The broker I spoke with, Kevin, was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. If you ever have to work with this company, I would suggest asking to speak with anyone other than Kevin, he kept clearing his throat, unnecessarily in my ear.I work in the trucking industry, and when I called to request an insurance certificate, the insurance broker refused to send it, even though the insured was still covered until the end of the month. My only guess is it was because the insured had signed with a different insurance company. After speaking with Kevin for 2 minutes, I can definitely see why they did.
