Gary is awesome! He does a great job and is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I 100% recommend him, he is my go to guy for any bug problems at my house and also my investment properties. Im always happy with his quality of work and fun-loving personality. Such a great guy!

I am losing my lawn. I have had them come out twice for grubs. My lawn is getting worse. I specifically asked them to come out right away because I have issues every year. The kid forgot, came back and wanted to only treat the areas that were bad. I told him no, treat the whole yard. He was at my house no longer than 5 minutes. I called again 2 weeks later because they were still an issue. They then tried to charge me for the second application. Really? The application is supposed to be an insect control. I have white moths and grasshoppers in our grass. I called today to cancel our service. We prepaid the whole summer/fall. They didnt even ask why I was cancelling. Not one... what can I do to make it right .. Nothing. Super disappointed. I absolutely NEVER give bad reviews. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt. I just dont think they care to make it right. I should have never switched. My lawn has never looked worse

We have used this service in Brigham City since we had an infestation of elm seed bugs. We now have them spray 3 times a year. Great service, Garry is knowledgable and does a thorough job!

I have a trouble spot in my lawn that appears every year. Every year I ask about it. Every year, my technician respectfully listens to my concerns, reviews what we have tried, suggests new plan of action to try. I appreciate that he is resourceful with his suggestions and thorough with his explanations. He also explains the cost of other services I might want to use like spraying for grasshoppers. I really feel comfortable with the man they send out to my house.

We had bed bugs in 2017, and payed big bucks to get rid of them. Unfortunately it was us who eventually got rid of them ourselves and not the exterminator. Dont hire these guys for bed bugs, youll pay to much and then they are rude about it too when you are like excuse me the bugs are still here.

I really liked that I was informed the day before they showed up. The price was fair. They did a good job with the trees and cleaned up all the trimmings. I’ll definitely use them next year.

Gave me a date and time. I scheduled my day and they didnt show up. I called and they didnt have my name anywhere. Said they werent even in the area. I called another company that had always treated me and my clients right, with decent prices. You asked!

I mean I heard good things, but unfortunately never got to experience anything as twice they didnt show up, didnt tell me why, didnt tell me when they would come back. Just no called no showed no reasoning. Then I randomly get a message saying they will be here on said day, I call to confirm, and still they dont show up. I get things come up, but when you twice tell me your coming then ghost me, thats unprofessional. I wont use them again and will definitely take my business elsewhere

The guys come out and spray our lawn for bugs and weeds. They are great to always make sure they understand what we need and want instead of just spraying. They provide a quality service for the price.

So apparently killing my entire lawn is what i wanted thats what they tell me at least. Maybe I was unclear they say they sent a text never got it so yeah be wary double check tripple check. On a positive side there coverage was perfect.

Made an appointment for pesticide application was told theY could get it done in a few days. They did the wrong house and two cancelations later I’m told it will be 17 days from my first call before they will try to spray my home again. When there is a mistake or cancellation you should be first up on the next days work not bumped to the end of the list over and over.

In the past Logan Extermination did a great job and I never had an issue. This time they came out to spray but the spray did not kill the ant and other bug problem I was having. I called back to reschedule another appointment, they never showed up or even bothered to call me. When I called to ask why no one called or showed up the gal told me one of their guys quit. We rescheduled for another day and the same thing happened, no one showed up and no one called me to say they were not coming. Called and spoke to the manager Tammy, she was a bit rude and blamed me saying they did call and they did show up, that I never answered my phone or door. FLAT OUT LIE!!! My husband and I were both home both days, turns out they had the wrong phone number, which I can understand that mistake, but no one showed up twice! I did business with them before and they had my correct phone number, so not sure what happened regarding them having a different phone number? I will never do business with this company again, they are rude and not once did Tammy say sorry. Do not throw your money away when their chemicals cant even kill ants or spiders. My husband purchased an over the counter spray and that cost $15, and it worked, better than spending $75 for them to spray just the outside. Save yourself the money and the hassle dealing with the rude ladies that work there. The guy Gary that works for them is a great guy and he does a great job.

These people require you meet their schedule when they make appointments. So after you have rearranged your day to meet their requirements they DONT show. Nor do they call. Unprofessional. Discourteous. Lazy. Thoughtless of YOUR time.
