!! Nicko is the best he always helps me out whenever I go there and goes above and beyond.

He explained all the details very well and genuinely worked for customer satisfaction. This will be our one stop shop for all jewelry shopping. 😊😊

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They were really willing to work with us for making a custom setting, changing around looks and different diamonds. Never felt pressured into signing anything or buying anything at the moment. The whole team was very well informed about what they were doing and their products as well as how to help. Weve been going here since 2009 when we picked out my engagement band and wedding ring. All of the staff has always been helpful and kind to us. I bring both of my rings in 2 times a year for inspection and cleaning. I can bring them for both anytime I really want but for warranty its ever 6 months. I love the way my rings shine after we visit.

Was lied to by the salesman (Niko) about the financing terms which I didnt see until I got a bill from them so then I had to be inconvenienced and change the plan that I was on. When I called the store, the guy on the phone said that I probably did not understand when he was explaining the plans to me which was absolutely untrue so instead of immediately apologizing, he blamed me the customer. I then ended up returning my husbands wedding band because of this. That same day my husband and I witnessed poor customer service of a woman who came in to get her watch fixed or jewelry cleaned (not sure which) but she patiently waited while others were being taken care of. Then after being serviced she was leaving out the door and 2 associates were standing there. The man says to her next time dont have an attitude and then laughs with the woman associate. It disgusted my husband and I because 1. The lady did not have an attitude at all, she patiently waited until she could be serviced. 2. A stereotype was applied to her because she was an African-American woman. 3. She was laughed at/joked about by 2 customer service associates which was disrespectful because they are employed by Jared to serve customers and provide them a good experience. I will never step foot in this place again.

Its been a long long time since I have had such fantastic customer service! It was my first time going to Jared and right away an associate greeted me and was enthusiastic about helping me find what I was looking for. I soon learned that the representatives name is Brain. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and honest! He is the sole reason I will be shopping at Jareds from now on. He made my experience at Jared worthwhile and pleasant. Brian is not afraid of asking other coworkers for their experties because he values customer satisfaction. In addition, he respects my priorities and time. Overall, the staff I encountered was nice. First of all, I had been very happy with Jared up until now. Last week I brought in 3 chains to be repaired, one of them was purchased from there and broke after 1 week. They wanted to charge me $42 for EACH. Since I was there already and missed wearing my custom necklace with my kids names on it, I decided to just do that one. I pick it up today and find that while they cleaned it, they rubbed some letters off my kid’s names. There was no apology or offer to fix it. I’m SUPER disappointed and will not be returning.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a jewelry store. I walked in with my friend and was not greeted at all, despite the workers looking at us and then away. We walked over to the pandora section to start, where two men were working literally 3 feet away from us and they completely ignored us, like we were invisible. They were too busy bullshitting with each other and then headed back over to the men they were helping. Not a “hello ladies, someone will be right with you” nothing. After ten minutes of being ignored, we left. I called and spoke to a manager who apologized and said she would talk to the two men working. But that does me no good now. Jared in Lombard lost two good customers, and you better believe I’ll be telling anyone with ears to steer clear too.

Walked in to look at some jewelry no hello someone will be with you soon from non of the staff was over looked. The next couple came in after and was greeted and serviced. Still standing waiting.

Bout a tungsten ring for my spouse. This is the wedding band thats suppose to be a material thats not easily to damage. But of course i was sold on it and yet today a piece of the inner ring cracked and came off. The lady I took it to told me that it wasnt suppose to do that and they can replace it but for 50.00. Mind you Im still paying on this ring. She really didnt care to know that i was a customer who frequents there often for my jewelry. But after I pay this item off. This will be the last time i buy anything from Jareds.

Like the person below we were also lied to about the financing terms by (Niko). He explained to us that we would have 12 months no interest which sounded great until we received our statement. We didnt find out about the 20 percent down until we received our bill in the mail with interest. When we came to the store and talked with the so called manager naveen she made it clear she could care less about the situation. She also said she doesnt care about the Google reviews. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
