Im pretty sure the salon somehow got my initial review deleted. I have no idea why because I said nothing but the truth. Be careful! Who knows what other reviews they are getting deleted. Reposting now.I think potential customers should do their due diligence when choosing this salon and make sure they can give you what you want. Be careful if you want a fashion color because I was not very happy with my results. I dont doubt that a lot of people have had wonderful experiences here or great results with the stylist that did my hair. Maybe this salon doesnt have experience with this type of color or just doesnt specialize in it. I wish they would have told me that before the appointment or told me what I wanted couldnt be achieved/what they could achieve with my hair.I wanted to dye my hair blue for quite a while but was pretty nervous about it. I saw an ad on facebook for this salon so I decided to message the stylist for more info. this place is right down the street from where I live. She was enthusiastic about the inspiration pics I sent and said she could do it for a reasonable price so I decided to book it.When she bleached my hair, she divided the hair into 4 separate sections which seemed pretty standard. She foiled my whole head bottom to top starting at the back left section, then back right and finally the front parts. This means the back parts would be processing for a lot longer than the front parts unless the back was washed off before the front. But my whole head was washed off at the same time. I thought it was kinda off at the time but kept it to myself thinking they knew what they were doing. Flash forward a few days later and I see a DEFINITE color difference between the front and back of my head. The front looks more teal and not as vibrant blue as the back. You can actually see a line in my hair where the front and back where sectioned off.I would have said something right away before I left the salon if I noticed but I did the next best thing and called the salon letting them know I was kinda upset about this. It seemed like they were more or less blaming me for the problem saying I either washed my hair too soon after the appointment or the dye just didnt deposit onto the front of my hair as well as the back for unknown reasons. I thought the issue was pretty obvious....the back lightened more than the front so the color deposited and looked more vibrant of the back of my head. I ended up going back a week after my initial appointment and they tried just adding more dye to my hair. After that appointment I didnt wash my hair for more than 72 hours as they suggested but I was still left with the same problem. I do realize this is semi-permanent dye btw and I can accept fading with washing. The problem is the back and front of my head are different colors! I wish they would have just owned up to their mistake but it didnt seem like they would. Im just not going to return to this place.In the end it is just hair and its definitely not the end of the world. I just cant help being disappointed with my results. Just wanna warn people if theyre going to be spending a lot of money on their hair. There are tons of hair salons in the area. Make sure to do your research and pick one that has a lot of experience in what youre looking for and will do it right. Attached is the look I was going for and what my results were.

The overall experience was great! I searched high and low for a salon and stylists that know how to work with curly hair and finally found it! The salon is still at limited capacity so no crowding. They use the best products olaplex and ouidad. Chloe was so outstandingly nice and thorough with my hair. Its so healthy and the cut is perfect. So happy with them & will be recommending!

First time there. Colorist was Jackie. Very controlling and difficult. I shared what I wanted and she insisted a full foil even though I told her I only wanted a few foils. I don’t want dry and damaged hair from the bleaching. After 10 minutes of arguing with me, she comes up with a document stating I would pay her and that I was not taking her recommendation! But she didn’t give me a copy of the form. I had an inch of gray so I needed to stay. So uncomfortable. So awful. The result is not the color I asked for. After the shampoo there was hair dye all over my purse. Jackie asks me if my purse was leather and if I scratched my head. Yes a Coach bag and what if it wasn’t? No I didn’t scratch my head. I’m canceling my next appointment and never going back.

I had an appointment with Jennifer last week for my first Ouidad cut and style. Ive always had, I thought, wavy and unruly hair. Any other time Ive had my curls styled, they always fall flat within an hour or two. But with Jennifer, I was shocked to see how they lasted for days! She was wonderful with explaining every step so that I could do it at home. The salon was clean, socially distanced, and everyone wore masks. I felt safe, pampered, and like I found a salon could really help me with my natural hair texture. I would highly recommend Adored to anyone but especially anyone with any kind of curly hair!

The only place to go for curly hair care. All the stylists are trained for cutting, styling & caring for curly hair. Since the bulk of their clientele has curly hair, most are experts. They use the Ouidad method & for me it is perfect. My hair has never looked better.

This is the best salon I have ever been to. Jennifer is wonderful and I wouldnt go anywhere else. She is amazing with my hair and I never worry about it being done right. I always feel at home when I walk in there. If you have curly hair she is the only one to have do your hair. If your looking for a new place to go, this is the one.

I have thick curly hair and have always struggled with managing it. Now I get my hair trimmed and styled at Adored Salon every 6 months. The staff is highly trained and experienced. They even have a Youtube channel in case you need a reminder of how to care better for your hair. The bottle of product that i use from them is reasonably priced and lasts several months of continuous use. My hair has bouncy curls and feels great. They have a book of before and after pictures in their lobby so you can see their successes. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and they have different cut for people with curly but thin hair.

We have been to Adored Salon a few times now. My daughters went first, then me, and now my husband. Everyone is so nice and professional there. We love Jen & Jackie as our stylists. Jen took her time with me when doing my first Ouidad cut & style and even wrote down instructions for me. Who does that nowadays? The atmosphere in the salon is very warm and welcoming. Were very happy to be life-long customers.

I am AMAZED that my curls can actually look as good as they do after an experience at Adored Salon! I was speechless after my first visit... I love my curls! I came in to Adored on 4/12/14. My appointment was with Jackie. I loved the Salon and the great professional ambiance. Jackie is very knowledgeable and worked with my fine and limp hair very well. She immediately understood my one side of straighter hair. I feel she cut to compensate, so this area would curl like the other side, giving me a nice even loose curl. She definitely made the most of my type of hair. This was a great experience and though my hair grows very slowly, I will be back! Thank you, Jackie! You and Ouidad restored my faith in natural curls.

Andrea of Adored Hair Salon gave me the best haircut/style in all my 48 years! If you have curly/wavy/frizzy hair I would higly recommend giving her a try. She not only cuts your hair perfectly but she teaches you the secret to styling your curly hair too.

1st time getting my haircut here. It was ok nothing special. The shampoo station had hair from previous shampoos, eww. They could have cleaned it and also the chair were I had my hair cut had hair, that could have also been cleaned. Will not be returning. I mean it isnt crazy expensive but for what you are paying the place could have been cleaner.
