Ive been using lawn doctor for several years, and its honestly one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. They pick up every time you call, and are always positive, cheerful, and responsive. Services are always on time, effective, and affordable. Id recommend them to anyone I know.

I was having a lot of problems with my lawn. Big weeds and a bunch of different kinds of weeds. I was getting embarrassed because I am picky about my lawn and didn’t want to be that neighbor. I called Lawn Doctor about 1 month ago. They came out and applied a weed application, Fertilizer and I also had them spray for spiders and bugs. All I can say is WOW!!! The lawn is a much deeper green. The weeds are either gone or dying off and being choked off by the grass and they even came out and sprayed for weeds between applications for free due to a few green weeds left.In my opinion this is the lawn I was trying to produce on my own but failing.Lawn Doctor has a customer for life. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

The clovers in my yard were out of control! I was reading through the reviews here on Google and I was skeptical about how great they were. But its true! The customer service is incredible. They respond extremely fast and text me about when the next service is coming up. The price was amazing too. Check out the pictures. My lawn has never looked so good!

Lawn Doctor got our grass looking better than it ever has. They were very attentive and responsive to our needs and we plan on using them again starting in the spring of 2021. Very reasonably priced too!

My lawn quality has improved greatly since beginning their service. We used to have thistle weeds throughout and could not walk safely. We tried for several years to rid them ourselves, without much success. By the end of the first season of using Lawn Doctor the thistles completely cleared. Our lawn is the greenest it has ever looked and I actually have had neighbors complement it, which has never happened in the past. Several of my family members now use them as well and they are seeing results, too.They text to let you know when they will be coming to service your lawn. Once it was the wrong temperature to do a weed spray, so they let me know they would reschedule and they kept to their word. I am happy they cared enough in not wanting to cause potential damage. I have text questions and they have been informative and prompt in reply. I enjoy the pay online option. Their technicians leave the bill/information packet in a clear baggie on the front door handle and never disturb you.I havent had a bad experience using this company and I think they are a great price and well worth the investment of improving your yard!

Ran off to fast, I turned around after walking fence to see coverage to property line and he left without a word before I could pay and I didnt get complete coverage 100%. so well see in a week how happy I get & deciding whether I will use you again. When I called I raised concerns of the horrible service I received from Senske lawn care service that burnt a 15 radius in lawn, very bad coverage and was told that this Co. was an American value, well see I guess. Harold Painter !!!!

I received my first fertilization, and it killed most of the weed, so a few weeks later, I called because they guarantee their work, so they came out again. The kid was here maybe five min did not see him spray my front yard on my cameras. I called to let them know, said they talked to him and he said he promised he sprayed my yard well days later the milk weeds were sprouting flowers and still blooming so I know he did not spray my yard why come all the way to my house and not do the work your being paid for and then lie to me.

Good service personnel. Miss spots and when they hand spray for dandelions at the edge of the lawn. I would like to see them slow down, they miss corners. Otherwise, these are excellent people. I do recommend them. Thank you.GMS

Chad and his staff are amazing to work with. Not only does my lawn and planting beds look beautiful but they are so careful to schedule around my summer events, sending me a text telling me when they plan to come beforehand; if it doesn’t work I simply text back to reschedule.They always come when they say they will and leave a note on the door or a marker in the lawn after they are done.I’ve had some problems with the yard or trees and Chad has come out, told me what the problem was and ultimately it’s taken care of. I’ve tried several other lawn services in the valley and these guys are the best! They have been working for me for over a decade and I have no plans to switch! In fact many of my neighbors use them now too.

Grass seeding professionally done. Out come GREAT. (Please note we tried 3 different times before calling Lawn Doctor for seeding. It came up and has survived for 2 years)We appreciated receptionist who has been prompt, great follow thru, easy to talk with, offers great options.Crew that comes to my home. Very Professional. Lawn Doctor has stood behind their quality work!

We hired Lawn Doctor to provide lawn maintenance (weed control, fertilizing etc.) and so far they have done a good job with that aspect. We also hired them to power seed our lawn which is were the wheels came off so to speak. They were supposed to come out 2 weeks after our first normal service and I never heard from them so I called 3 weeks after and the woman on the phone would need to get a hold of the owner and call me back later in the the day. 2 days later still no call and I was concerned that our window to plant grass seed was shrinking. I called back and she apologized for not calling me back but that I have been scheduled for the following week. They arrived on time (thank you) and supposedly completed the service. After I inspected the work I noticed entire sections of my yard were missed and they had just left the work unfinished. I called the office and told them they didnt do the full job and they apologized and told me that the technicians ran out of the grass seed and thats why they left, but they made no mention of that to me and I only found out after I called them. They promptly scheduled a return visit for the end of the week and came out and finished the work. The machine that they used tore up the lawn is some places pretty bad and I doubt that the seed will be able to root and grow, but time will tell. I will update this review once the lawn has had time to grow with the outcome. In summary, the communication from Lawn Doctor leave a lot to be desired and I am cautiously optimistic about the future with them as my lawn care provider.

