Quick professional to the point. Rude about emergency phone use but overall okay service

They tell you its required to wear a mask yet not one of them are wearing it. One girl wore one because she was actually next to me doing live scan. When she gave me my receipt and copy of paper work she took hers off. Whats good for one is good for all

They were polite and very helpful. I went in for fingerprints and they were very covid-19 cautious.

Wasn’t a very pleasant experience. Would only go back if absolutely needed.

Overall the experience was alright, the girl seemed like she didnt know anything about the checks when I called but if the website mentions it, then they do one for DOJ, FBI, and CACI. The website mentioned they would do a check for the CACI if applicable and I need that because I will be working with child. When I asked she said she does not think so but the website mentioned that they offer it ? Which confused me a little so I ended up just going down there. When I got there, she was friendly and I was not waiting too long. All in all an okay service and I paid $99 for DOJ, FBI, and CACI check

Phone system won’t let you get through to set a appointment so I checked the hours by using option #1 on their phone system. Hours on phone recording are said to be till 4:30, I showed up at 3:45 and according to staff the last customer is taken in at 3:30. Hours on entry door are inaccurate as well 4:30. So customer hours are only till 3:30 and apparently staff and owner/director doesn’t care about the customers time or they would be transparent about this. Time is a commodity and this business with the most simple of tasks WILL waste your time. Also the staff was unfriendly from the moment I walked in, a smile and hello would have gone a long way, With a better attitude from the staff I would have just set the appointment and gone back the next day. I would NOT recommend this business.

So the door says 4:30 and I got there at 4pm and the girl inside just wave threw the door saying they were closed . Really bad for business you should really update your hours.
