They were working on neighbours house. The worker kept trespassing into my yard to get to neighbours. They sprayed chemicals on tools and building materials I had out working on my house. When I asked the worker to not come on my property he got huffy. I would not recommend this company if this is the quality of service you receive.

The technician calls prior to arriving, asks if we have questions, concerns, or any areas needing special treatment. Then they follow up afterwards. Exceptional!

The young man did inside the house first. He put covers on his shoes and opened every door as he went through the house. We get little brown bugs? No more.Outside he did all the shrubs and flower stems for mites, spiders and moths. He did all the eves and the underside of my deck for wasps and all the foundation for spiders. I thought he was super. Fast, professional, informative and willing to do anything is asked. Ill definitely use this company again.

Anything we have ever asked them to do extra they have been happy to do it. They have even come out for an extra visit for earwigs when we asked with no additional charge. We have been with them for almost five years and they have never raised their price on us! They are the best!

They are always prompt, the communication and customer service is outstanding and they do a great job responding to questions or concerns. When we called about elm seed Beatles they were quick to respond and come out and spray even though they had been out only a couple weeks prior for a scheduled service. We have noticed a HUGE difference with insects and rodents in our house and garage since we started using Elevate!

I’m absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism and disorganization of this company. I called to cancel our account after I was left unimpressed with the services that were rendered and there were spiders and other pests everywhere. (Yes I know that a treatment can bring them out, but then after several days I was told that it would get better.) I called 3 different times before I was actually able to speak with a person. Finally once I spoke with a person I was told my account was cancelled and there would be no cancellation fees. A few weeks later I was informed that a technician was coming to perform services. I immediately responded that our account was cancelled and I did not want the technician to come. I was never responded too. So I called again to see what was going on. After calling 4 times I finally got ahold of someone to see what was going on. I was told that there was a specific person working on my account and that she would call me when she came into the office the next day. I never received that phone call. Then I received notification that the technician came to do the quarterly services that I specifically said I did not want. I then received notification from my bank that my card was charged. So I called immediately to take care of the problem. I called another several times before I was able to speak to a person. I was told again they had no record of me cancelling my account. Honestly it felt as though I was deliberately being held responsible for cancelling my account after being ignored, charged for something I didn’t want, and told I was wrong. I would never recommend this company and want to warn others of the lack of organization and response so that they don’t get ignored like I did.

Great local company that is very responsive and considerate. The management team and technicians go above and beyond, even coming back to my house for a touch-up service requested just days after schedule normal service was performed just to guarantee their products and service. Very satisfied with how they handle starting up a new service, changing a service, and putting service on hold. Would recommend to any family and friends nearby!

Alfred was professional and courteous and responsive to our concerns. On the contrary, it was frustrating that he arrived with none of the notes I provided twice to the company beforehand regarding specific needs and concerns we had. This put him in an uncomfortable position facing a frustrated customer who refused to explain those needs a third time. I’m more impressed with him than with Elevate’s handling of new and ongoing requests by a customer. This should be addressed.

He was on time, very easy to talk to, and did an amazing job at taking care of my home. The good: Everyone has been kind and pleasant to work with. Weve had fewer earwigs and ants in our house than last year, which has been really nice. And they took care of a couple wasp nests up in our eaves that we couldnt reach ourselves.The bad: Blatant misrepresentation by the sales rep. The primary reason I was interested in pest control was the ridiculous number of grasshoppers weve had in our yard. I wasnt sure how effective spraying for them would be, given that grasshoppers can just jump over barriers. So I specifically asked the sales rep about that. He assured us that their products would make our yard inhospitable to the grasshoppers and thus repel them. Well, come to find out (after signing a contract and starting services), their products do no such thing and they make no guarantees for grasshoppers, for precisely the reasons I had asked about. The woman I talked to about it was very apologetic and let me know theyd talk to the sales reps manager about it, which I appreciated. But Im still a little frustrated to be in a contract that wont take care of the pests Im most concerned about.

Every time I call they are which to respond and they have been great when they come out to our home. We have had an ant problem and a wasp problem. Ants are gone and they are working on getting the wasps gone. I’m happy I can count on them.

Ive used these guys for years and have had several different guys show up to do the job. Each one has been very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me on odd requests. And their stuff works! The first home I had them spray was an old barn we turned into an apartment so needless to say, we had a ton of mice, hornets, and bugs inside and outside. We had them come and after the first visit the hornets were gone, after two visits the mice problem was gone (they used some box thing), and then we just setup a regular schedule for them to come 3 times a year and rarely did we have issues with bugs.I would HIGHLY recommend them. They are honest, professional, quick to respond, and a very fair price.

