Tony is great. He answered all of our questions. Our whole family signed up for the auto, homeowners, and umbrella policy. He explained everything and was patient, he is a nice guy too. You can tell good people after talking to them. We had Allstate for 27 years, but I’m glad we switched to State Farm. We saved a lot of money. I wished we switched years ago. I work in claims in a non standard company. Most of the subro demands we receive are from State Farm. From personal experience as an employee for a different insurance company, the body shops that State Farm has as their direct repair facilities and the parts we will receive during repair are top of the line. They won’t send you to a no name shop you never heard of, and they won’t give you parts that are just welded together to make it fit by the shops. If you care about your car, go with State Farm. Also, we know how busy claims is. With State Farm, you know someone will pick up your calls, and your claim will get settled quickly. I would go into detail but I would have to type up a essay for that. All I will say is that State Farm is the gold standard for insurance, there is a lot of insurance companies out there that is not good, trust me. This agency is great, I know we will be with them for a very long time, if not forever.

I wish I could rate Gus and his staff higher than 5 stars. They are efficient and kind each and every time I call into the office. They are knowledgeable on policies and coverage as well as making sure we bundle and save! I take comfort in knowing that they are the ones behind keeping my family safe on the road and at home. Personally, the corporate level of State Farms really annoys me sometimes. However, the people at this office really seem to care about their clients and this is one of the main reason my family has stayed with them for over 8 years I believe. Extremely friendly people as well as helpful.
