I love this Laundry... Its very clean and the staff is very kind. But I would like for them to have folding service because in my case (and I am sure that this might also be other peoples case) I like washing my clothes myself, but I dont have enough time to fold them. I hope you consider my opinion. I suggest you may weigh the clothes after folding them.

I love this place, first time back since the renovations and the place looks stunning. Everything is clean with new machines, they have the option of using a loyalty card and getting the 10th wash free! However for those old school washers they still have coin slots available in the machines. Washes well and affordable/on par with the area

Excellent laundromat! Spotless! I have been washing here since it was renovated and would not go anywhere else. The attendant/manager keeps the place spotless, is extremely helpful, kind and polite. Highly recommend this establishment. This laundry is especially clean and well managed during this pandemic.

They close at 10pm but you cant wash any clothes after 8:30?? 👎🏽👎🏽

It is imperative that you train your employees to clean your business properly - not only for the sake of your equipment but to ensure that your customers will return. Having a clean business attract people to use your machines and spend their money without even thinking twice. Inspect the place first thing in the morning, and you will know what I mean.Also, it seems like your loyalty cards are no longer honored. The charge machine does not accept credit cards any more. Your customers must bring cash in order to do laundry at your place. Very inconvenient.The AM staff attendant is very nice and tries to be helpful.

I will NEVER go there again! Donna the manager is very rude and has no customer service skills at all! I felt disrespected in her response to my question and I am now searching to get in contact with the owner Mason. Don’t use drop off service if you have to deal with her!

We absolutely love this laundry mat!! Always very clean!! Prices are low and I love the option of using a cars or cashOnly major complaint I have is the lack of wearing masks during this time of covid 19.. those that work there are not wearing a mask the whole time, there are people hanging out with the employee who aren’t wearing a mask at all and there isn’t anyone correcting customers who take off their mask once in the building... this is very serious! I have zero complaints about the employees and how they perform, someone is always cleaning and doing something but not wearing a mask 😷 is a huge concern and needs to be taken more serious!Again we LOVE this place but asking that this concern be addressed!Thankyou

1st time customer and will be back. Very clean, I was there this past Sunday, around 11 am. Attendant was very nice & helpful. I had to wash a king size comforter, The dryer did a great job.

I live right next door, whenever I go at 8pm the girl who attends to customers has a complaint that I am late, one day I went at 8 and 10 pm and she told me that I could not wash because she was going to close early, I am going 2 hours before they close, it only takes me an hour to wash, they should hire a person who really wants to work since whenever I go at this time which is the time I can (because I work) she always wants to close early, According to the schedule the closing time is at 10 pm, but it seems that this girl always seeks to close earlier, very disappointed in this laundry

New machines not over priced

Good so far . Much better than before . Clean place . And they have a loyalty card that’s gives u 20% more . I like the fact that every machine takes credit, debit, coins, or even Apple Pay . Machines are deffinetly efficient

Almost clean and staff is friendly. Also when you get the card you get a free wash after 9 loads.
