I took my phone in to get fixed and they were very nice and tried to do everything that they could in order to fix my phone. They went above and beyond to make sure everything that could have been wrong was looked at. in the end it was not fixable but that is not their fault. I appreciate the great customer service and the kindness of the employees. I would definitely recommend this place!

These guys are amazing!!! Heres my saga:My two year old google pixel 3 decided to glitch on me. It started booting up and shutting down over and over again. I eventually got it to power off- but in trying to power it up again, it would get stuck on the boot up screen. I went to best buy first (two times and had to wait 3 hours for geek squad to be available) and was told they couldnt do anything for me because my phone was an android. Basically, my only option there was to spend $500-700 to get a new phone. I went to Verizon and they directed me to Lynns Audio Video. I am so, so glad they did! After working on my phone for a couple hours, they were able to get it back up and running! They literally saved me $500 today. If you need help with your phone, these guys cannot be beat. Their customer service was awesome too! I was anxious to hear back from them and they kept me updated as things progressed. Thank you so much Lynns Audio Video!!

I was in the market for a new TV with a Samsung TU 80000 65” in mind. I proceeded to our local Best Buy to view and attempt to purchase the Samsung I had set out for. When I arrived at Best Buy several associates ignored me and almost seemed to walk away from me when I tried to inquire on inventory. Finally I found an associated willing to check inventory and unfortunately they didn’t have to Samsung I wanted in stock.I then proceeded to Walmart across the street and still no Samsung TU8000’s available. I then contemplated if I should keep wasting my time trying to track this TV down. While thinking 2 teenage boys highly recommended checking out Lynn’s Audio and video.......I was a bit reluctant being I was under the impression that big name stores such as Best Buy, Walmart and Sams club would have better prices. However I decided to make the call and check to see if they had my desired Samsung. They unfortunately did not have the Samsung but did invite in to check out the Display of a Sony X80H. I was like why not.....Upon arrival I was greeted by refreshingly polite staff that had an amazing knowledge of the products they were selling. I ended up buying the 65” model not knowing how the price measured up to big retailers until I started searching the internet. Then I was very surprised to know the TV I had just purchased was less expensive at Lynn’s than anything listed online.I would highly recommend Lynn’s Audio and Video! First time customer here and I most definitely will be returning for further purchases.

This place is awesome. I bought wire for my surround sound and was surprised to see that it was such a fair price for the quality. Cheaper than Amazon. They also let you purchase the wire in bulk and return the unused for a refund. Great customer service!

Went in to buy a an hdmi splitter for my home theater and the guy at the front was very helpful and helped me out and saved me $60 on a splitter by giving me alternative ways of setting up the system so that I wouldn’t need the splitter! Great service and very helpful! 5 stars would recommend to anyone and will be going back for all video and audio needs!

Just bought a new Sony TV from Lynns, and Jeremy was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help recommend the best TV for the size and purpose I was after. Id definitely feel comfortable working with Jeremy, Travis & the whole crew at Lynns on another future purchase, the entire process was smooth.

I hired Lynns Audio to come into my new home and wire all of the low voltage wiring for my home network and my audio and video throughout my house. From the start to the finish, I was treated respectfully and given sound choices to choose from. I was surprised that I wasnt pressured into the most expensive equipment with a story about the biggest and the best. Instead, I was shown all of the options and then given the pros and cons of each. When I made my selection on equipment there was no additional pressure for an up-sale.During the construction process, I dealt with Travis, their Installation manager, who was always willing to answer my texts and calls promptly to answer my question. If I called and asked for something to be moved or repositioned, he promptly would send someone out to address it.After the home was complete, I met several of the techs that came out to my home and helped setup my Bose system and the various Bose Sound Bars throughout my house. They were all very helpful and willing to spend the time to help us understand our system.From the start to the finish of the whole process I did not have any negative experiences with any of the Lynns Audio employees or their services. I still have had to contact them with a few questions about the use of the equipment and they have all been very helpful.

I took my iPhone 7+ in for a screen replacement. The gentleman at the counter got everything squared away and estimated it would take 1.5 hours. I went back about 45 minutes later figuring that I would just wait and asked it I could use their wifi. They obliged and asked if I wanted to sit in the massage chair while I waited, which was awesome. I was only waiting two minutes because my phone was done!The screen looks amazing - in my opinion, better than when it was new. The entire experience was fast and simple.

Looking for an complete home theater system, I went to Lynns on a strong recommendation from a friend even though I dont live in Cache Valley. I showed up just before closing one night and the salesman stayed quite late, answering all of my questions, never making me feel rushed or pressured in the least. That attitude was constant through my whole experience. Ive not experienced customer service any better.The salesman kept in regular contact with me as my theater room was under construction. He offered a professional installation, but provided expert consultation when I decided to do it myself - guiding me through the process, from speaker wire placement behind the sheetrock to the minor details of final installation & set-up.Lynns went the extra mile in every step along the way. Making straight-forward and honest recommendations that didnt necessarily benefit them financially, arranging pick-up and delivery, and following up to ensure things went well with the installation and that we enjoyed the final product.They priced out several system combinations working with us through our preferences and budget constraints, and I always found their pricing to be right in line with other stores, web-based or brick & mortar.I typically spend a lot of time researching options, but Lynns expert recommendations and explanations short circuited my typical process saving me a lot of time. I consider myself quite picky when it comes to home theater sight & sound, and I couldnt be more pleased with the combination of receiver and speakers that blend perfectly and fill our odd-sized room completely, with a high quality big screen to match!Couldnt be happier with our experience with Lynns Audio & Video.

