Dont have anything except good to say about my experience with Lewis! My laptop hinge broke Friday night and within 24 hours he had it fixed and ready to pick up. Very reasonably priced, especially considering how accommodating he was! Will definitely be coming here again when needed!

Great Service! I would recommend Logan Computers to anyone. Lewis knows what he is doing when it comes to laptops and computer repairs. I had an exam that I had to take and my laptop charger wasnt working. While waiting for my order parts to arrive, Lewis mentioned he is willing to let me borrow his laptop temporarily to take the exam. I thought that was very thoughtful of him; It just says he does truly cares for his customers! My laptop was fixed and the price was affordable! Thank You, Logan Computers!

Lewis was amazing! He sat for 4 hours with me to fix my computer after hours and did it for less than the initial quote was from anyone else. He is a super kind man and I would 1,000,000% recommend anyone with computer issues to try him first if you are taking it into a professional. I had a broken laptop hinge that was driving me crazy. Getting ahold of the manufacture wasn’t working so I looked for local options. I submitted a quote and Lewis responded a few hours later and gave me a quote. He had my laptop hinge repaired within two days. It works and looks like new! Lewis is incredibly knowledgeable and smart when it comes to computers. His prices and service can’t be beat!

Awesome price, fastest repair Ive ever had for any technology in my life- Im talking I dropped my laptop off 30 minutes before closing and got it back within the hour they opened the next morning. I accidentally wiped my hard drive with a lot of footage that I really needed for work. On a Sunday night, I called Logan Computers, he arranged to meet me at the office even though he was offsite. He was able to recover all of my files for a super reasonable price, just purely because he wanted to help me out. Very personable and caring. Although he fixed my laptop, he handled it poorly. He used a box cutter blade to open the backing, which resulted in ripping the cushion pads and scratching the paint off.

Id recommend this place for anyone who has any trouble with their computer. I called their tech support and they recommended that I upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7 Pro. It solved my performance issue and solved my computer freezing after it being on for more than an hour.

Our hard drive failed. We use it for business and needed it back in service, quick! I was having issues with my power supply fan and after letting them know Im disabled and couldnt bring in my desktop, the gentleman stated he would make a house call and waive the fee to come out. I was amazed he would go out of his way to come to my place and not charge me. Then when he got to my home, the issue w/ my fan mysteriously resolved itself so he put my computer back together and said he wasnt going to charge me for anything. Awesome service! Went above and beyond when I was in a panic at 4 in the afternoon on a Friday. He had it back to me before 8 virus free, saved all my data and pictures, upgraded me to windows 10, and re installed my windows office, and got me back on track very fast. Excellent Customer Service! Talked to the manager(or worker?) there about my computer questions & got the best advice I’ve ever received on laptop cases, liquid glass covers, different laptop options etc. The guy took time to explain things to a ditzy, non-tech educated person like myself & that means a lot. Very kind & respectful & ready to help. He even recommended me to an excellent computer store in town since he couldn’t help me with my MacBook Pro cracked screen case. Nice job Logan Computers.

Went to Logan Computers with a broken hard drive. Technician was able to diagnose the computer and replace the broken hard drive quickly. He was very nice to work with and made me feel comfortable. I would go back again.

Kind of a messy place. I’m no computer wiz, but I felt that the guy was over-estimating how long it would take him. Sure enough, after a few YouTube videos, I was able to fix my own computer.

Lewis helped me out today by diagnosing my laptop issues. I am visiting from out of town and needed help. I got right in to see him and he diagnosed the problem for free (I tipped him well tho for his help). Unfortunately I need to replace my laptop but he salvaged my hard drive and loaned me a cord so I can access my data while I wait for a new computer. Great service! Thanks Lewis!

My laptop has been deteriorating for a couple of years, just getting slower and slower every day. I called Lewis at 3 PM on Monday, took my laptop to him at 5 PM, and picked it up, all repaired and fast again, at 7 PM. They never argued or changed the price. I will recommend them to everyone!

I ordered a new computer that was to have new operating systems already loaded on and ready to plug in and use. when it arrived and pluged in,it wouldnt boot up and start. i call Logan computers, they came right out and in looking at the new computer and its failure to boot, he does the one thing any new computer owner hates, he takes the back off and starts poking around inside. in shipping a plugged wire had come off and he replaced it where it needed to be, replaced the back and the new computer was up and running. very professional, and very competent in ability to trouble shoot and find answers to computer problems. will most definitely call Logan Computers again when i need help with my computer.

Took two days and a couple hundred bucks for him to take it apart, put it back together and tell me that it works if you wiggle it when you turn it on, and if that doesnt work, turn it off and try again. Way to much money for no solution. Very messy and unorganized. Replaced me hard drive that didnt have any issues and then when I wanted my old hard drive back for file recovery he gave me the wrong hard drive.

This guy is amazing. My chager went out on my computer and he let me take his till i got mine in the mali. He didnt even know my name!!! Great guy.
