Very disappointed we got our car dirty,Is very cleared that they are not taking the precautions to un sanities the vehicle before renting it out to the next person. I thought I was getting a non smoking vehicle as well I specifically told and they assured me that all vehicles were non smoking vehicles, I guess they forgot to take grab the Marlboro cigarette box out.
Had a reservation for over a month at this location for a Premium SUVChevy Suburban or similar. Called more then 10 times 2 weeks ahead spoke with Mina and she tried her best to get me a Suburban or similar but also promised to call me with an update. When called prior 9 times was told to call a day before because the type of car is not guaranteed. At this point it not even a type of car they were trying to get me a Tahoe which is not a Premium SUV (More costly). I have advised them that this was for a out of state wedding party and now literally the day before the party they say they cant get it. I would stay away from this location and try the airport in Newark.
I’m a loyal member for Enterprise for some time now and the service I received at this Lodi location was horrible. Jose was impatient with me and seemed as though my last minute visit was an inconvenience to him. I was not greeted while he worked with another customer. I booked an economy car and received a mini van after he told me I arrived before closing. I will not be coming back to this location at all.
Thank you to all the people that made a review. I was looking for a trusted retal place to get a car for the weekend. But after reading all the bad reviews it look like the corporate office does not fix the problems that their employees are doing wrong. Keep doing the reviews so others dont fall victims to their schemes. Thank you again.
Women led? They certainly treated me(a women) horrible. Its corporate led. . Absolutely no flexibility, prices are astronomical, employees were not very nice. Im returning the car today. Im sure they will find something else to charge me for. Nickel and dime you to deathI cant stand this company. Will never rent a car from them again
Despicable, we got our car half cleaned and with no gas and also a smaller car then before ..we have the same coverage and yet their telling us theirs no other car for us. Then it was well jeep isnt covering for a bigger car even though we have been here before same situation. Then it was oh sorry I didnt know the car was half dirty . I told the guy so theirs no other car for us so if somebody came today to rent a car you wouldnt have one for them . He said no which is a lie .dont come here and if your dealership tries too send you here say no. ..update : after cleaning the car a second time apparently its just too hard too whip down the doors ...the photos are from it being cleaned a second time.. and my girlfriend cassie lemos is the one who is renting from you guys i was with her .. unpleasant experience.
I would like to start by saying please forgive me because Im horrible with names, but the tall associate who helped me was awesome. Im from out of town and had to drop my car off to get worked on for a day or two. I reserved a full size car, but they didnt have anymore so he upgraded me to a truck for the same price. The truck was nice and clean, and was perfect for my height. I was pleased with the service and their ability to adapt in a bind. I would rent here again any day...not under the expectation of an upgrade. I would rent here because they were awesome associates. If thats what enterprise is about then count me back in. Thank you
I always use enterprise, they are reasonable, Clean cars fast in and out and employees are always professional. The only thing I would recommend is cars be gassed up before renting them out it’s frustrating sometimes to have to go to a gas station not that it’s really that big a deal. This time they were pretty busy so it’s understandable. I still highly recommend them

But after yesterday, I feel they royally ripped me off and that they should pay me back!!!This time, I DO NOT recommend them!!!

Amazing. Enterprise is my favorite rental company. I work at a body shop and we use rentals quite often for our customers. Whenever I have an emergency or need a last minute rental they will have a car delivered to my work in FIVE MINUTES. Now that is good customer service. Thank you Enterprise and thank you to the manager Alexandra for going out of your way to drop by our shop and remind us your here to help with anything we need!
They really get you with the small letters “Or similar model”.... I really avoided getting a Nissan on the web but still ended up with one of them small cars. When the brought it out I complained but “sir, it said ... or similar model, this is it” I thought, no big deal, ok then. It was the worst car ever for a long trip, so uncomfortable. We called to try to change it but they push so much the”or similar model” that it became clear to us that having a happy, satisfied customer wasn’t as important as being right.The car even had to be push to the return line because it just stopped starting. Just a really bad experience and I’m not sure if I ever will rent with them again.
This location is very disrespectful and not helpful how they portrayed to be. They need new workers here! I came here wanting to swap out the rental I had due to the car being dirty no one here was helping at all. They look at you and ignore you and wanna come to you when they feel like it! They tried to tell me I dirty the car up and that they not going to do nothing for me and told me to go. As I’m observing I see how they act. All they do is talk bad about people who come and go. They just be documenting files and lying as well. I over heard One of the worker saying something bad about this old couple who just came up and then they just going to refuse them like they in the wrong when it’s the workers here! Then she going to shout PUT THEM ON DNR because the car smells bad! That’s disturbing !! Do not come to this location for nothing!!!!!!

