Nice laundry they use the AC at summer time and inside is nice and cool not like others humid and hot.Place is clean and wail maintainedI have been coming here for more than two years the only thing that could be better if at least when you go inside for the first time the staff to say hi and when you leave bye to me greetings are important otherwise they are giving the impression they dont want you because they need to clean after you.I see the owner cares about the review thats a good thing to have successful place and yes in todays time is so hard finding a good staff!I do recommend this laundry !

If zero stars were an option I’d give this place that. The place is clean but expensive compared to most in the area. If you are washing your own clothes you are fine. Drop off service is a whole different story. The staff are all friendly and this review is no reflection on them. It’s the owner. I picked up my laundry the other day and noticed a brand new bathroom rug was ripped in two places. When I called the woman who answered the phone asked me to send pictures so she could let the owner know. That’s where the story ends. The owner never reached out to me for a resolution. Way to hide behind your staff. Not a way to run a business. So, myself and the three people I sent there are now taking our business elsewhere. See ya!

New machines, impeccably clean and staff is pleasant.I go on off peak days/hours because it can get busy during weekends.Place is brand new; I’d rather pay more for a service where the business maintains its equipment and keeps everything clean

Nice clean place with friendly workers! Probably have the nicest bathrooms Ive ever seen at a laundromat! They always have bags that you can buy for like 1$ which always helps me cause I forget to bring stuff to carry my laundry😥 they also sell some softener and detergent if needed, and they have nice flat screens for a bit of entertainment!

Fantastic place! Plenty of parking, brand new machines, VERY clean. The machines dont use quarters. You buy a rechargable card for $1.00, (the $1.00 gets credited to your account) and then you add money. So much easier to carry a card than a bag full of quarters. Machines are quiet and offer lots of options on how you want your laundry done. Four sizes of machines available. Two choices of dryer sizes. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Hey there owners! We were talking this morning! Let me do the photographs of your stores for your soon-to-be updated website! ;).Edit as of July 12, 2020: Air conditioning could be better. They keep the thermostat set to 79F so its VERY uncomfortable in the laundromat. Its so warm in the laundromat that you end up sweating.

It’s been almost a year now, drop off the clothes and can’t wait to pick em up,clean and amazing odor,I would like to thank the ladies who work at the counter!

Worst place, the workers touch your clothes and think they can leave them in a basket because they wanna wash clothes that they have to wash...dirty and not right!

I had a bad experience recently where an employee turned me away saying they do not wash car seat covers...after speaking with the owner I was very pleasantly surprised at how they were willing to apologize and ask me to come back. They even added car seat covers as an option! To top it off, the owner covered the price of my car seat cover.Lesson learned, a business is not horrible just because of ONE not so good experience and I am very happy to be back at this laundry mat. THANK YOU TO DOUG and the entire business. 🙂

Ive been dropping off my laundry here for about a year, never really had any issues until right now. I dropped off my laundry Sunday at around 1pm. I was very upset at the fact that I was told my laundry would be ready at 8pm. I go at 9:30pm to pick up my laundry and the lady in the front tells me they havent even started it, that the lady that comes in for the night shift at 11pm would be the one to work on it. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO TELL ME THAT MY LAUNDRY WILL BE READY AT A CERTAIN TIME, AND WHEN I GO PICK IT UP, IT WONT BE READY UNTIL THE NEXT DAY! I had driven all the way from Woodland park for this. Extremely upset and to be honest I wont be coming here again.

Place is brand new. New machines, nice decor, great seating, a little pricey but well worth it. The fact that its 24 hours is awesome

The cost to wash clothes is very expensive compared to other laundry and the administration is not good, many complaints from their employees that they do not have the necessary equipment to fight the pandemic, they do not provide masks to their employees and they do not want to accept coins How paid.

I live in lodi for like 7 years and I had been using Sonic Suds for 7 years and I had no problem at all. Then I was so stupid try this for nothing. Even I convinced 2 other friends to come here. After few times, yesterday I gave them 12 lbs of bag and today I got 6 lbs. I went back there again to ask and they said they have no idea if it is lost then it is another persons fault who is wash and fold the laundries. Then I spotted my shirts over there and then they said they were belong to somebody else! My shirts!! If I wasnt there on time they were going to give them to somebody else. Then I spotted my sheet set somewhere else by themself. There was no name tag on it. They were the two things I spotted. Maybe there were more but I dont remember what I gave them. It was unbeliavable. I and other 2 friends never come back here again. Going back to Sonic
