Fairly professional easy to talk to easy to deal with much much better from the business perspective then freedom towing

Super friendly, I needed to load a small tractor on to my flat bed trailer. They sent a roll back truck, I backed on to it he raised his bed, backed up to my trailer and lowered his bed to my trailer.i drove off. Phone call to finish 30 minutes and I was 10 miles away.

Went to pick up impounded car, not mine. But very cheerful, lady awesome service

Had my school bus towed 70 miles and the driver was extremely friendly and professional even in the 108° heat! The pricing was very affordable as well!

They were willing to help me out with some non-standard heavy hauling (a shed), and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. The shed ended up not working out (for reasons unrelated to Lodi Heavy Haul) but I would 100% reach out to them again for towing or hauling needs. Great people!!!

If you have a large truck this company is the best!!! I haves used them for YEARS. Especially lately, they’ve hauled a lot of large trucks for me over the past 2-3 years. The prices are fair & they are always on time. Their rigs are able to handle our huge/lifted/long trucks & the drivers are knowledgeable in loading said big trucks. Every driver has been very friendly & professional. When I was in a bad accident, in the middle of no-mans-land...I was ugly crying HARD & the driver that came out was so kind & sympathetic. He got me tissues & didn’t rush me at all to finish getting my things. He even waited until my ride arrived to be sure I was safe & didn’t need a lift into town.

These people towed my car and wrapped their chain around my vehicles stability control arm. Consequently during the tow they severely bent the stability control arm to the point it could not drive. $1,000 in repair bills later and a week without my vehicle. They acknowledged they blew it and refuse to pay for the damages. Call someone else.

My vehicle was stolen and recovered by Lodi PD and this place charged me $235 to tow it two miles and $100 for a day of storage. And then when I show up to pay their outrageous fees they dont have a credit card machine. Employee had to call it in and it took her three attempts to get it correct. Ive never been upset. You would think with what they charge for a tow, this place could get a credit card machine.

If you need a tow, give these guys a call, no matter how large or small of vehicle or equipment. Great group of people to work with!

My car overheated on a remote dirt road in Calaveras County. I thought it was going to be a bad day. AAA sent Sam Berri Towing and the best driver I could have hoped for. Alan arrived quickly, was very fast and professional getting my car hooked up and warned me when I almost stepped in poison oak. His truck was clean and the AC worked! I know that the drivers are often very different in the same company. I have only met Alan at this company and he rocks!