Normally, Im a big fan of Enterprise. But Im a little disappointed this time. I received this car and found that the carpet hadnt been vacumed and then on the way home found that the change oil light was on. I called and was advised that it wasnt due for a change yet. Fine. But when I got home I smelled the distinct oder of burning oil. shortly after I noticed that oil had leaked out onto my driveway. I checked the oil and found it below the dip stick. It took 2 quarts to bring it up to safe. While I had the car I had to add oil 3 time. about a quart each time. I would think that this would have been noticed when the previous renter returned the vehicle. Well mistakes happen, the car didnt die on me and other than the above, unremarkable. Only way is up or what I have come to normally expect from Enterprise.

I waited for enterprise to pick me up from the body shop for 30 minutes. Called them and told them that the shop would give me a ride they informed me that someone was already on their way. Waited another 15 minutes for someone to actually show up. It was maby a 2 minute ride. She took my information then told me that the car was not covered by the person who hit mes insurance which they told me over the phone it was. Then she said oh never mind it is. I dont think she really knew what she was doing.then she told me my insurance wouldnt cover me to drive the car and it would be 16$ a day. Why wasnt i informed any of this prior to arranging any of this. Had i known this. I would have made other arrangements and not waisted over an hour. I told her i would not be renting a car from them and id be walking home. Was not offered a ride home or anything for the misinformation or anything. She was very rude and unknowledgeable. Im very unhappy.

If I can give this place zero rating I would. I would like to discuss my experience at this location, this location is so unprofessional very rude and do not care about their customers they really don’t work with you on anything. They like things to be done their way and if you don’t do it your way then you can be on the do not rent list. throughout my whole years of renting with enterprise I never had an issue not at all the other locations. The other locations that I deal with - always work with me never gave me a hard time and understand it is a pandemic going on and they understand that it’s hard for people to travel here and there at times and they always have better communication with me. but until I came to this location it was none of that only with one worker and that is martell but he isn’t there at the moment. This location here in Lodi should have better workers there it doesn’t make any sense on how they act towards people they basically have like this attitude if you don’t listen to them then they just act out. My favorite location is in Roseville and when I got behind they never did anything to me. They work with me and when I came in I just paid off my balance there and did a re write it and kept continuing and that’s who I really should’ve went to instead of coming to Lodi. My balance in Roseville that’s was about $300 but here it was only $200 and some change and getting text messages and deal with like two rude employees it was like taking a trip to hell. The location in Lodi broke few of the main rules after talking with the one 800 number people and I’m glad I’m actually gonna be moving with the case for unfair treatment. I was actually talking with the executives about this as well and happy that they understand and even agree with me that it was completely wrong about how this location placed me on DNR list. District manager wasn’t helpful so I had no choice to go above. Do not go here to this location at all please go to Stockton or Roseville for fair treatment and good customer service they will not be little or be disrespectful they actually care about their customer there and will do things to keep customer happy like a family. Here at this branch never again.
It was a great rental experience. The staff was fantastic.Just one thing was that my car was not very clean. It really needs a good cleaning inside and out.
Tried to get a rental before heading to work after My car in a shop the staff are rude and have a fake attitude but talk badly about customers. I would not be returning hear after I waited 35 mins no one would approach me just stare and give dirty looks. On top of that they talk to sone clients like they are children. This location need to be closed!