I took my android in, hoping they could do something. My phone wouldnt respond at all, wouldnt even turn on. I had no idea where to start. I took my phone in and told them the problem. They were a bit busy, so it took a little while for the tech to get to me, but he took the phone back and brought it back a few minutes later, good as new! I was so happy that I wouldnt have to buy a new one!! The best part is that they didnt even charge me! I will definitely be a return customer. Thanks guys!

They have helped me with a lot of Vintage Audio equipment. they are very honest and if they cannot help they will point you in a couple possible directions. I have had them do a handful of things for me and each time my experience with the staff was awesome.

Lynns Audio has been fantastic to work with. They wired all of the network and audio / video equipment for our new house. They were very easy to work with and did a fantastic job. ALL of their employees were VERY friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. In fact, one of them even saw my husband carrying several heavy boxes into my house and set down his tools and ran out and helped my husband carry the remaining boxes into our house.I would highly recommend Lynns to anyone that is looking for professional installation and excellent customer service.

Ive been hearing a lot of positivity about the employees here and about the service given. I rate full stars because all that I heard was true. I was treated kindly and welcomed quickly. My problem (iPhone 6 battery needed replacing) was resolved faster than the time they said it would take (20 minutes). They were professional and shared information with me to help me keep my battery life higher for a longer time and before I left they assured me repeatedly of the warranty time that I could return my phone to them to be fixed if it has a problem again within the specified amount of days. Very willing to help and very kind, I will return there for future problems and I suggest others go there, as well. (Also, the store was very orderly and clean and had a nice smell to it. I left happy.) ^_^

I have a top end Marantz receiver that needed to have its center channel amp troubleshot and repaired. Ben at Lynns Audio Video found the trouble (solder joint had become intermittent) within a day of the time that I dropped off the unit, and fixed the problem. BRAVO ! He did a superb job, at a very reasonable price. This is a first class operation, with top notch people at every step of the process. Im very glad that I found Lynns Audio....they are probably the best audio service company that Ive had dealings with in the decades that Ive had audio equipment. I would give zero stars if possible. I took my phone here to get it fixed and they wouldnt even look at it. They said that fixing it would cause all kinds of problems with overheating and things like that. I took it to a different store (iQue - excellent service and a job very well done) and they fixed my phone like new. I have had none of the problems the staff here said I would. Very displeased.

Very displeased with the reliability of this business. I set up an appointment for a home theater consultation, only to be called 5 minutes after the scheduled appointment time saying they were in Salt Lake and couldnt come. We rescheduled the appointment and this time they never showed up or even called. It is very frustrating that I made arrangements to be home each time we set up an appointment only to be stood up.

I brought in my Moto X Pure to be fixed. I was told Motorola parts were not kept in stock and it would take 5 business days for them to get in. That was no problem and I waited for them to get in touch with me. After waiting over 7 business days I called in and was told the parts had already been in for a couple days. No matter, I took my phone in and was told to come back in an hour and a half. I returned a couple hours later near closing time for them and it appeared the problem with my screen was fixed. I was alone with my toddler who was hungry and tired so I hurried home, once there I took the plastic film and case off my screen to find my phone had not been put back together properly. I returned the first thing next day, where the technician was apologetic and put the missing pieces back in quickly within 20 mins. I was given free drink vouchers for the cute food truck out front. Over all it was not the best service but my phone is working great and my issues were resolved.

Purchased speakers here a few years ago. Owner took time to explain choices, and matched up perfect set of Klipsch speakers for my Peachtree tube amp. This last month, on his recommendation, purchased a Sonos Connect to stream music through my amp. The Sonos WiFi connection is much more robust than Bluetooth, and it sounds great through my system. Very convenient. The Sonos app is super easy, and we now listen to music all the time.I also took in my Cambridge Audio CD player to see if they could fix. They did... for only $50. I was ready to buy a new CD player (we have a few hundred CDs from over the years, and they still sound way better than streamed audio).Overall - excellent products and product advice, and likely the best service department in northern Utah. Cannot recommend highly enough. !!!

Wonderful! The owner made sure I had a full stereo system, fixed wiring issues, and installed new speakers all within a 36 hour period so I could have it as a surprise gift for my fiancee. He even so drove me back and forth to work.

I had the broken tip of an audio jack stuck in my phone. Five minutes here and it was fixed, for free, with no hassle about anything. They didnt even have to take my phone apart.

It was truly remarkable. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with a direct tv person and I was frustrated not getting my issue resolved. I gave up and called Lynns. I was literally helped with my problem on a remote in less than three minutes. Definitely my go to business. Glad weve always bought our tvs from you guys.

This is one of the worst places to go for electronics or anything car related in all of Logan. And I know a few people that actually worked here for some years who legitimately told me that they would get paid to write False 5 star reviews on different social websites including Google and Facebook. The worst part of it is that I am actually family with the owners, so I wouldnt be saying this unless I absolutely meant it and was being sincere. Theyre whole Price matching, is complete bull.. I was looking for a car harness and I directed them to a Walmarts website that happened to have the exact same item for about $100 less than they did, and were Authorized sellers for the product in question, and they refused to match it because the image that was being displayed at the time looked a little different even though the description and product information and UPC were the exact same as what they had in stock. Even the local Best Buy was okay with price matching it. I cant believe I am saying this; but, if you want real honesty and the right work, do not go to Lynns. Sorry guys.

He contacted his distributor and asked if they could get it in. Even though they had discontinued the mount I was looking for, Devin still browsed online for me and found the TV mount I needed on ebay.I had been searching for ebay for weeks and one never came online for sale so I stopped checking.He then sent me the link to the ebay listing to my email and I was able to purchase the item.A+++++++ from the folks at Lynns Audio Video in Logan, UT
