They dont do their job the correct way. They lost my stepdaughters case papers and never stayed in contact with me and never did. So now because they didnt do their job right now dcs is on me.

I have been in counseling since I was 16 for abuse and have had many therapists over the years and I have to say this place is the one of the worst service’s I have ever received. They offer absolutely no advice or help in any way for my past or current issues. Very disappointed.The people are very nice, they just don’t seem to have a clue on how to be a therapist.

Case managers are wonderful. They seriously prove their care for my childs best interests. Facility seems severely lacking. My childs therapist does not seem to truly engage him and took way too long to schedule a psych eval. When they called about the appointment they set up they didnt tell me where to go. When I called to find out the person was very rude. Now, the day before the appointment, it has to be rescheduled due to them not being able to do an in person and its going to take over a month... Not happy.

So they say they send a lab order over for my son and that was 4 days ago i go in to get his labs and no orders to be found and i call and put me through to the nurse which is a voicemail saying return call within 72 hours and this is the second time calling sense the 4 days ago and first time i called 72 hours for a return call which i still haven’t received people are needing to speak right away not days later

The inpatient treatment was terrible. It was dirty, their beds were literally jail cell beds, and the majority of the staff were apathetic instead of caring and actually giving patients decent attention. When I was in there, they weren’t listening to any of my needs. I was disturbed by how uncomfortable it was in there, not to mention how disorganized their “groups” were. Everything seemed unprepared. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to go inpatient at this place. I’m going to attempt therapy with them soon, but I don’t have my hopes up to actually get any help.