BEWARE!!! They are dishonest! My car was in the shop and I rented from them through my insurance company. I returned the rental car to the auto shop after mine was repaired and Enterprise picked it up later. Joe from Enterprise called the next morning to tell me they were charging me $150 because they found ashes in the car and it smelled like smoke! That is how I got the car when they hurriedly checked it out to me (externall inspection only) and I DONT SMOKE!!! I called Joe and he didnt believe me and didnt even want to try to reverse the charge to my card. Im having to dispute the charge with my bank.DO NOT GO THERE. RENT ELSEWHERE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST!!!
We used Enterprise while our car was having some body work done at another facility. This is not the first time we have used Enterprise and it wont be the last. Their customer service is exceptional and they really do come and pick you up. We got to the repair shop, turned around and there they were. When we arrived at their office, the paper work was already done because ourinsurance was paying for it so we were in and out in just a few minutes. They kept in touch with the repair shop and with us to let us know when our car was ready. Returning the car was also a breeze. We picked up our car and drove both cars over to Enterprise where they checked the rental in, saw therewas no damage and that the car had more gas in it than when we picked it up, processed our rental fee and we were out the door. Very professional service from start to finish. I cant guarantee everyone will have such great service but I hope you do. Thisreview is for the Lodi, CA office. Great job guys!

Have always rented my vehicles here. Its so easy and you always get a beautiful vehicle to rent. Unfortunately my insurance company totalled my Mustang and they would only cover my rental until January 2, 2019. Which is wrong because how am I supposed to get to all of my Doctor Appt.s that they have to pay for??
My experience with Enterprise in Lodi, was great. The type car I requested was not available at pickup so they upgraded me with no increase in price. The transaction for pickup and return was easy and quick. Great ride, too.
I called at 5pm broken down off the 5 freeway. Sure enough Enterprise to the rescue. Nick was busy but got me taken care of with speed and professionalism. I had to call four tow truck companies to get my car pick up and dont get me started on Bobs towing letting me down. Its nice to know you can count on Enterprise when you are in a jam. Ryan picked my up and my rental car was clean, fueled up and ready to go. Brand new little four door car with power everything. Thanks again Nick and crew.
I reserved a car at the Lodi Ca. Location on Kettleman. It was the worst experience. I showed up to get my rental and the young man went to retrieve the vehicle and information. He came back out and said that they don’t have a car for me. He went back inside and the woman inside told him that she is going to call me soon and let me know?? What?? I’m right here! He was new, very kind. The woman on the inside not so much. I then said to him that the woman (manager) needs to provide me with a car from another location. She never once came outside to resolve the issue. Fortunately a car was returned while I was there. I had to wait 1.5 hrs for my reserved vehicle. I will not go there again. Rude people shouldn’t be in customer service.
I approached Enterprise and said I would like to rent a car for nine days... but I had a medical issue and needed specific things, one being comfort! My represtative went over and above to work with me! When I came back the next day she continued to work with us. When we arrived for the car she made sure it was a great one. They called the next day to see how it was working and when we returned it everyone asked how our trip had gone. And we loved our car, comfortable and great gas mileage! Definitely great customer service!
We have used Enterprise rental car in Lodi on several occasions. The agents at the Lodi office are very professional and always helpful. We will always use enterprise for our car rentals for the awesome service.

Location is not actually open, they redirect you to the Stockton auto-mall location. I was not informed of this until my confirmation call 1-day before my rental date.

Smooth process and car was ready when I got their. I spent all of 10 mins at the most at both pick up and drop off.
With my limited income, I use the buses and occasionally rent a car for appointments and events when bus service is poor. This time I treated myself to a car for a week during the winter break at work, and did some local touring up Mt. Diablo and Comanche Dam. I also shopped and shopped and shopped! It was wonderful just being able to jump in the car at a moments notice and go. It was wonderful not to time my shopping with the bus schedules. When I rented the car I wanted it for a week and accidentally marked the calendar for six days. I noticed the error later and also wanted the car for an eighth day to attend an event out of town in the evening. They very happily changed the contract so I got the weekly special and one extra day. I sure miss having that car.They also sell their cars after using them for rentals and you can be sure I will buy my next car through them.