I’ll just say this...I was the first to use Lawn Doctor on my street. My yard looked so good now all my neighbors have Lawn Doctor signs in their yard as well. I think that speaks for itself.

I have been using their services for fertilization of my lawn for about three years. They are alway attentive and helpful. My lawn is the best it has ever been. Once they broke a sprinkler head, they called me to let me know and fixed it immeidately. Coulnt be happier.

No improvement whatsoever with mosquitoes as advertised. I did two treatments, asked for a respray since things did not improve and they refused.Update: You said to contact you within 30 days if I was having trouble still. I contacted you within 30 days then you said just kidding, its 4 weeks and youre one day past that. I just dont feel thats an honest way of doing business.

My looks AMAZING, compared to when we bought it

After using Lawn Doctor of Cache Valley, our lawn looks fantastic! We moved in to a home with a neglected yard. After a year of care, youd never recognize it from old photos. The company is a pleasure to work with, they make the appointments at my convenience, and I love the prepay discount.Our first year we decided to use them based on a referral from a friend primarily to get the dandelions under control. Its now been 4 or 5 years and Ive continued with the care because of the wonderful work. Couldnt be more pleased.

They were professional and price was reasonable I notice a difference in my weed problem and the growth of my lawn!!

Lawn Doctor is always responsive. They show up when they say they will. They always shut my gate so my dogs don’t get out. When I call them they are super nice. And they make my yard look beautiful.

Company is great on informing me when my treatment will take place. My lawn has improved in appearance this last season. I still have a small issue that Im sure they can resolve.

Called and requested a quote to get a area around my house sprayed. Was told that an individual would be out in the next day or 2 and they would call me back letting my know what they determined the price would be.Not only did I not get called back, nobody even came out. I was ready to have them on the schedule but the lack of response on their part only helped the other guy out.

They keep the lawn green, but the weed control was poor. Still had weeds growing even after 4 application.

I had an issue with some areas of my lawn and they returned to take care of the issue. Very quick to respond to any issues you may have with the treatment of your lawn

I had Necrotic Ring Spots on all of my lawns. Lawn Doctor has applied one treatment and Ive already seen a big improvement. My lawns have had this problem for two years and I had tried about everything I could think of short of replacing the sod. I think the Lawn Doctor has solved the problem. When I first moved into my house over half of my arms was dirt. I called lawn doctor and chad came out and hooked me up. Honestly it has taken a few years as I did not have and adequate sprinkler system but this last year my lawn was the best looking one on my block. They stand by their service and give great advice. I still use them for fertilizer and weed killer plus aerating my yard simply for the customer service. I recommend them to any and all my friends if they are having yard trouble or simply if they want their yard d to look better.

Too long and don’t want to read all of this? Here’s the skinny: just get their service. You won’t be disappointedFirst and foremost with a lawn care company: does their product work? Yes. I have noticed a drastic decrease of weeds in my yard. I still get the occasional weed that pops up, but I would bet if I charted it out, it would be 99% effective. Meaning instead of 100 weeds in your yard, 99 die and 1 is left. That’s five stars in my book.Then the icing on the cake: the service. Whenever I have had ANY problem -OR- question about lawn care, be it a weed that is new that I’ve never seen before, a random brown spot in my yard, or a second opinion on the health of my trees, I just ask and the Lawn Doctor (Chad) diagnoses and prescribes a treatment WITH A SMILE on his face. I dropped a large lawn service company that is based in Ogden and SLC because there was nothing custom about their program. They quoted an outrageous price for aeration in the spring because they were not sending any equipment to our area at that time. Lawn Doctor did my aeration for about a third of the cost and have been great all season. They also explained why bark was shedding from my maples which completely mystified the other companys experts. Love this company.

Theyve done a great job for me this summer. They were quick to come out and respray when weeds were still in my lawn. The only thing they could do better would be to offer advice on dead grass, whether it is watering, grub, or something else.
