I been getting my mail here for over a few years. I feel like lately my mail isnt being placed in my box because I NEVER have mail anymore. I often get other peoples but not much of my own thats odd because I use to always get mail. this whole week I went in nothing at all. I guess no bills is good.
I had a Livescan fingerprint done here . I have to be honest there was a little frustration as I was told the day before that Saturday around 1pm specifically would be one of the least busiest times to come and when I came the store was packed, with only one worker working.But much respect to her, Jennifer, she let me know right when I walked in that wait time would be long, gave me the option to make an appointment and told me I could leave and call back check to see if it was a good time to come. I appreciate your professionalism and your open willingness to assist me.
I have had so many problems with my packages being delivered. I took 6 boxes to beSent to QVC in mud April. Im doing online shopping due to covid. When I called QVC they said the packaged were barelyChecked in May 1st. I have yet to speak to the Owner for a second time. QVC informed me to get a tracking # and when I asked for a tracking number IWas told that they dont always give out tracking numbers. The reason why I was asking for a tracking number was one of my packages never made it to QVCAnd it was over $100 in make upthat was the wrong color. Another nightmare was one of my packages ended up at my front door step after 2 weeks and wasnt even addressed toMy home address. Im done with this place. I have to drive furtherto take my packages, but it willBe worth my gas and time. Customer Beware.
The hours posted are 8-6 its now 8:08 and no signs of opening any time soon. And to whoever responded to my review. ( owner or employee) I KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BECAUSE I WAS THERE WAITING FOR THIS BUSINESS TO OPEN. Technically didnt even open until almost 15 minutes after 8 also I was the first person there there are also customers that came in right behind me and the employee not only started to help the people that came in after me but she also didnt give me my change back so it was not the greatest experience but please dont tell me that Im lying about what happened
Employee and 2-3 customers were unmasked despite a sign posting the mask requirements. The store is two small for that to be happening especially since the employee and customer walked both in front of me and behind me a less then 6 feet. I will take my business elsewhere.
Very disappointing experience with Live Scan Fingerprinting. Store owner admitted that the person doing the live scan had messed up frequently, but then claimed that the mistake was not theirs. I showed them a written response from California Teacher Commission that stated they had left out information and that I would have to redo fingerprints ($79 fee). Now Im out $79 dollars and must redo fingerprints. Certainly NOT going to go there! Id give then 0 stars if I could.
I had to get box to receive my mail because my house burnt down. Everyone at the store have been great and a big help.

What I couldve shipped for 19 dollars at the post office this place wants $47. A 20x14x14 box cost 9.99.. this place is total rip off but live and learn, Ill never be back thats for sure!!!!
I get a lot of mail and packages shipped here. Jennifer is always very helpful and professional.
