I received this lovely surprise on my door on a recent random visit to a grocery store. While I dont shy away from DIY, all information I found suggested that a body line dent like this would require some extra work.I started looking up shops, and off a recommendation from a friend I emailed Paintless Way. Mike was not only super fast to respond, but he was also the only out of the queries I made. While the job cost was a little higher than what I hoped for (dont we all), after getting a breakdown of what was needed and how long it took, I gladly paid for the service.Mike absolutely killed it. The car looks brand new, only under a microscope you could tell it had to be fixed. Could really not be more pleased. Wow- like there was never a 2” dent/crease.Our van had backed into a mailbox. It put a 2” vertical crease high on the left rear quarter of the rear of the van. I was hoping to just make it better. Paint was intact.I called and made an appointment, I was the first slot for Saturday morning. Ken looked at the vehicle, and quickly gave me an estimate, said he could do it while I waited.It took a while, 2-3 hrs, it was like magic. And when he was near done, he waxed and buffed it. Couldn’t even tell it was there. I highly recommend this shop for quality of work. That it was fast and affordable was a bonus.It takes a lot to be called remarkable - these folks are remarkable. My Lincoln MKC was rear ended at a parking lot. There were three dents close together just above the bumper. After I talked to Mike he assured me it was a very doable fix and the quoted price was extremely reasonable. A definate recommendation!

I took in my car after taking some damage from a poor cyclist on my driver side. The first quote I received from an auto body shop was roughly $1,800 per SIDE to fix the dents (I had some existing damage on the passenger side, too). I was able to have all the dents taken out by the Paintless Way for about a quarter of what I would have paid at the auto body shop. They had my car fixed up in a day and I couldn’t even tell where the old dents had been when I looked it over! Amazing job. Amazing price. Amazing speed. I don’t think body shops want you to know about places like the Paintless Way to be completely honest. Highly recommend.

Came in to have a square foot sized dent on my rear bumper popped out. I was told becuase it was plastic that it wouldnt be perfect but still have the general shape. Turned out better than expected and even the detailing trim popped back in! Couldnt even tell anything major happened to it.

I found this place by chance and was not disappointed! Kenny was a Master Artist Technician in what i would call a very tough dent crease next to the gas cap. I was allowed to watch and appreciated his expert explanation and customer service skills that left me smiling when he polished up the repair for the final presentation.

My own personal vehicle was damaged by hail in 2015 to the tune of over 7000.00. Mike and The Paintless Way did a perfect, non detectable repair on my black Ford Taurus. I highly recommend The Paintless Way. I read the one star review that is posted here and I do not believe a word of it. This company simply does not operate that way. They are honest and reputable.

Perfect experience from start to finish. I made my appointment with Ed for a Saturday morning. He answered all my questions with enthusiasm. Never once did he give less than 100%. He explained that someone had tried to fix the damage before, but with less than perfect results. Not to worry though, Ed and the owner Mike spent the time necessary to undo the damage with what should be award winning results. Ive even tried to find the damage again under different lighting conditions, but I have to admit its gone! The price was very fair as well. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to this business. I was looking to get a few dents repaired which were driving me crazy. I found body shops so expensive that I had just about given up on getting them fixed. While researching for an alternative I came across The Paintless Way. I went in for an estimate and was really surprised at the low cost so I made an appointment to get them taken care of. I was told that it would take about three hours and I would be called when the car was ready. Now I have to admit that getting those dents taken care of at such a low price and in three hours left me pretty skeptical. I got the call that my car was ready and believe it or not... it was done in three hours. I looked the car over and couldnt believe it! You would never know there were ever any dents, the work exceeded any expectations that I had. ( How often does that happen) I am so pleased that I plan on bringing my car back once a year to get any dents and dings taken care of.

If you’re like me and very picky about where you take your cars, go to TPW in Lombard! They took in our 2015 Tahoe (charcoal grey) that had a large dent left behind by an A$$ hat driver in a parking lot. Damage was on our rear passenger quarter panel and tail light. We got an appt on Sat and had originally planned the work to take 4 or so hours. They finished in an hour and a half and buffed out the tail light.It looks as if nothing happened. I will definitely recommend this place to fellow petrol heads! A+ rating from me! Very satisfied with the results