I dont know what they sprayed for exactly other than outdoor bugs but what pleased most was that the young man removed a hornet nest that had been in a high place on my soffit for 3 o4 years and although I had showed it to others they had never removed it. Seth was excellent to work with. He sprayed inside and outside my home. I appreciated that he wore booties and a mask throughout the inside service. He was very thorough and conscientious about his work. He was efficient while being personable. He even notified me of a potential safety issue/ concern under my kitchen sink I was unaware of. We have been with Elevate for going on three years now. It is a great company. Easy to work with and a good value for the money. I can recommend them and their service without hesitation.

I really do not like leaving negative reviews but our experience has truly been a huge regret and disappointment. We hired them back in June and so far they’ve done 2 services + 1 follow up (out of a 5 service contract - which is 1 huge issue). We were told from the sales person when we agreed to a contract that they’d spray under our 5’ elevated deck of about 500 sq ft. 2 services in, neither tech actually got under our deck to check for wasp nests or spray. I requested a free follow up after the wasp situation was getting out of control and specified that the issue seemed to be stemming from under our deck and all 3 of our kids have been stung, our youngest whose 8 months was stung 3x. The tech eventually came out at 6:30pm in the middle of dinner (after I messaged asking if someone was still coming around 4pm), and she refused to get under the deck and instead just sprayed through the holes and “it would kill everything”. Weeks later and I’m currently staring at 11 wasps swarming our deck area that we invested a lot in and now it’s not even usable in the summer anymore due to wasps. We are now $200 in with Elevate, we feel our contract was not honored or we were not given accurate information on the services provided, there is no difference in the main issues we hired them for, and are being told it will be an additional $150 to break the contract instead of continuing with $300 to spray 3 more times. We feel very taken advantage of and disappointed in their customer service. Would not recommend them. Will definitely be using a different company that is true to their word and that specializes in wasps next year.

This company bought another company I was using, they had promised me that i would receive the same services, ecopro would service the entire inside of the home as well as the entire yard and perimiter of the yard, living next to an open field, there are mice, sliders, some dangerous and poisenous.. Each time elevate comes out, it appears they try not to provide the full services I had been promised, I literally have to walk around every room just to make sure all rooms are done, if i dont, they dont get done.. With the rodents, i have to point it oit, did you check the bate stations? And ive provided my own stations! We want the full services that had been promised by staying with Elevate. Since theyve taken over, we have not yet seen any professionalism, nor promises fulfilled..

I signed up for the quarterly service and I’m impressed so far by the friendly and thorough service. My house and surrounding property were horribly infested with wasps. I haven’t seen any since elevate has treated. Today I learned they offer more services than kill vermin! Which I also find helpful. I will continue to use them and highly recommended them.

Elevate pest control does not have a permit to solicit in my city. Solicitor also walked past no trespassing signs and walker right up to the front door leave people alone and follow the law

Customer service here is a joke. So when we signed up the first service was $94 they do a free check tough up the next month. Our free touchup was on the 15th. I called that morning asking if they knew when the driver would be coming to my house they said they can’t give a window I waited around all day. I told them my son had swim practice at 530PM. They said if he does not get there by 530 I can reschedule. And of course that’s when he came out. he told me that I could just reschedule my appointment. So I called the next day rescheduled it as soon as they could get me in was the 22nd the following week. They came out and sprayed. The next week I get a charge from them for another $94. They said the 15 was the free one and they charge me $94 for the 22nd which was rescheduled for the from the 15th. When I called and ask about this charge they kept battling me. Saying he came out on the 15th which is impossible because my house has padlocks on all the gates and the door is locked.l and I told him I was not home. so I don’t know where he could’ve service my house. when he came out on the 22nd he sprayed the whole outside like normal and they didn’t do anything insides I am not very impressed with this company and I cannot wait till my contract is over with this company this place is a joke. I will be definitely finding a new pest control company do not use them!!!! Useless you want them to steal money from you and lie to you. They did finally credit my account $94. But no sorry. We apologize for the mistake. Like I said no customer service.

We continue to see a growing number of spiders, including the first black widow weve seen in years. To spray the interior is an additional charge that other companies include.

We still have bugs and we have been serviced twice, and when they came they didnt kill the wasps I specifically asked them to kill.It has been several months now and that spider was the last we have seen. There havent been any other bugs either, which is kind of surprising since I live in a 4 plex town home. I am glad we got the service, dont be scared off by any increase of bugs it seems to be part of the process (if you are thoroughly infested).
