Edited: i BEEN trying to follow up. 20 phone calls, 3 emails and 5 messages Ive made this past week. No answer or call back. UNBELIEVABLE! i want my money back! thats it!!this place is scam!! very dishonest. I was honestly happy here for awhile. but when it was time to renew my policy and I switched auto insurance companies I was quoted by Luis $96 a month with progressive. he then told me the first month would be about 160. I asked why so much? he said since your starting a new policy this is just a fee they charge. (he SHOULD have told me that $45 of that is a fee HE charges.) He then sent paperwork for me to sign electronically. When I looked at the papers I saw I was only being charged $114 by progressive and HE was charging me $45 fee. I called only to find out he ALREADY charged my card even though I never signed or sent back the papers. progressive refunded my 114$. Luis told me his 45$ fee was nonrefundable. WHAT!? Nonrefundable charge that you never told me about and didnt have permission to charge??! His manager was supposed to call me the next day and never called. I ended up going straight through progressive and am paying only $67 a month (way less than 96$ that Luis got me through the SAME company!) And I only paid 32$ for the first month TOTAL! (Way less than 160 what Luis was charging for first month!!) AND when progressive canceled the policy Luis set up for me (which was supposed to be full coverage with rental) they told me he only had liability and uninsured motorist coverage and NO rental car! What a scammer! Stay away from this place. Go straight through the insurance company your going to use it will be cheaper. Thank you progressive for helping me as much as you could w this mess!
