This has been a terrific experience! We brought in an older, much abused computer tower for diagnosis and repair and while we were busy with family things, the computer was cleaned up, polished, and is running better than it even was originally! Cam is amazing to work with on time, customer service, and quality!!

I had just built a new gaming PC but was having some issues with it. I took it in to Level-Up Tech a few hours before it closed on a Friday (trying to get it fixed before the weekend) and told them what the issue was. They started looking at it right then and were able to help troubleshoot that is my new graphics card that was bad (something I wasnt able to do on my own). They did this within a few hours of me dropping the computer off and even offered to stay open so I could pick it back up even after their stated closing time. I will definitely be coming back if I have any future computer related issues.