Another awesome experience at the Lodi (CA) office. Samantha upgraded me (at no additional cost) to a higher grade of car when I checked-in since the size I had reserved (via online) was not available. Unlimited mileage is always a benefit. The car (a Honda Sonata) was exceptionally clean and drove as smooth as butter; gas mileage averaged 36 mph on the freeway. Check-out was fast and easy. Renting the car for a whole week was cheaper than for just three days. With seven days, you pay for five and get two extra days w/o the fee. Ive been using this Lodi location for the past fifteen years whenever I need to make an out-of-town trip. Will definitely recommend Enterprise; and with employees like Samantha, youll receive excellent service.

Reserved a Car 10 Days in advance and went to pick it up to find that the Car I reserved was in the shop for an oil change. Considering I not once but twice was contacted to confirm my reservation I find it hard to understand not getting the car I asked for. What I got was one a level down from what I reserved with a comment that I could return later in the day to exchange it. Holiday time with a Retail business to run made that impossible. So I got stuck with a smaller car with very little extras . Not Very Happy about that. All in all I am normally very Happy with the cars I get from Enterprise but this was not a time like the previous rentals.
I always rent a vehicle from Enterprise, Im currently in one of their vehicles right now. I took a road trip to Reno for the weekend, taking advantage of my free room at the Nugget. I also have future reservation for the $9.99 special weekend rate for 100 miles a day, thats 300 miles picking up Friday- returning Monday offered til May. What are you waiting for.....
Mike at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Lodi was great. We had a small problem with the car we rented but when we returned the car Mike went above and beyond to make things right. Mikes customer service was tremendous.
My wife rented a car from here and accidentally forgot her iPad next to the driver seat when she turned the vehicle in. Since she turned it in at closing time she was unable to call that evening but contacted the company first thing in the morning. Unfortunatly it was to late, even though the vehicle had not been cleaned and prepared for rental it was STOLEN by one of the employees. Very disappointing, item has not been “found” yet. Hopefully the police department can have better luck getting it back as it was an early birthday present and there were only two employees who had access to the vehicle after it was turned in. Be careful about forgetting your personal belongings you may not get them back!!
( I use enterprise at orange county with out a problem)They are racist, I got sick and really need a car since my doctor is in Orange county, ( I had just move to Lodi ) . When I ask for a car rental, they ask me to show proof was living in Lodi, and that I had a job. I HAD to go back home get my electricity bill and pay stubs. After they made the excuse that my insurance wouldnt be qualified, so I told them it was no problem that I would purchase it from them, how I did many times in Orange county. They said that even than I still wouldnt qualify.. every white person that walk in there left with a rental, I was the brown person that left with out one . I had to relocate my medical file to Stockton since my health got worse to the point I would spit out blood.

Went in here to rent a car and the car was to small that was given. When I told them and was about to leave they said they can give me a bigger car to rent. When given the price it would cost. I could not afford that and told them. The lady said she can give it to me for a deal. The deal that I thought I was going to get was not what I ended up getting after using the car. It was a rip off and I explained from the gate I could not afford that.
The associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. Even when I told them I was searching for a car. They directed me to Enterprises sales and I am the proud owner if a Hyundai Elantra. Thank you Enterprise.

Went to the kettleman location in Lodi to rent a car while mine was in the shop. My drivers license has a different last name then my credit card. Ive used the card there before without a problem. Now all of a sudden they wont take it!! Thanks enterprise Im now stuck without a vehicle for the weekend! Ill be using a different car rental company from now on!!!

Miss killey is my go to girl when I need a car but I have been helped by others in their Lodi office they are all very nice and helpful. Never had any problems renting cars from them and will continue using their office in the future.
