The general process is very well done, from initial consultation setup to any follow up appointments. Had chrome delete done and it looks great. Even have a followup to confirm that the chrome delete is intact still.

I spoke with someone in person about getting tints done on my Jeep Wrangler. He came out to look at the vehicle and gave me options for what I can do. When I dropped it off, it was done quickly and they called me to let me know it was done. The work is incredible. I only had two front windows tinted, but they are flawless. Everything lines up and there is not a single bubble, crease or line. The Jeep even got a wash when it was finished and it looked great! I have taken several cars to Chicago Auto Pros and even gifted a tint set to a family member. I will continue to recommend them because of the quality of work that they do. This is our 2nd vehicle that we have worked with Justin to have them paint correct after sap damage in one and after new purchase in another before PPF and Modesta clear coat along with window tint. He sent update videos and stayed in constant contact throughout the process. Went here for Tinting film installation, was great all installed all good, but after install interior was dirty and in water stains or its soap stains idk .... When Im leaving my brand new BMW X5 2021 car with clean interior Im expecting to receive car after tinting installation at least at same interior condition....Its seems like you company becoming bigger and loosing workmanship quality.

The work that they did on my 2019 Ram Rebel was beyond anything I could’ve expected. The truck looks better than brand new because it didn’t even look perfect. So I am adding to my previous experience, as I can only write one review under my Google account.-AUDI S4 AVANT- (1/27/21) So for this round, I took my Avant in for a full interior detail with exterior maintenance wash. The car is an 08 and the interior has never had any love. Man o man at the job they did. The Alcantara is back to its original feel. Its so perfect you can brush your name into the suede with your hand. The rest of the interior is flawless, esp bringing the leather bolsters back to life. Amazing job is all I can say.As for the exterior, a much needed wash/clay/wax has this car shining like it hasnt in a long time. Its so perfect, that I hadnt driven it for 4 months after getting it done, because I didnt want to mess it up. This is a true story, I literally just looked at it sitting pretty in the garage for that long. Im sure other car guys can relate. This is my 6th vehicle to have done at Chicago Auto Pros and its only been A1 work and service everytime. Jimmy and Team are absolutely the best in the business.-PORSCHE MACAN GTS- (9/18/20) Chicago Auto Pro’s always does it right. I’ve had multiple cars detailed, but this time was a full front clip clear protectant. I checked the lines when I got home and it’s insane how precise everything was done. Already have another appt for a diff car.

I am very particular when it comes to my car and the parts and companies I choose to work on it. That being said, I have used CAP in the past for my tinting and some minor PPF correction. Recently I was in a small fender bender that required the reinstallation of all the PPF on the entire front end of the car. I just picked it up and it looks astounding. They even did a custom wrap I asked to change the color of the grill. I couldnt be happier with their work and will gladly recommend anyone to go there if they need such services.

Windshield tint was peeling off the windshield when I went to pick up the car after installation in October 2020. Mistakes happen, no big deal. They quickly fixed it and I was on my way. Today, 6 months later, the windshield tint is peeling off again. For the price I expected much better.

I could not have been happier with my experience at ChicagoAutoPros. The staff is knowledgeable and professional . The facility is awesome and the results of their work is fantastic . My 2017 Corvette Grand Sport is black, which is difficult to maintain, but after my visit here my car has never looked better ! Now my black looks like a deep liquid mirror ! This shop is now my go-to shop for all my detail needs . I’ve already given many recommendations to friends and family . I’ll be back !

Fantastic tinting and coating maintenance work. Jimmy and Justin are always helpful and nice to talk to while waiting for work to be done. They also help give honest feedback on car maintenance and the products the professionals in the shop use. I wish I lived closer so I could get more washes regularly from these guys! The folks at Chicago Auto Pros are not only professional but really take the extra time to make sure their customers are cared for. They also take extreme caution and care with your vehicle. Justin was great with the initial consultation. Made it very clear of what to expect. Gave me a tour of the shop. Some of the cars that they were working on, they looked amazing. I was mainly interested in PPF. They had it done in a couple of days. Looks better than I expected. Phenomenal job. You cant tell by looking at it that the car is wrapped. Jimmy was great with the scheduling. Going back in two weeks as a routine check. Justin and Jimmy were very helpful with any questions I had. Would recommend.

My experience at Chicago Auto Pros greatly exceeded my expectations! James is very friendly and knowledgeable and they were able to add any extra work I wanted done to the car. When he called me to tell me they were almost done he mentioned it looks like a whole new car, and no kidding it really does. All of the little scratches from before I can no longer see. Both the new vinyl stripes and tint job look amazing, they really pay attention to detail and to add to all of that my car was done a day earlier than they originally told me. Definitely had my best interest in mind and fantastic work they do, worth every penny. I went with the exterior enhancement correction for the detailing and it really brings your car back to life. Give them a shot, you definitely won’t regret it!
